Four of us. Three hamburgers and one chicken sandwich. Cooked to order. Excellent sandwiches, very tasty. Shoelace fries hot and cooked perfectly. Brought bottles of Mayo, mustard and ketchup to the table. Slaw was very good. All the food was excellent and our drinks were kept full. Service was on point. Highly recommend this place! read more

There were cockroaches that invaded are table. This concerns me because we were seated on the wall with the kitchen. It wasn't one or 2 cockroaches either, more like 6-7 before we fled. Extremely friendly service, great food and great atmosphere. We ordered the chicken breast cordon blue, they gave us nice healthy portions and cooked perfectly. The side order of sautéed vegetables were onion, squash and mushrooms which were very tasty, the French fries were delicious and the salad was a nice surprise with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and croutons. We had Joseph as our server, he was friendly, funny, attentive and quick. We would definitely come back the next time we visit the area or drive through! read more

Thought I would try Chevelles for the first time since a friend of mine wanted to go there for lunch this past Tuesday August 27th. I ordered the hamburger medium and it came out well done, very dry and tough. By the time the waitress checked back I was half done and my friend was done so I did not want them to cook another. She suggested asking management to provide some sort of credit which I did not ask for. When I got the bill they took .60 cents off, I would have rather they had done nothing this was more of an insult. Burger Boy is so much better, never again will I go to chevelles. read more

Onion rings are insane. Hands down my favorite fried pickles ever. Best dipping sauces with both of those. While their burger menu is IMMACULATE, don't underestimate the Chevelle salad! Lively atmosphere and I love how they regularly have live music. They have an awesome new patio area and have done some great renovations, along with having an awesome staff. Street parking is not so great, but the burgers are exceptional. If it is busy, it can be loud.

Chevelle's has became me a staple in our weekly dining! We did not expect the wonderful dinner specials we have now really come to enjoy! The onion rings, mozzarella sticks and calamari are all great appetizers! The house salad is probably my favorite in town. The burgers are big, fresh and tasty, and for someone not real big on French fries - they are actually really good too! Our favorite though are the nightly specials! You can not beat the fresh fish creations that come out of this kitchen!! We will be back!! read more

Worst dining experience that I have had throughout the entire duration on the pandemic. My fiance and I went to enjoy a few drinks and a quick bite to eat at this poor excuse for a restaurant, and we're incredibly disappointed and I will make sure I never return here again. Ordered a beer, fiance ordered a cocktail. We then decided to try the calamari. There was a very long black hair in the fried calamari, we sent it back. I should have gotten the check, paid it, and left immediately but because I'm stupid, my fiance and I decided to give Chevelle's another shot. So I stayed and ordered a burger and fries. THERE WAS ANOTHER HAIR IN MY FOOD, I HAD FOOD WITH HAIR IN IT AGAIN. Strike two. Unacceptable and disgusting. What kind of restaurant let's this happen twice to the same table??? The poor excuse of a Manager came by our table to let me know that he was going to"Take the burger off" of my bill. Yeah, no shit, you SHOULD remove the hairy food from my bill that was brought to me, thanks for the favor! What the manager did was not good enough. I hope the hardworking people of Murphy read this review and spend their hard earned money somewhere else. This experience and restaurant are a complete joke. This place just doesn't disappoint. I'm shocked at the previous reviews. This is our fifth time here and everything is SO yummy! Tonight we had the crowd ravioli, burgers, the stuffed flounder and salads. The balsamic vinaigrette and raspberry vinaigrette dressings are delicious. Overall, food and service were both on point again. Cheers!! Back again! Service was outstanding. Primarily was amazing as usual! Garlic fries are to die for and worth every penny. Located in quaint (but cute) downtown Murphy, it is the perfect spot for locals to grab a drink and a bite... at any time of the day. Great local beer selection and plenty of space. My husband and I are visiting family in town and we needed a place to watch the Seahawks game in Sunday afternoon. This is the only place in town with the NFL Sunday ticket (a HUGE plus in my book). We were seated right away in the area where the Seahawks game was playing on TV. Our server was a new girl and she was super sweet and constantly checked on us all night. She was quick to refill drinks and very pleasant. My husband and I ordered the mozzarella sticks. They are amazing - BUT there were only 4 on the plate and cost $7.99. That's a bit expensive for just 4 mozz sticks. My husband ordered the calamari and it came out super quick. I ordered wings and they were not so quick. They took so long on my wings I ended up ordering a salad in the meantime and wondered if they had to catch and kill the fresh chickens for my wings. It was 50 cent wing night, so they weren't terribly expensive. My side salad was $2.99 and it was a pretty good size plate. Eventually my wings came - I ordered the Gold Rush wings. They weren't entirely what I expected but still pretty good. I'd eat them again. Overall, the food was good, our server was decent, but the wings took a long time and the food and it seemed a little pricey on some stuff which is why I'm giving Chevelle's just 3 stars - if I could make a half rating, I'd up it to 3.5. read more

Took over an hour and a half to even acknowledge the fact we were waiting for our food. The cooks in the kitchen did not have any gloves on. Barely saw our waitress and a table was seated after us and got their food and left before we even got our food. Tried to leave before our food came and they tried to charge us full price even though we only received a few drinks and 2 appetizers. Horrible service and we told the waitress that the cook had no gloves on and we were going to call the heath dept and they said "well he'll be fired" AS HE SHOULD!!!!!
