    I recently purchased a vehicle from Chevrolet of Carson and my experience with the finance department left a very bad impression the overall experience felt like a huge scam NO TRANSPARENCY! . During the paperwork process, I noticed several fees that were not clearly explained upfront. The first fee being an alley of parent protection (Car Detailing fee for once a year) which is $1500 KARR security system fee that's $1000 DNA fee that is $1295 . When you're making a major purchase like a car, transparency is extremely important. When I questioned the charges and expressed that I wasn't comfortable with the hidden or unclear fees, the response from finance was disappointing. Earlier in the process, I had been given a due bill for a free oil change after I pushed back about the fees the finance manager double-backed on that due bill and took it away and said if he removes the fees he can't give me the free oil change ( ANTHONY) and laughed in my face It felt retaliatory and unprofessional, especially considering the concern I raised was simply about understanding the costs I was being asked to pay. Instead of working with the customer or explaining the charges clearly, it felt like the situation turned into pressure and games in the finance office. My advice to anyone buying here: read every single line of your paperwork and DECLINE and question every fee before signing anything. The sales process may seem smooth, but once you get to finance things can change quickly. A dealership should stand behind transparency and good customer service, especially after a customer has already committed to buying a vehicle. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

    Im extremely surprised by the low rating. The Service department is excellent at customer service. Juan is the an excellent Service rep. Got my truck in and out without a glitch. I was even pleasantly surprised they opened on MLK day. These guys were so efficient! Dont hesitate to go. You wont be disappointed!

    I purchased my 2023 Chevrolet Corvette 2LT Convertible March 15,2026. Corollo ( salesman) did a great job, Edgar ( Sales Manager) assisted in the negotiation, very fair price. The process of purchasing the car was simple and efficient, Brian( finance department) did a great job explaining everything in detail. Today, I took the car for service and William ( Service Manager) took excellent care of me , they definitely take good care of their customers! Thank you to the team at Carson Chevrolet!

    Scam scam scam I recently visited Chevrolet of Carson and had one of the most uncomfortable dealership experiences I've ever had. In my personal experience, the salesperson and finance staff (including a bald finance manager) used tactics that felt extremely misleading. During the process, I was told that my interest rate would only be lowered if I agreed to add multiple warranties and protection packages -- something I never asked for. When I reviewed what they were presenting, the numbers didn't match what we discussed, and it looked like thousands of dollars in extra add-ons were included without my clear consent. They also pushed hard for me to sign on a digital pad and accept a USB drive instead of giving me a printed contract. Please be careful with this. Always ask for a paper copy BEFORE signing anything, so you can actually see what is being added. Because the situation didn't feel honest, I chose to walk away. I'm glad I did. I recorded the entire interaction for my own protection. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience. Always double-check the contract and don't let anyone rush you into signing.

    I bought my car here in 2018, since then I've had soooooooo many issues from mechanical to exterior. I felt the need to come on here but this is absolute bullshit. I went to get my car looked at because the clear coat on the passenger side has been peeling effortlessly, the mechanic informed me that this car has most likely been in a major accident and had the passenger doors replaced as well as new paint job. I was not informed of this and it is not on the carfax. Whoever did the paint did a horrible job. I've spent money fixing the axel, transmission, power train, and more. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves taking advantage of people just to get a sale. Edit: per Jolene's comment states she sent me a message to look into this matter. I have not received any messages of this sort.

    Absolutely Amazing First Car Experience at Chevrolet of Carson I can't say enough good things about my experience at Chevrolet of Carson! I just bought my very first car -- a sleek, fully electric Fiat -- and the entire process was way easier (and more fun) than I ever expected, thanks to the incredible team there. Huge shoutout to my salesman, Korollos Nakhla, who was honestly the best part of the whole experience. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He really took the time to answer all my questions, explain the features of the car (especially all the cool EV stuff), and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. As someone new to buying a car, I really appreciated that personal touch. The Fiat is perfect -- quiet, efficient, eco-friendly, and surprisingly fun to drive. I'm so happy with my decision, and I wouldn't have found the right fit without the help of the team at Chevrolet of Carson. If you're looking for a dealership that's honest, helpful, and actually cares about getting you into the right car, this is the place. Thanks again to everyone at Carson, and especially Korollos Nakhla, for making my first car-buying experience such a positive one!

When I came in, Arlene personally introduced me to Rob, her partner, who took the time to walk me through the vehicle and even accompanied me to an independent pre-purchase inspection. There was no pressure at any point, and the process felt collaborative rather than transactional. After the inspection, we returned and the dealership honored everything exactly as discussed. They also took care of several items noted on the PPI report, which really demonstrated their integrity and willingness to stand behind the vehicle. There were no surprises or last-minute changes. I then worked with Gary in finance, and that experience was equally smooth and professional. Everything was handled efficiently, clearly, and with a high level of integrity. They even went above and beyond by ultimately beating my credit union's rate, which I genuinely did not expect. I'll be honest--I was a bit nervous going into a new dealership--but they completely proved me wrong. From sales to inspection to finance, the service was consistent, professional, and high-integrity from top to bottom. I would absolutely recommend working with Arlene, Rob, and Gary if you're looking for a straightforward, respectful, and well-run buying experience.

First, by the service manager at the dealer, then by the case manager who was handling my complaint. I waited 22 minutes at the service entrance without anyone checking me in. When I mentioned that to the service manager, he gave me a cold one word response: "Ok". With a tone that screamed, "...Fuck you, so what are you complaining about". I left the dealership two hours later with them saying they were unable to complete the recall service. This is despite having an appointment for the SAFETY recall. See attached note. I was also told that I can come back another day and that they might need up to 2 (TWO) days, that "it just depends". I was there for a SAFETY Recall for my 2024 Honda Prologue Touring AWD. The two letters I received from American Honda company regarding the SAFETY recall both state that it might take "up to approximately two hours". I can understand two hours turning into four hours. But two days!!!!!??? So, I called the 800 number in the recall letter and started a complaint. Case # 16370529. The case manager who called me in response to my complain was equally cold and told me that I would have to "work it out with the dealer" and "that you always have the option to go to another Honda dealer"! I told her that she didn't empathize or understand my frustration and did nothing to solve my problem. Then she said "what would like me to do to help you?". I said that you can help try to get my service completed in one day. She said "That is up to the dealership", "I can't help you". Btw, the case manager's tone was as bad as the Service Manager. She reminded me that I have to option to try another Honda dealer. Wake up HONDA! Because, here is the reality. .... WHAT I REALLY HAVE IS THE OPTION TO GO TO ANOTHER CAR COMPANY!! I do not give my money to companies who treat their customers like a piece of garbage! Lastly, thank you HONDA. You just crushed the loyalty of a long time HONDA customer. Guess how many HONDA vehicles I will be buying or leasing in the future? Exactly.

If you've ever dealt with a stubborn "sensor not ready" issue during a smog check, you know how incredibly frustrating it is. I had spent weeks doing endless drive cycles and going back and forth to my local mechanic with zero progress. I finally decided to take my car to a Nissan dealer as a last resort. Going to Carson Nissan was the right decision. Edgar, the service advisor, was a total game-changer. He was so honest, patient, and helpful. He had a tech take my car for a long freeway run to really diagnose it, and when the first part swap didn't quite do the trick, he figured out that he needed to perform a full computer reset. He asked me to leave the car for a couple of days and even gave me a loaner without any further charge. The best part? When I came to pick it up, not only was the O2 sensor triggered, but he had already run the smog check himself and sent it to the DMV for me! After months of a major headache, it was just... done. If you need someone professional, honest, and who actually gets the job done, go to Carson Nissan and ask for Edgar. You won't regret it.

I called daily, sometimes multiple times, and was either ignored or promised a callback that never came. I eventually had to borrow my wife's car and show up unannounced just to get a straight answer from Daniel, the service manager. My car was not washed as promised. I was charged over $700 with no acknowledgment of the poor experience. The service recommendations included repairs on components I had replaced less than a year ago -- and the technician's own video contradicted the written estimate, which raises serious questions about the integrity of the recommendations. To top it off, I received a text afterward asking me to give a "10/10" on this survey. I'm giving zeros wherever I can. I am a patient person. It takes a lot to push me to this point. This dealership managed it without breaking a sweat. Avoid Hyundai Carson. You deserve to be treated like a customer -- not a transaction

Around 12pm they say I have wait another 2 hours more due to a glitch they just found out after hours of having my car. Hmmm... i ended up picking up my car around after 3pm total of over 6 hours of waiting to get a oil change is a bit much and then the front desk lady giving me an additude did not help with this review at all. Ridiculous. One star for the service guy being nice. Otherwise .negative star would be more like it. But, I can't justify the service here for my overall experience and don't want give a bad review. But have to be honest about reviews. I am very surprised because normally I had good experience here overall before. MAYBE A BAD visit. This is 2nd time babd experience in my last 2 visits. Hopefully this is not how it is here now. Went downhill in service and treatment towards customers.
