But I am disappointed that the brakes (specifically the rear) and break rotors weren't fixed before they sold it. It cost over $1000 to have the breaks and rotors (which were warped) to get replaced. My other issue was the payment. They do not accept ACH, which was also very disappointing. My debit account would not accept a large withdrawal, and it was too late in the day for me to increase my limit. The last disappointing thing was their suggestion that I take a loan out to make up the difference, if I am not able to debit the full amount for the car. To me, this was crazy, because I'm paying in cash to avoid financing. After all that saving, why would I take out a loan? Makes no sense. These tactics to squeeze more dollars out of customers are outdated and quite frankly, annoying. We sorted out the payment issue and I got a decent car, which was the most important thing. Overall, I preferred my experience with AutoNation Toyota in Irvine. Payment was seamless and straightforward. All the brakes were new, there were no urgent maintenance items that were left for me to do, and they fully detailed the car before turning it over to me.

And if so, you could retroactively apply my sale. And if you were having issues with that, you would/should be obligated to sort it with the IRS to get my vehicle into that portal, or make it right by reaching out to me directly to find the letter I received from the IRS and see to how much I paid them for the back tax and help make things right. It shouldn't be my responsibility dealing with the IRS about this when YOUR salesman promised I would get that credit from the IRS, and your response being to apply NOW for the portal and it showing an error saying the website wont accept it because it's too late and "ooops sorry we tried" is all your response on that
