Buying the car was great. But i haven't had as good of luck with the service department. I brought my car in to have a defective part replaced and they ordered and installed the wrong part. When brought it in a second time to get the correct part installed I got my new car back with a chip in the drivers side door. They deny the chip was their fault, so now i am stuck with an expensive paint repair. Ugh! I am Regretting having the minor issue fixed now. I didn't know it would lead to this! read more

I hate buying cars. I was dreading going here not knowing how it would work out. We were in a lease that just wasn't working great for us due to high gas mileage and not good seating for our family of five. So we basically wanted to see what we could do to get out of our lease. Our salesman was Robert Flood and he was genuinely nice, helpful and patient when it came to us trying to decide what to do. We had made a deal and even began cleaning out our old car to get in the new one but then we were told the deal wasn't going to go through unless we came up with a big down pymt and our pymt would be higher. Apparently they had run the numbers using rebates for the wrong year of the car. Well, the sales mgr ended up coming out, saying that he knew he made a mistake and apologized and the dealership was going to take the loss and make it work for us. So there was a little back and forth on whether or not it was actually going to work out but it did. Those two guys and all the other salesmen were very friendly and treated us well. I would give them 5 stars but I was not happy at all with the finance lady. I won't say her name but I wish I was brave enough to. When I declined the gap insurance she was downright pushy, mean, and threatened that the bank would rescind the offer. I've bought cars before and I was prepared for them to push the extra insurance on me but I've never been treated like this. I also know it is not required to have that insurance. Then she proceeded to lie and tell me she was going to have to call the lady at the bank and tell them I was declining. I basically said that I really did not want the gap insurance (as I'm already stressed about the car pymt as it is) and that if they were going to require it I was fine not doing the deal. She then gets on the phone, pretending to call the woman at the bank but I know it was one of the mgrs at the dealership and it was a mans voice on the other end. She then told me she had to go talk to her mgr to let him know what was happening. I had to wait outside of her office and I seriously felt like finding my husband and just running away. Nothing had been signed and I did not want to deal with that lady anymore. She quickly had me come back in and said it was fine. Apparently the dealership was going to cover the gap insurance. Okay. All in all the papers got signed and we left with a new car. I'm not telling anyone to not come to this dealership because I honestly would go back again and work with Robert Flood, but I would just make sure and go on a day that finance lady wasn't working. read more

Loved Robert Flood! He's an incredible salesman that does an excellent job at keeping you at ease. Car buying is very stressful and this was my first experience in which I felt none. My only complaint is that when I walked through the doors there was one salesman (who I later found out was actually a "manager") that was very loudly complaining about a previous customer. I went here on Oct. 7th to purchase a new malibu. We found a 2016 malibu ex demo for sale. Talked price for awhile but had to go pick up my gf from everett cc so they let me take the car to pick her up. When I came back I noticed three of the wheels were curbed but that was all I could see since it was raining. I was willing to live with that since they came down on the price quite a bit. Anyways, I ended up buying it that night but I thought it was kind of strange they didn't pull it under cover to deliver the car to me like they did with everyone else, especially since it was raining! The next morning after buying the car I started noticing things I wasn't personally happy with about the car since it was now sunny out. The first couple things were some, minor but bothersome, scratches that looked like it was all the way through the paint on the hood and front bumper. There were also some things with interior that I was very displeased with. So, I immediately called the sales person who helped me with the purchase, Dennis Kenney, and told him the issues. He told me to bring it by. Before I brought the car by for Dennis to look at the issues I figured I should take a closer look at everything. There were quite a few spots on the car where I wasn't happy with the exterior. There were some other issues I wasn't happy with too but I won't get into the specifics. Also, keep in mind this is just my personal opinion of the car so it is possible the issues weren't as severe as I thought. I showed him the issues with the scratches and all he offered me was a paint pen which I told him wouldn't cut it. Anyways, he told me he couldn't do anything since the GM, Ward Fleischmann, was off till Tuesday (I was there on sunday). So, although I was very irritated that I had to wait two more days, I did. I am not trying to speak ill of Dennis as I understand he was doing what he could. Tuesday came and I gave Ward a call and told him that I wasn't happy with the car and wanted to trade it for a 2017. I also, told him all the issues with the car that I wasn't happy with and he then LAUGHED AT ME. So, I told him the car I wanted and I came by there after work to exchange and sign paperwork. After inspecting the new car Ward told me to head to the finance room to sign everything which I thought was weird considering we didn't negotiate a new price. When I got in there to sign I found out that other then the rebate Chevrolet corporate was running they were selling it to me at list price. I told the finance manager I wasn't okay with the price so she paged Ward to the finance office. Immediately after paging Ward I could hear him grunt and moan from the sales floor, real professional right? This is where things went really bad. After telling Ward I wasn't happy with the price he told me they couldn't come down on the price because there was no money in the car which I didn't believe to be true. He continued to argue with me and told me if I didn't like it I could take the car they already sold me, the one with all the issues, and leave. Pretty sad that Ward seemed to be more concerned with making money off me then his own customer service. Ward also said that it was my fault since I didn't notice the issues with the car before I bought it. I was infuriated at this point because Ward wasn't willing to work with me at all and just kept arguing with me. Ward would rather put me back in the car that I was unhappy with then budge on the price of the new one. He continued to talk down to me until I gave up because either I'm stuck with a car I don't want or I'm overpaying for a new one and decided to just take the new one. I told Ward to leave and let me sign papers which he then cut me off and said "What was that? use your big words." I about lost it, and again told him to leave the office so I could sign the papers and get out of there. I have never in my lifetime experienced worse customer service or been talked down to in such a manner. Just a disclaimer, I am not trying to discredit or speak poorly of the quality of their product, as I love chevrolet, just simply explaining the terrible customer service I received from Ward. Also, be careful what you post on here because they may threaten to sue you. Me and my wife would like to express how Surprised and thankful for what the Service Department, Stan and Dan for helping us with our 2016 Chevrolet Trax, on 11/18/18 it broke down( the Engine kept over heating)so we Limped our way to the dealership stopping every five minutes taking about 45 minutes to get to the dealership and we're only 5 miles from the dealership, we got there and we told Stan we didn't have any money to have it fixed, The Service department was going to close in approximately 20 minutes so Stan told us how much it was going to cost to evaluate and find out what the problem was which was $154 and see if there was any warranty to cover and he was going to have to wait till Monday so he gave us a loaner car to use and they covered the cost of the loaner, well on Monday 11/19/18 they let us know that the thermostat and the water Pump went out at the same time and the original cost because we had no coverage was going to be over $1000 we let them know we would get back with him well Stan and Dan reached out to GM and GM and the dealership covered $400 the dealership covered the complete cost of the loaner car for four days and we were able to come up with the money to have our car fixed And while we were having our car fixed we had a car that was reliable to get around to take care of appointments and go to a doctors appointment that had we not been helped by Everett Chevrolet service department Stan and Dan we wouldn't have been able to do , we both highly recommend Everett Chevrolet service department thank you very much Dan and Stan and we also recommend that your next car you considered Everett Chevrolet We personally have not experienced this kind of customer service from any car dealership any where, Sincerely, Darryl and Jackie T. read more

This is the best experience with this dealership. My Chevy spark started overheating and I had to pull over on a busy freeway and get towed. When I called this dealer I was expecting to be pushed aside and told they couldn't do anything for me. Instead, Chris answered the phone. He was very patient and kind to me in my hysteria of my barley 3 year old car breaking down. He gave me all the phone numbers of the dis batch center for tow trucks and was very patient with me when I called at least 10 times with lots of questions. The great service didn't end there. I did not buy a car here but was on the verge of buying one(long story). My only advice to people who are going to buy a car from here is that you should come prepared with your own auto insurance and financing options because the finance person I met contacted 11 (or more) different companies for insurance and loan resulting in 11 checks on my credit report! I had a huge drop in my credit score within one month and I wished I had contacted my bank for an auto loan before visiting this dealership. i received a notice regarding my impala being on the recall list for 2 issues. I first want to say Sabrina the receptionist was very helpful and sweet. She made me feel welcome and set the tone. Then after a while i did feel like it was taking too long. When i alerted a Gentleman that i planned to walk a few blocks up to the beauty salon (his name was Ward btw) and right away very kindly offered to have someone drive me there and back. Not sure if Ward was a salesman or what but he was awesome I got to ride in a bad ass yellow convertible corvette of theirs and Chris Danielsen drove me and said just call when i was ready to come back. Point is they all knew I was there for recall and not to buy and they all treated me like a princess. now that's a classy establishment not to mention they give u a free car wash when u leave! On October 23rd we visited Chevrolet of Everett and purchased a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 truck for just over 15,000 dollars. We were very impressed with our salesman Bill Kern. He was mild mannered, friendly and had our best interest at heart. Bill made us feel comfortable immediately and consequently our experience purchasing one of their vehicles was most pleasant. Unfortunately things turned from great to unacceptable once we were directed to the finance department. John who was the person we dealt with was abrupt and high pressured. While Bill had told us that the finance department would find us the best possible rate John quoted us a 6.99 percent interest rate from Wells Fargo. We questioned why the rate was so high as my husband Jerry's credit was exceptional. He then decided to look further and in seconds was able to find a rate of 4.69 percent from BECU. This was a red flag as we wondered why he hadn't researched the lenders for the lowest rate for us. Then from there he quoted us what our monthly payments would be with and without the added warranty, the gap, and the theft etching. The difference was a mere 25 dollars so we agreed to add the warranty. However the figure he quoted for financing without all the warranties was at 12 percent, and we didn't notice this until we reviewed our documents that evening at home. The twelve percent was the worst scenario quoted for us by Bill, and John used that figure to show us the difference of payment with the warranties. This was very deceptive and we believe it was his way of earning a fast buck. The added warranties totaled well over 4,000 dollars, and seemed crazy when the entire vehicle was just over 15000 dollars. I would have rather paid more money for a better vehicle than paying the exorbitant amounts for the warranty. That evening we called John to say we wanted to nullify the warranties. He said we were having buyer's remorse, and it was a little late to change things. This was a totally unacceptable response to a customer. In addition he said he would call us back in an hour as he had clients coming soon, but he never did. The next morning we went back to the dealer and met with Bob the manager. He was most courteous and said the finance manager Fiona would help us. Unfortunately her demeanor was no better than John's and although she removed all the warranties from our contract she was not pleasant with us. She was both argumentative and would interrupt us when we tried to explain our concerns. In conclusion I just felt I needed to address our concerns so that this type of service would not be repeated to someone else. read more

Our vehicle had sudden severe issues and we barely limped in, towards the end of their workday, and everyone was so friendly to get our vehicle checked out and explain the issue. Gwen and Kasey in Service were fabulous. And when it turned out our car wasn't going to be drivable for a few days and to get us back on the road they gave various options and were focused on our goals whatever they may be.. Ward stayed in touch to make sure we were taken care of, made sure pricing was where we wanted to be and Rob ended up helping us out when it became clear a new vehicle was in our future. He had only been with the company and selling cars for five weeks but did a fabulous job of introducing me to the car and working out the arrangements and paperwork. Parts manager refused to make key even though ID last name & address matched and would offer no other option then to bring in mom (No other document would help). I worked with Chris at this dealership. I had my eye on a 2012 Buick Verano and had made an appointment at 9:00am on a Saturday. I had an opportunity to test drive the car with Chris and then take the car out for a few hours to test drive on my own. I thought this was a nice touch. Because it was a Buick at a Chevy dealership, they didn't seem very well informed about the features of the vehicle (at one point they told me the "Eco-boost was on" when there in fact there is no "Eco-boost" in this model of vehicle). I got an amazing deal in the finance department (half the APR I had anticipated) and an amazing deal on the price of the car itself (they worked with me). I was however pressured to buy an extended warranty that I decided wasn't what I wanted. Luckily, it wasn't an issue to return the $2600 warranty the following morning. Overall I felt the experience was a laid back one, it included free coffee (which is always good) and I'm happy I felt like I got a good deal on this car. It was beautifully detailed. Spic and span! I took my 1999 Toyota Camry to Chevrolet of Everett to get the oil changed last Thursday. When I pulled up to the service area, Stan came out to my car, greeted me, took some information, and took me to their waiting area. The waiting area is so fancy! Stan Nietupski and Dustin Lang were my service advisors for this procedure and Ben was the technician who changed my oil. Ben noticed that my car was leaking oil so he put dye in it and I was told to come back after driving 100-500 miles so they could tell me where the leak(s) are coming from. They explained the possible issues I am sure they will provide great customer service when I return. Stan, Dustin, and Ben were very knowledgeable about my Camry and reassured me that they would take care of the issue once they know for sure where the leaking is coming from, which I really appreciate. Everyone was nice my sales man Erik DeChatonnayrre was great. He asked me what I wanted had someone look at trade in and ask what I was looking for on payments all before looking at a car. About 3 weeks ago the dreaded check engine light came on in my 2015 Corvette Stingray. I live in downtown Everett so I took my car into Chevrolet of Everett. (Coincidentally, in 1976 I bought my first car off this lot when it was Pignataro Chevrolet). Dan in service got it right in to be diagnosed and delivered the news to me that I had a sensor go bad in the transmission. Sadly, a part they didn't have in stock. A week later the part came in.............wrong. Everything ordered correctly, wrong part assigned to it. The fly in the ointment was that there was no part available. My "baby" would have to stay with them. Dan immediately offered a service car (which I didn't take that day, but eventually did) and a promise that he would keep on top of getting this part and call me EVERY day. GUESS WHAT????....he DID! EVERY DAY. Other dealers that had this part needed it, but there was one dealer who didn't get back to the Chevrolet parts inquirer. The gentleman in parts at Chevrolet of Everett, took it upon himself to track that dealer down and they released the part. Today I picked up my "baby" and she's now parked in our garage. All of this was covered under Chevrolet's excellent power train warranty. Dustin in service took beautiful care of her during the repair and Dan was above and beyond UNBELIEVABLE in his attention to service. A local Chevrolet dealer with a business ethic as great as Chevrolet of Everett solidifies for me how blessed my wife and I are to be locals!!! read more

Should be Zero Star for this dealership, here is why: I went to look at the truck that I like and they told me i'm pre-approved, by Mill Town CU. This was Saturday and they made me take home the vehicle.(Spot Delivery Scam. don't get sucked in to this, the way I did.) Monday, they called me back and told me that the bank did not approve my loan and they will look for other bank who will approve my loan. I agree for them to look for other bank. They called me back and told me that other bank approved my loan but with higher interest rate, 4.25%. I told them that I don't like the term and will return the vehicle. I returned the vehicle Wednesday, and they are giving me hard time getting my down payment back. 4th day after I returned the vehicle and they are STILL trying to get to sign a new contract agreement which I do not want to get into. The Sale Manager (Ward Fleishmann) was very rude and threaten me to file a lawsuit against me (for what?). I'm practicing my consumer rights act. So please do not flip the script Mr. Fleishmann. I finally got the truck I want from different dealership.. I recommend Mount Vernon Chevy Dealership, 8.5% sale tax, and people are easy to talk to.
