Buying a car can be stressful but Ali Blahbleih of Chevrolet of Everett made the whole process seamless. Actually, it was so smooth it was strange. I'm sure all us can remember visiting car lot and the car salesmen swoop down on you like vultures. Then they proceed to double talk and frustrate you to no end. Well, you will not experience any of that at Chevrolet of Everett. I knew what I was looking for prior. When I arrived my car of choice was waiting for me with a personal greeting note posted on window. (I refer to this as the Nordstrom customer service mindset). Mr. Blahbleih went over in detail every feature of car. Later upon closing the deal he again walked me through all the details of car. Working with finance was efficient and above aboard. I was in and out in 1.5 hrs. I drove off the lot with my new Lexus feeling quite satisfied. I will definitely recommend Chevrolet of Everett to family and friends. Had a bad experience in the past with a brand new car I bought from this dealership a few years back but decided to give them another chance with my Tahoe regarding a small pain chip under warranty, talked with Dan in service and made an appointment it started out great, I had mentioned I would just like to send an email that I simply want a factory finish just so I'm not the bad guy incase the paint is poor quality when the job is complete like last time, he put me on hold and the general manage Ward got on the phone, he laughed and said you can go elsewhere we aren't going to deal with it. I was very polite and was simply trying to confirm a good job was done from the get go. I called Shannon Harnish twice with no call back. they then wrote on my repair order that I became demanding. not true at all. this company doesn't care about quality or customer service from the general manager to the ownership. I went to another Chevy dealership and had no problems at all with the exact same request I made and had a great experience. Stay away from this dealer ship. read more

Keith was more than willing to work with my needs and got me in a $4000 Honda Accord. While this may have been one of the cheapest vehicles on their lot I was still treated with the upmost respect by my salesman and the other employees there at the time. Buy a car here. We walked in late on a Sunday intending to test drive a used car and come back later if we liked it. We liked the car so much, the staff stayed late to make it happen that evening! We worked with Erik (sales), James (used car manager), and Simon (finance). Everyone was genuine, honest, low key, while also being knowledgable and efficient. Even the staff who just walked by were friendly and seemed very happy to work there. Since it was Sunday evening, the detailing staff was off. Erik had us come back Monday for a free detail. While we waited, they had a free shuttle to take us into downtown Everett for lunch. Kristin and Mila (the shuttle drivers) were prompt and very nice. In the end, Erik sent us off with a full tank of gas. Buying a car can be a huge headache, but we would happily return to Chevy of Everett for our next purchase. read more

Service and window exchange were ok, though sticker at the window schedules my car within the next three month... after a major service?! Rather high maintenance for a 4 year old equinox of 51k miles. Had a tyre rotation too. Drove off the lot only to find out, half way to Seattle, that the tyre pressure system didn't work. Thankfully they said they'd be happy to fix it on the same Saturday. I had to call the day trip short and return as I'm working weekdays. The failing tyre pressure system was fixed within minutes. As explanation for the failure, I was told that the on-board computer 'hadn't taken the programming' ...?! I guess that's what he had say. A rather annoying and unnecessary trip to the dealership. read more

I don't recommend buying any vehicle from this dealership. Especially from the salesmen Joey. They will say whatever they need to sell the vehicle. Bought a 2014 Kia Soul and it died on me within T. Didn't even have 100,000 miles. They will tell you you're "completely covered" for 3 months with there warranty but forget to mention until your car dies that it actually only covered 50% labor and 25% for parts. They don't care at all about your car dying and especially don't care about the towing price and will make you pay for all of it. They don't have loaners so they will make sure your not able to work. Only thing they care about is money, not there "family owned" dealership bull shit. DONT TRUST THEM. If I could rate a 0 I would. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Paid $160 for towin, $144 for fixing the car, and $30 to Uber to work. If you want an unreliable car and shitty service go here. My old 2005 Chevy Malibu with 200,000 miles performed better. I'd also like to mention how the manager of this dealership had called me after writing the review above saying he didn't appreciate my review because I was "lying and none of this was true". I thought maybe he had called to fix the inconvenience for me but instead just wanted to let me know how wrong I was and how mad he was with my review because I was completely honest with how my experience went. He had offered me to be repaid just for the battery and Uber rides ONLY IF I took down this post so others couldn't see how badly they mistreat customers. Seems to me that if I was such a liar they wouldn't offer something like that if they knew they weren't in the wrong. They said "it wasn't the dealerships fault, it's kias fault for making such a shitty car and my fault for buying it", yet they purchased the car from someone else? I was very shocked with how the manager was speaking to me on the phone... not good customer service at all. I chose to keep the review up since I had already paid for everything and I rather have customers know how they actually treat people since i only went to them because of all the "good" reviews they had but it made me wonder how many people they bribed to take down there bad reviews about them... Update on my vehicle it now is misfiring in cylinder 1 and cylinder 2. So again another problem with the vehicle within 6 months.. highly recommend you check ever nook and cranny of the vehicle you're looking at and completely disregard anything the salesmen say to you. They're just looking for a quick way to get the next car on the lot. After this entire experience I will always try to refrain from dealerships. It's been a month since my car started misfiring and my car that I bought from them 6 months ago still isn't working and is now back in the shop. I was looking for an Alfa Romeo Ti Sport which Chevrolet of Everett happened to have in a 2018 model year. I had my 2017 Honda Civic si for sale on-line and had a few bites but nothing solid. I contacted them on-line to make a deal which they did giving me the same price I was asking and taking a $1000 off the price of the Alfa which I was already pricing on-line. We made a tentative deal on-line contingent on each other inspecting the vehicles. Once I arrived at the dealership Ali was the man, he may have been more excited than me about the car (thanks Ali) and we had a very smooth transaction. When I arrived the car was parked out front with a placard in the window welcoming me (nice touch). Within a couple hours they had my Honda and I had their Alfa Romeo and we were on our way, only after Ali took the car out to fill the gas tank, thanks! Before I arrived, I had my mind set on a Kia but once Jake showed me around and let me drive the Equinox I decided I truly liked the car. By the time I came back from my test drive he had already found me another that had the interior that I wanted with extra features! Price however was apparently non-negotiable, they offered 950 for my old car; they told me they were being generous, but really I already had a buyer lined up willing to pay a grand...but I decided to eat the 50 bucks and let them have it. Then I went to the financial guy- Jeff, he will take you to the cleaners, he tacked on a warranty I didnt need or want and became rude and impatient when I told him I was preapproved for a loan through my own bank. He insisted his loan through "Ally" was much better. No, actually I had to do the whole loan over with my own bank, not fun. But I did, and my bank offered 1.5% less interest, clearly I was lied to, and though his manager was so apologetic, he did not apologize once. DO NOT HO HERE FOR A CAR. read more

We bought a barely used Suburban from Chevrolet of Everett a few weeks it ago. It was a great experience from sales, to finance, to service (window tint, paint and interior protection.) JJ was awesome on the sales side. Patient, knowledgable and willing to spend the time to show us the options and insure we would be happy with the vehicle we selected. Ward (general sales manager) made the buy decision easy with straight forward information on were the dealer could go, price-wise, to make the deal happen. Sally in finance made what is usually the worst part of the process (completing the contract and all of the associated paperwork) bearable. The positive experience continued with the service department. It was very easy to get scheduled and convenient to drop-off and pick-up my vehicle. They even volunterred that I could keep the loaner car overnight vs fighting rush hour traffic to pick up my Suburban when I got off work that afternoon. Sales guy Joey was great very helpful. During the transaction, however there was some sort of issue with the bank initially so my nephew had to go back to receive new docs. My nephew has never purchased a car before so he was unaware of the new APR and it was not explained it was said "it just went up a little" from 7.99% to 11.99%. After talking to him once this was done he said he felt he was being taken advantage of and didn't understand fully what was being done. I tried to rescind the deal from the GM Michelle and she chose to just repeat herself saying maybe he should have asked and it a document once its done basically that's it. She didn't want to listen to me with my question and then decided after I had already spoken to her then tell me " name and name can come in together but we are done. This is how they treat customers? Poor service, very disappointed. Best place to go for bad service. read more

We bought a pickup from them 3 years ago. A year and a half ago we bought a used vehicle and it turned out that there was an issue with it that we only found out about after the purchase. They went above and beyond to take care of the problem. We have since tried to stay loyal to them and do all our service there. We just had service done this week They helped us with discounts wherever we could get them and the service advisors were awesome. I'm a Dodge owner and needed my truck detailed. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of detail shops around with good reviews in Everett so I was driving by and stopped in to see what they offered. The service desk was very helpful in scheduling and did not make a big deal that I have an interlock device in my truck. I dropped it off the night before and was getting ready ping an Uber when one of the young salesman asked if he could give me a ride home so I took him up on it. When I came in that evening to pick up my truck, it looked great. Better than the day I bought it brand new, four years ago (other than a few dents and dings from yours truly). This dealership knows how to take care of people. Couldn't be better timing as I will be in the market for a new truck in a few months and they are really making me consider going to Chevy. I live in Woodinville and there are actually 3 other dealerships closer to me than Everett. The problem is those 3 other dealers didn't know my new Z06 needed a 500 mile oil change when I called, reassuring my car was broken in and didn't require an oil change until at least 5,000 miles... which made me want to drive to each one and slap them upside the head. Apparently the Everett dealer is the only one with staff in service who read their email. They got me in right when I wanted with no problems. Great service and a great staff who actually knows the products they're selling and working on. I'll be taking my car to Everett for service from now on. read more

I had stopped by Chevrolet of Everett to browse their Chevy Cruze selection. I had never bought a car from a dealership and was a bit leery of doing so, especially with the horror stories you often hear. My experience was none that you would typically expect. (except the finance department). Chris Whitted worked with my budget and wanted to find a car that I would be content with. Chris was knowledgeable and his calm demeanor aids in the car buying process. He was never aggressive, nor pushed any car for a sale. He was pleasantly concerned in the wants and needs of what would fit my lifestyle rather than a car that would create more commission. If you are in the market for a car, definitely see Chris! I would, however, recommend not going to the finance department, as the woman in the lending office had more aggressive sales tactics than the car salesman himself. Her derogatory manner in which she aggressively wanted to know why would I not buy a warranty, or why I would want to spend $3,000 to fix computers is beyond her. In no way was it a conversation about the warranty or gap insurance, rather it was an aggressive attack on why I would ever do such a thing. She said in a rude manner "Is my budget really that tight?" which frankly had she posed it in a different manner, it's possible I would have been receptive. But, since her entire sales delivery was less than favorable, I did not appreciate any part of the conversation. I think after the initial time of saying no I do not want a warranty or the gap insurance, that should been sufficient. Instead she spent the duration pushing both the warranty and the gap insurance after I said no. She continued to extend the term of the loan to lower the payment (which does nothing), and chastising me about why I wouldn't purchase these things. After I had enough of her rude demeanor I decided I would call someone to get their feedback. Then she continued to push to find out who I was going to call and why (which is frankly none of her business). When I mentioned that I could come back tomorrow if she had somewhere she needed to be (it was 8:15) and she said quite rudely "Well, we do close at 8." The customer service in the lending department is highly unfavorable and I would suggest getting financing prior to stopping in. Had it not been for Chris and his ability to create a calm atmosphere as well as his level headed reasoning, I would have walked out without the car. read more

They lost the title paperwork for my planned trade in while I was test driving their car. Watch them when they copy yours and get it right back. Don't let the salesperson hand it off to someone else while you are on the test drive. Dealerships that hang on to your paperwork make it difficult for you to leave so you can think properly about the deal that your are reviewing. Be careful. read more
