Probably the easiest and shortest amount of time that I have ever spent buying a new car. I engaged with communicating with Erik, let him know EXACTLY what we were looking for and though our hearts were set on a black Silverado RST, he had us consider a sexy metallic grey one that checked all of the boxes. He took a great time at understanding exactly what we wanted to pay, got us to that number, got us the exact 1500 that we wanted and off we went. When the Silverado literally came off the shipping truck, he gave us updated photos and let us know when it was available to go see it. We fell in love and got it immediately. THANK YOU ERIK! Instead of taking care of the problem, they say contact a lawyer so the work that they did here on my vehicle is not working right my transmission is still acting up and when I contact them the front office lady who told them that I yelled at her she hangs up on me so they have now turned my car into a lemon. This makes the third time that I have sent my vehicle into GM and their service centers to get it fixed. This is certified lemon. I'm not sending my car to get fixed at nowhere else now I have to file with my insurance under vandalism from a car lot this is ridiculous $100,000 loss because you get racially profile. read more

Another part was broken by technicians at the garage during service, and was told my car was no longer operable. Repair took over three weeks. I write a review on google reviews but that was shortly after I bought my vehicle from this dealership. But now I'm about 5 months into having my truck. It has now been in 7 times for service and I have only put 5k miles on it. Kendall Chevrolet can't figure it out. I've asked them to just undo the deal and get me into another truck but that's too challenging for them apparently. In 5 months, the truck has been in their shop for at least 1 month of that. As a single dad with one vehicle, this is the worst experience I have had with a vehicle buying experience and the ability for a service team to fix the issue. This is a service department review. They stink! Husband got an appointment on Friday, July 17th @ 10 am. It was just for a diagnostic to see why there was seepage from between the engine and transmission. They had the truck for 3 days with no word. He called to get a status and got no reply. He called again the next day and they used the excuse they were understaffed and would they try to be better on communication. Cameron was assigned as our service tech. Another day passed and still no update. My husband then went into his Chevy app and noticed that the truck had been driven 35 miles and used 10% of fuel since he dropped the truck off. He finally went into the service department the following Saturday (over a week later) to checkup The truck was just sitting in their parking lot like he was a customer. They claimed they put some die in the truck to determine if it was the engine or transmission that was seeping and that is why it needed to be driven. My husband responded he understood that but not 35 miles! My husband took possession of the truck because it was pretty obvious they were going to hold it hostage for who knows how long before we actually got a diagnosis and any work done. First let me start by saying I wasnt even going to go to go Kendall due to a previous bad experience with them. The dealer I was going to go to was closed on Sunday so I gave them another chance. A salesman named Andrew Thorp greeted me quickly and took me directly to the truck I was looking at and we went for a short test drive, So far so good. The dealer I was going to go to originally had pretty much the exact same truck Kendall had but it was a few less thousand less (Kendall wanted MSRP). They looked online at the other dealers price and lowered theirs to match. Also I told them what I wanted for my trade and they didn't question it, low ball or anything, just gave me what I wanted. It was a beauty and I now have a wonderful upgraded Chevy Volt! It was the quickest and easiest vehicle sale I've ever done by far! And I got a great deal, so absolutely no buyers remorse. We made an appointment for our car to get diagnosed (specifically I ask for a 2 hour diagnosis) over 2 weeks ago. We made the appointment for this specific day because they would have a rental for us to use. Come the day we go drop off the car, the do not have a rental available. SURPRISE! My husband had gone back in and told them that we specifically had this day for the rental. After them saying they couldn't do anything he starts walking home. I then call them and express my frustration and surprisingly they "have one pulling in now". Mind you, my husband says he parked next to this car when he pulled in. First problem solved, with a struggle. Next, I call to get an update on my car and they tell me they haven't started repairs yet. I asked them what they mean since I only booked a diagnosis. The gentlemen then tells me my husband added some things to the list and they haven't started that yet (looking at the wipers, and suspension) When I had made this appointment they asked originally what I wanted to look at and I said "the whole car?" Less than a month ago we got a diagnosis done at Honda and they spent 2 hours on the vehicle and looked at the whole thing. After this conversation the gentleman let's me know it's a 1 hour diagnosis per problem! This seems extremely shady, as the communication was next to none and I had originally asked to have the car looked at to tell me what needs to be done to it, if I already knew why would I be paying you to look at it instead of just repair it. Plus, aren't you not supposed to wait until there are symptoms of broken parts or issues to get the car looked at? It was merely a preventative diagnostic and I was almost blindsided with the financial portion of it, If I hadn't called and stopped them. After reading other peoples reviews, this seems to be a common problem with their service department and I highly suggest going somewhere else. read more

I bought a Cadillac in Vancouver, Canada and drove it back to Los Angeles. Just before Seattle, at speed, a scraping sound could be heard underneath the car. When I saw the Kendall Chevrolet sign, I pulled off I-5, and waited until the next morning for the dealership to open. At opening, in just a few minutes, they had my car on the hoist, and had diagnosed the problem. They removed a loose plastic, splash guard, and I was on my way. They refused to take any payment. Jayme Lovatt, the director of sales was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process from the time I inquired about the vehicle to the time it was ready for me to come in and test drive. He was also able to recommend a great alternative car to test drive at a similar price point which was helpful in the overall buying experience. No pressure throughout the process, just wanted to make sure I got the right car for me. I then also worked with Cale Cross, who was very knowledgeable and able to answer several questions on the two cars despite them not being a Chevrolet. Once I locked in on the car I wanted, the rest of the buying process went fast as they had been transparent on pricing ahead of coming in. Finance moved quickly too, again no extra pressure on the add-ons and was able to answer all of my questions so I could make a decision one way or the other. However the Sales, and especially the finance guys will cheat you as much as they possibly can and then some.. Last year i bought a car with a $63,330 sticker price, was talked into some addons, but later that same week I went back to get the addons removed, because I never got them nor wanted them. Went to this dealer for the air bag recall on my 2008 suburban. Called service they said no problem it will take about one hour to complete the job.I made an appointment for 1:00PM last month. I Took the day of to get this job completed, Dropped my suburban off on the time of scheduled appointment. I got out the door about 20 yards and received a call from Kenddal Chevrolet that they do no have an airbag to install into my suburban. Seems as though they do not keep a very good inventory of their parts and this experience was a total waste of time. Made an appointment online for an oil change. Got a call later same day from the dealership stating the online system wasn't working. Rescheduled for same day late in afternoon. Got several email reminders for the appointment I was told wasn't valid. Showed up at rescheduled time and they have no record of the appointment. They fit me in and completed the oil change. At check out I learned the price has increased from $65 to over $100 in about 3 months. Lots of excuses given for that, mostly blaming previous owners.
