Wow so after reading the other posts it looks like there are people that had the same issue as I did. I went inside to purchase something, but really needed to use the restroom first. A blonde woman named Natalie (I think it was actually spelled with a "Y"-- pretty sure I'm misspelling it) was behind the register and said "the restrooms are for customers only" without even thinking once that I might be there to buy something. It was just a "guilty till proven innocent" situation. I was a bit annoyed but ended up using the restroom followed by me buying my item and then leaving. It was so incredibly awkward. I m often with my baby, today she was sleeping in her car seat and like 100% of the time I have to go inside to get the receipt. I have been trying to get in touch with this station regarding a dropped wallet. Their phone is not connected (at least the number in Google) Have had a couple of less than stellar experiences with the cashier here because their pumps are often messed up and won't allow you to add your rewards info or refuses to read credit cards and you must go inside. This happened twice in the last week here at this station and in the middle of it, I may have dropped my wallet. Now I cannot get a hold of them to see if they have it. I went to Chevron this morning at 9:25 am to put in gas before stopping in at Porto's Bakery. Prior to putting in gas I had to use the restroom. As I walked into Chevron I told the female clerk (about 40 years old with heavy make up on her cheeks as to cover up her bad skin) just how beautiful the store looked. I've only put gas in at the pumps and never been inside. I use this Chevron quite often. She was on her cell, and never responded to my statement, I was ignored. I asked her "where's the restroom?" and while talking on her cell she said something in another language but it wasn't English. Finally after looking at me strangely she said "you have to be a customer to use the restroom." And I asked her "what did you say?" She said once again and quite direct and loudly "I SAID you have to be a customer." And I responded "if you'd get off your cell phone and handle your customers and my needs you'd be well aware that I'm a customer." She then cocked her head back as if no one ever challenged her before. When I got done using the restroom I didn't feel good about our exchange so I was going to bring it to her attention. But there was a customer that was taking longer than normal so I decided to take her pic and file a complaint with Chevron's Customer Service Dept at 855-285-9595. It doesn't matter what job someone has, when a customer walks into your a business that you're getting paid to be at, then it's your responsibility to treat the customer well, not ignore us by using your cell phone. read more

Avoid this place like the plague! All the pumps have signs on them that you have to pay inside. When inside, you are met with the rudest cashiers. Tonight I went inside, was greeted with, "How much?!" I gave him the amount and said I would like to use my Vons card. He gives me a look of disgust, then angrily says, "You should have told me that before I started!" I responded with, "You don't have to be so rude about it!" He says, "What?! You think I'm rude?! I've never seen a more pitiful excuse for gas station management in my entire life. I wouldn't expect this kind of service in downtown LA, let alone Burbank. The old manager was a crabby and all-around unpleasant person. I came in to the station to buy gas, and after the transaction he told me "you're good" and motioned with his hands for me to leave. I asked him if I could get a receipt, and he rolled his eyes and gave it to me. It's like he's trying to lose business, and the pump was incredibly slow. It's a very nice chevron that seems to be new. Plenty of pumps, but cars readers at the pumps aren't working so I had to go inside. I walked in and pleasantly said hello and asked Karina charge me. NEVER AGAIN! Went there 07/16/18 at 6:30am. While I was waiting for my car to fill up, I walked inside to use the restroom. When I asked the attendant/cashier for directions to the restroom, she replied "It's for paying customers only". I nodded and pointed at my car. I had to be in this neighborhood to visit a store. On my way out I stopped at this station to use the bathroom and fill up. I walked in and the middle aged guy with the beard and glasses denied me the restroom saying it was out of order. Seriously? So what do you do I ask, pee in a cup? He just looks at me. As I'm walking out the door I mention the fact that people used to be courteous to each other, did you know that? You just threw away a $150.00 fill up. So this is a bad place and they have zero courtesy for there customers and I've noticed that Chevron stations in particular seem to have a bad attitude about bathrooms because the people who work there don't want to clean it. That's exactly what this is so you owners you just might want to check out what's going on while your not there. 10 $150.00 customers that leave is $1,500.00 out of your pocket times that by 7 is over 10,000. CHEAPEST GAS in town, and I drive a lot and I know prices. I'm here every Tuesday at 7am, never crowed. The 5-star is for the service, the guy Tony is such a cool cat, he's funny as hell. All the girl like him because he's half Swedish half Moroccoan. The other 5-star is for the place being clean, in aid and outside. Construction is going on apparently, and Tony said they're waiting for city permit. Outside is clean, the window cleansing liquid is always clean and filled up. I noticed other young little children on the bottom of the reviews complaining about that. My car is brand new, and my windows always get clean. Maybe it's because the "other" complaining person might have had a 1986 rusty Ford Fiesta, most likely a lemon from Galpin. I used it here at the pump so I wouldn't need to go inside the store. After getting gas here there have been 6 fraudulent charges on my bank account. Total $750. I reviewed my statement all of the charges have been at shell gas stations in the Encino area. I NEVER need to be in that area.
