If management thinks that's acceptable representation, no wonder this place is a dump. Don't waste your time, your money, or your patience here. If single serve isn't your thing, they got you with the QT Kitchen menu. One thing I love about the new QT's is the coffee station, which now features a wide variety of coffee by the tap! The chicken biscuit is pretty good. Dont bother ordering anything from the broaster menu. They will just tell you to get the "2 Cup Special" instead. My wife got gas from them and said the pumps are very slow.
