Clearly they're trying to upsell you on a more expensive one, but when I went there today I got a "you've earned a free car wash you can upgrade" just after swiping my card. I parked my car on the gravel behind "Slim Olson's", where other cars were parked. There was no sign of me breaking the law. Afterall, obviously "St George Express" and "Slim Olson's" have an agreement or understanding that cars will be parked here with it being a designated meeting point for riders. My car is a nice car and obviously wasn't a breakdown. It had been parked there out of the way on Saturday Oct 27 at 12:20pm and I returned to pick it up Monday Oct 29 7pm and to my surprise it was gone.

Sometimes the self-service areas for drinks and food are messy but I'm not sure how long it stays that way or how long it was like that before I got there. The nozzles for the drinks definitely need a good cleaning. Bathrooms have been clean when I've needed to use it. Gas pumps are normally free of debris and trash cans aren't overflowing. They have your run of mill items needed for snacking while on the road. Don't forget to get an adventure card as it gives you 2 cents of per gallon when used. I've never looked further into the card, but I'm sure there's an app you can download to check out what the options are for it's use.

I have eaten my fair share of Maverik hot dogs and while I have had better, for a gas station they are not bad. There are lots of gas stations to pick from but when I need to make a stop I always look for a Maverik.
