If that makes any difference at all I don't know, but Chevron and Sinclair tend to be my principal fill-up stations. This Chevron has several pumps and is usually not very busy, so waiting for a pump generally isn't a concern. The large convenience store inside offers all of the products you'd expect to find: sodas and bottled waters, candy and gum, chips and other salty snacks, as well as pain killers and windshield washer fluid. This Chevron station also shares space with a Burger King, making it a convenient one-stop-shop for gas, some Peach Rings, and a burger.

I guess it is, or we believe that it is, because the Costco gas line is more popular than the cool kids' table in high school. I find myself jumping in line with the rest of 'em, too...if I'm in the area. This location seems to be even more happening than others-probably because it's right in the center of everything, not because the gas is any better than other Costcos. It's a littel tricky to navigate being at the back of the parking lot, not easily accessible from the road. But that doesn't deter folks...they gotta save those dollars!

Yes, newer eng's "detune"/lower Compression themselves automatically, so 85 works fine -- BUT: Comes at performance cost of less MPG due to less HP w/ lower Octane. Less HP Less MPG = MORE gasoline/MPH. Even though factory-Recommended MIDgrade "up" here costs more, eng. gets better MPG, so basically a "wash" $$-wise. There is only 1 cash register open between the hours of 5-7 but once the clock strikes 8 you are in luck because the next shift rolls in with additional help and presto-3 registers are now fully functional. If you are grabbing donuts be sure to verify the price. Most of the time donuts are $1.59 but upon checkout they will ring up as a dollar more. Not to worry- employees will honor the price listed and are more than happy to assist you. Note- don't be that person who pays with change and falls 10 cents short then proceeds with an outburst.
