I've been doing business here since 2009. Friendly staff, convenient car wash, quick smog checks, & ice cold beer. Chris at the car wash is a great guy. Every 10th wash is free, you get a discount on gas if you purchase a car wash at the pump, you also get a free wash with every oil change. Went in to get my car washed. I have the 30 day plan to get it cleaned throughout the month. have always taken it to this location because of the staff and how good they WERE! Well. today.. Chris got me all checked in like always (even updated their system with my new plate on my car). Check in was at 4:34pm... Car was washed and pulled to the drying area at 4:50pm. At 5:05pm not one person had touched the car to do anything with it other than (1) pulled it forward and (2) took towels off my car to go dry another car. When I asked who was in charge a guy looked around and said he was. So I asked how much longer is the wait to have my car dried so I could go.. letting him know it had already been 15 minutes. My car was already air dried with some spots from the water on the trunk area of the car below the back window. The guy said short staffed and it has to wait in turn.. (2 guys were drying a suburban in the back row of cars... hmmmm). Finally a guy came up to dry and I instructed him to get the water spots off so I could go... I had waited enough. I went in the store and asked who the manager was.. I was told JERRY.. guess what.. he was gone already. I was instructed to go out and ask for him. CHRIS is the one that told me that Jerry was gone already and asked me what the problem was.. so I tried to explain to him but he seemed like he didn't want to hear it.... told me I just had to wait for it to get dried... then I told him I had waited 15 minutes so far but actually now about 20 minutes. He said some words to me that were not very customer friendly. I said whatever.. I will start to go to another Terribles to start doing business.. Chris said "Whatever...later". I went and my car was now finished... 25 minutes after it was washed... and oh.. it was just a basic wash... nothing special today.. just to get the past rain off my car. If this is how they are.. well guess what... there are plenty of Terribles closer to where I live that will start getting my business. read more

Don't use carwash here it's the worst it's sucks forget about it doesn't get your car clean

Worst car wash service EVER. Paid $20 to just wash/dry the outside, simple. Well, by the time my truck made it through the automated wash, it came out WORSE. It literally failed to clean even the smallest dirt marks, and the auto dryer just blows water all over the place covering the hood, roof and everywhere with giant water drops. I assumed for $20 I'd get a hand drying atleast... NOPE. Apparently their "express" is $20 to not clean your vehicle then leave with it covered in water. I asked if I could pay extra right there to have someone atleast dry it off with a towel. You'd think I had asked them for their SS# and bank account numbers. Eventually one guy said he'd dry it but by that time I was already so frustrated and felt completely ripped off and left. $20 for an auto wash with nothing else?!? Took it directly to Charleston Car Wash, where I usually go but didn't at that time because it was very busy. Fuck it, I'll wait at C.C.W. to have my truck cleaned CORRECTLY, not by a bunch of high school kids confused about how to clean a car. I won't even go there for gas anymore despite being around the corner from my house. Total waste of time and money. read more

Shitty-est service ever!!!! I came in for a simple outside car wash, first of all I asked about the prices. The man told me all about the different ones they had, so I decided to go for the $11. This man "accidentally" charged me for the $15 car wash, which I didn't fuss about, I just let it go. So I'm here thinking okay well he already charged me for it I'm going to get a better service. Yeah fuck that!!! They didn't do shit. All I got was a crapy car wash, he supposedly "dried" the windows, & some kind of rims shine. At the end I had to get out of my car & clean, dry it myself. The service was so fucken crapy even one of the workers there told me so, & told me next time to ask for him. So moral of the story DONT GO THERE, you are better of doing it yourself. read more

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. KInd of annoying when you catch overcharges on the receipt. This is not the first time, on different items on different visits, but heck I'll just go across the street from now on to one of the other stations. Even if only for $1.20 (3x.40) it's still my 1.20. Then when you point it out to the cashier she argues with you making up reasons why it's 40 cents more on the receipt than marked on the shelves. (Tax, different packaging...when my packaging was already specially marked ...etc.) ..instead of ..."OOPS you were overcharged, sorry"... Shouldn't take a manager to make a dollar decision. But it did, and after a bit of attitude, an apology that the cashier made a mistake. Really no big deal, but the fact remains, your registers are set for a different price as posted. Not to mention...buying cigarettes, if you buy 2 packs they are a cheaper price, but if you buy three, that third pack is more expensive? That makes NO sense whatsoever, every other place usually rewards its customers with a buy two or more price.....not buy two cheap and pay more for the third...it sucks and its deceptive. Another good business practice hint...if your cashier doesn't know why it overcharged, admit she doesn't know and we can figure it out...don't pretend and make up whatever crap pops in your head you think I will believe. read more

The prices continue to go up quality does not maintain good consistency , their equipment is always breaking down which stops the washing process I do have to tell you not recommended this place is getting worse and worse I am now moving on to a better car wash with better ratings funny thing is they don't read these so there will be no response they don't care and it shows read more

Came in for a Basic Oil change . Ended up with a broken Door handle . They had me come back and fo war around 5 times and no one could fix it . The assistant manager lied to me and told me he ordered the part and I would of been here in 2 days . A week past and no one called . They didn't even order the part . Had to buy the part my self and they still couldn't fix it . It's been 2 weeks and my door is not fixed now I have to go to a different location to get my door fix . Got oil change on 11-10-2014. Week later drove to Provo, Utah for Thanksgiving. Car stayed parked until ready to return 12-5-2014. Had friend check fluids and guess what? Oil 2 quarts low and really dark. Radiator almost a gallon low. No windshield cleaner. I'm a 77 year old woman and feel I was taken advantage of. Don't think they did anything but a good car wash.
