Quick in and out service. Came in for a quick protein late night fix. There was just an oddly suspicious amount of police vehicles here (3), but I guess that must be their hang out spot. One of the most horribly ran gas stations in town. One of the highest price gas in town also. They always have many pumps out of order and almost all their receipt printer at the pump are broken or out of paper. The cashiers inside agree. That Chevron does not maintain this station. They hear it all day long. Pathetic, especially being one of the highest prices in the valley. If you can go somewhere else. Please do. I rarely go to this gas station location. When I do I've been able to complete my transaction easily. I pay cash for gas so that means a trip into the convenience store. There is a huge chandelier hanging from the ceiling in the foyer giving the place a posh appearance. The store was clean, well organized, and is packed with products. There were two cashiers and I was able to pay and go pump pretty quick. At the pump the area was clean and since the necessary supplies were available I took the time to clean my vehicle windows. The few times I've used this location to put gas in my car I've had satisfactory experiences. read more

There is only one employee working currently. The line was eight people deep and could only go as fast as one employee could possibly go. The store was dirty, both fucking coffee machines were broke, WTH. I had to settle for a cappuccino that was very thin, watery and it was $1.89 for a small size. They do not know what they have in stock nor do they understand how to operate a cash register. The gas prices are always on the high end. This location is less than half a mile from my house so I frequent it more than any other gas station. On multiple occasions I have been charged wrong and/or given the wrong item by the cashiers. Unfortunately this is the closest gas station to my house. I hate going here for anything. If you go inside, you will wait forever in line. They always have cashiers not working and just standing around watching the line grow larger and larger. If you get gas here, only use a credit card. I don't understand why this place only has 1.5 stars. Every time I go in I am greeted nicely by the people at the desk. There is never a line when I am there. I either go around 8:45 am or after 7pm. The only frustrating thing is the Air machine but those are annoying at every gas station. It is always clean and organized. I see the same people and they are always willing to help. It is on my way to work and it is convenient for this side of down. Located in a great location with wonderful neighbor stores. I never see anyone playing the slots in there! read more

Terrible's is not my first choice but a few times a year I find myself here when I am on E or am in need of air. This is the closest mini mart, gas station on the way to Red Rock so it can get busy so sometimes there are lines. I would be leery of using any method to pay here unless it's cash lest you get you card phished here. The last time I was here the gas tank was out front and the pumps were closed down for ten minutes. Being that this is such a busy station not sure why this happens early morning hours or why it causes the shut down as I've seen tanks at Costco and business doesn't stop. read more

We had the worst experience with a crazy rude cashier with short white spiky hair. We actually saw her yelling at customers!!!!!Treating a guy like they couldn't understand him, his English was fine. After we finally made it outside, a bunch of us were talking about how crazy rude that lady was. And how incompetant ALL the employees are. Went to fill up car with my gas points last night. Earned 70cents off per gallon with all of my Albertsons grocery shopping. Went inside, paid, and when I went to pump gas, would not let me choose my grade of gas. Went back inside, gal came out and saw not working. Moved to a different pump, and Lost my 70cents off per gallon. They would not even try to make it right. Terrible!!! read more

This place took my prepaid money of $20 for gas, but instead of getting gas, the pump said "Waiting for Authorization". I informed the cashier Ana of the problem, but she stated that I got my gas. I asked her how I could get any gas if the pump was frozen in the "Waiting for Authorization" mode and not a single drop came out. I asked her to check the pump, but she refused, and refused to refund my money. She claimed that a seond printout from her cashier said that I was not charged, but when I called my credit card company, it was processed (starting the dispute process for this charge). The attendant gave me major attitude when I forgot to give him my Vons number and refused to void the sale so I could get my 20 cents. After lunch the GF and I continued to head west on Charleston and needed some sundries before continuing on with our plan of the day. This location was busy during the afternoon lunch hour. I walked in an noticed a rather large line being managed by two clerks behind the counter. I shook my head thinking I might have to wait awhile. Not so. Of the two lines one moved quicker than the other and I was in the fast lane. The reason for the slow lane was due to rude customer giving one of the clerk's hell about showing her ID to by cigarettes. I marveled at the patience of clerk as she took the miserable hag's verbal lashings and coin being tossed on the counter. It is standard at every TH I have been to....your gonna have to show ID when purchasing tobacco or booze..even when you obviously look like your of age. A very, very minor inconvenience which enables the clerk to not bypass a mature looking 15 year old, get a ticket and loose their job. Don't hate the player, hate the game. read more
