Love coming to the pit stop to get my car washed. Here comes the BUT, can't you give the guys some kind of shade tarp so their not out in the blazing sun! Shameful, 110 degrees sun burning down on them. 10 months later and back to the 100 degree weather and still no shade for these kids. Worst car wash in Las Vegas! Took my Jeep thru car wash and it didn't rinse soap off. Went back around and showed the guy. He said he would have to get manager. 15 minutes later he came back and told me I couldn't get a refund. I don't know why I keep going to this place. The last three times I went there the guys that dried my Jeep did the worst job ever. It's my fault for thinking they might do a better job the next time. I'll keep it short and sweet. this is a gas station / car wash. I think they're a little on the pricey side but what the heck it's a convenience store. The car wash is cheap and convenient. The pumps always work good.The cashiers have always been friendly to me. The bathrooms have always been clean whenever I have used them. read more

What a terrible place, I travel a lot being MILLITARY and was passing through to the airport, fueled up and decided to buy a car wash well there's no signs on the pump or machine saying it closes at 5:30 so when I noticed after I pumped and payed for everything I went inside to get a refund. I had told them well you know I'm MILLITARY on travel and I'm just passing through I would like a refund and she said she's not allowed to issue a refund only the manager can and the manager said no she said my only option is to throw it away or come back tomorrow and get my car washed but that's impossible since I'm only passing through I don't live here! What great service so I left it on the counter and told them to give it to someone in need.....pretty sure she threw it away when I was walking out. What a waste. read more

This has to be the worst chevron station I've ever been to. I felt very disrespected by their workers. I had given a worker 60$ to pump gas I pumped $27 and she denied it and never gave me back my money instead she insulted me. I hope this place burns to the ground, i have walked out of this place more than a few times because the employees are screwing around behind the counter talking and joking taking forever, (a few times there were three or more employees back there laughing and carrying on while a line grows and there is one register open) my wife and i have come to the realization thats just gonna happen every time we go in there so we stopped. on a whim i decided to give it another shot tonight and walked in for a cold drink and the entire area for drinks was shut off because " they just waxed the floor and i couldn't go back there". Used the car wash, not the gas station. Not the best wash in the world. Barely better than the average drive through car wash. This ones only a little bit better, but I wouldn't say it justifies the price difference. I'm new in town and was in the area and needed a good car wash. I got their most expensive one, $12. Well I can say the added features over the $8 wash were not worth it. If you must use this place, stick with the cheapest wash. read more

LOVE the pit stop car wash!!! I'm a regular...but am only yelping about it because just returned from a 1200 mile road trip with my car covered in bugs. The bugs baked into my car in the 100+ degree heat for a few days before I made it over to the pit stop. The guy actually used a hand sponge to wipe the car down before the regular routine. I left the car wash with ZERO bugs!!! My car looks brand new!!! I'm impressed!!! read more

on april 28, 2013 i had gone to the carwash at pit stop on maryland parkway and windmill. paid, drove to entrance put car in neutral and closed mirrors as instructed. gave the attendant a tip. proceeded through to the end of wash told by drying attendant to pull up to drying area parked opened my door to tip the attendant then checked my email. i noticed out of the corner that the attendant was manually trying to open my driver side mirror i yelled no stop and pushed to electronically open the mirrors. he finished drying. i proceeded to leave the parking lot turning right onto maryland parkway. i noticed when i turned my blinker on to turn right on to maryland my dash pinged me a note saying right turn signal mirror error, i look at the mirror and the case was just hanging on the mirror. i pulled over and looked at it. it was broken off completely. i put case in my car. i called the car wash. was told to come back to file a statement. filed statement the attendant watched the video came back to tell me that the camera did not record the other side of vehicle. i was told that some one would call me. i was texted and told to go to there body shop to get a quote. the body shop informed me that he would fax over quote to pitstop. it had been awhile so i again contacted pit stop. i finally had a response through text saying i can call his manager het texted me her info and said the estimate was on her desk. i called the manager brenda 702-835-0956 left a few messages. finally we talked and she said they were denying the claim. i said why and explained to her again what happened. which is we really dont know but its broken! and it worked before i went to their car wash. she said she would get back to me. again i wait and call her. she tells me they are denying it because the guy dried the drivers side first then i opened the mirrors. i again say the attendant told me the video did not record that. i tell her again it was fine when i drove in, followed the directions and left with it broken. also told her that i was told by some one else that they too had a broken mirror from the same car wash and the car wash had fixed it. her reply was " if it was a forty dollar fix, there would be a solution" i was shocked and replied that because i have an expensive car you guys wont fix it. she replied that she did not mean it that way. i then asked for her superiors number, she told me there was no one else i said there has to be someone above you she replied the owner i said fine what is his name and number and she told me she would not give it to me. i said are you serious im calling my insurance and better business brae she said i will show them the video. i said ok because the attendant already told me it did not get the other side of vehicle. she said i will have him call you and gave me his name. after a couple days i had no call then i called left voicemail on brenda's work phone. a few days later i received a voicemail from the owner with no return number and said he would call again. which he never did. read more

I've never been inside the gas station. Decent car washes though. They raised their supreme to $14. Up by $3 from last year. At least they upgraded their included scents from the tiny plastic squares that probably lasted for an hour to the scented trees. Service here is usually pretty fast. I waited longer than usual today for my car wash. I'm assuming they were probably short staffed. Its one of those car washes where you have to set your car in neutral as it travels down a track. Then the employees manually do finishing touches. Most of my car looks clean after the wash but they never clean my rims. They do shine the rubbers. I still would rather have them clean the rims properly. I normally just do it by myself when I get home. To be fair, they don't really have much time to do it since they don't really have separate stalls where they can take their time. Also, I don't think I've ever been in an express car wash where my rims have been completely cleaned. Its basically just a line of cars for them. They are pretty nice though and I always tip them because I know it's not easy working out in the heat all day. My only suggestion is to lower the price back since the rims are still always dirty. read more

I always come at night and im immediately greeted to amazing customer service from elisa and justin they are utterly wonderful every always seems to have a terrible attitude. She is the only bad part of the store. 5 stars for justin and elisa two thumbs down for regina!!! read more
