Due to COVID-19, my outings have been very restricted. However, I needed my cars serviced and was looking for quality service at a good price. My neighbor has a beautiful BMW and we have one too. I inquired as to where she serviced her car. To my surprise?!?!? She raved about this Chevron Gas Station, the owner and his crew. She wouldn't take her cars anywhere else. I was impressed. Needless to say I called and made an appointment to have all of my belts replaced. The price was great but what got me was the honesty and kindness of the owner and his crew. I came back a few days later to have the oil changed (all synthetic) then went home and brought back my other car for an oil change too ... again, great work, affordable price, customer service and professionalism! This is my place for auto repairs. Another note of confirmation for me was that while waiting in the waiting room, I met several longtime customers (20+yrs). They spoke highly of this place and wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

I have always taken my car to Tucker Chevron for any car repairs and servicing but once I found out that they were closing, I got in a panic mode because I did know what I was going to do. Tucker Chevron referred me to Lilburn Chevron. Although I only needed to get an oil change on my daughter's car, I was very, very impressed and totally satisfied with the entire staff. They were very friendly and professional in caring about me as a customer. I will continue to take my car to Lilburn Chevron for all of my service needs. The location is really not out of my way. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Overpriced, unreliable, dishonest, I could keep going but I'm not here to slam the business just get the word out that this place is a rip off. Over the years my family has used this place exclusively and over the years we have been getting ripped off without knowing it. They "repaired" my wife's car several times for an ignition switch staying on and several other "repairs" seemingly popped up during the timeframe. Would never take a vehicle here. They aren't responsible when they break your car when it's in their lot, they aren't responsible for wrong repairs. What professional mechanic uses zip ties to fix things that they obviously make screws for? Lilburn Chevron does. What repair shop will let your vehicle get wrecked in their lot while they are in possession of it and then deny it? Lilburn Chevron does. What repair shop will "fix" the same problem several times for you and charge you every time? Lilburn Chevron does. What repair shop will gladly do unneeded repairs and also charge you for those repairs? That's right Lilburn Chevron does. read more

I love that I do not have to pump my own gas! They pump my gas and check all of my fluids like it is 1975. I do not even have to get out of the car. They just serviced my Volvo XC90. Much more convenient than taking to the dealership. Incredibly friendly. I am here once a week....every week. Highly, highly recommend! read more

I brought my car to have tire repaired, and oil change. Mike, Mark, just don't call him buddy lcalled and told me my car was ready and he told me he put these add on to my car. I went to pick up car and he put fuel addative, oil condition, rotated tires. I am 62 years old And have never had a mechanic put addative in my gas or oil. When I was on my bike telling him what I thought.He came up to me in my face looking for a fight, so I rode off. Not going to fight a little angry man. Run from these thieves,and Liars. What service! Every time I visit this shop, I'm always so impressed by the kind & courteous service from the technicians. I went by this evening just to gas up, and the tech noticed one of my tires was low, so he topped off the air in all 4!for no extra charge. Anyone taking their car here to be repaired should have their head examined. DO NOT use these crooks. I took my wife's Subaru Legacy in because her parking lights would not shut off. They called and said it was the ignition switch and it would cost 500.00 plus dollars to repair. Being skeptical, I searched the internet and found many people had this same problem after having their cars detailed.(which my wife had just done) There is a switch above the steering column where they used to put the four way flashers. It is used in Europe when parking on the road. So when I read this I drove up to the Chevron where they had the dash pulled apart. I told the mgr. the situation and that they had misdiagnosed the problem. He refused to believe it even after I walked over to the car and turned the lights off and on several times to demonstrate. They billed me $187.00 to misdiagnose. I even offered to split the difference and pay $90.00 for his mechanics labor albeit it was terribly misguided. Their customer service sucks. Oh if that's not bad enough several weeks after this I had to replace the tires they sold me and installed on the car because they installed the wrong size tire and they wore out prematurely because they installed the wrong size tire and they rubbed the struts until there was no more tread on the corners I really don't know how they stay in business preying on people like this.
