I came in here with some friends to use the restroom and ended up buying a candy that I discovered that was on sale! I met a guy at the front that was extremely friendly and we had a great conversation for quite sometime! He was the one whole ended up telling me about the deal they had since there was not a sign. As soon as I found out I ended up buying the entire stock they had at this location which had me end up going to multiple other Rotten Robbie locations . His service was exceptional and I would suggest coming in if you are stopping by! These great conversations are always refreshing! read more

Forgot that they don't operate 24hr, came around 5:40 am on Sunday night and light were off... so tried the other gas station, across the street, but for some reason it was not friendly (kept asking about my loyalty number, which I don't have and didn't accept any of my credit cards :( so around 5:45am I went back to RR, since I saw lights on... and it was open! The cleanest gas station I've ever been to! Super organized and well taken care of. They even have some great deals on treats.

I use my credit card which does not have a PIN number, never has, the pump not allowing me to get gas. 99% of other gas stations ask just for a zip code only which I always provide. This facility has cheap gas but major headaches! They need better/upgraded pumps! read more

Absolutely incompetent employee. tried to use my rotten Robbie card after I divulge all of my personal information to this company to get the card. Card didn't work. And competent employee didn't know anything about the card, she acted as if she'd never seen one. read more

Yeah, it's weird to write a review for a gas station, but this one does everything right. It's my favorite station in Los Gatos. - It's often the best-priced gas station in the area. - The condition of the pumps, wipers, and keypads are always excellent. - There is rarely a long line at the station. read more

Hands down the cheapest Gas in the Gatos. Convenient location near 17 and 85. Cheaper than the 76 for sure!! I've been coming here since high school whenever I'm in town. It can get super busy because it's on the cheaper side. :) But it's a good gas station and I will continue to give them my business when I'm in town. read more

Expectations when getting gas are few and this station manages to consistently fail in meeting those meager requirements. The station in plagued with pumps that don't work, stupidly slow flow rates, or faulty credit card readers. Not all the time, and not all issues simultaneously - but just frequently enough to be extremely annoying. read more

I went this Rotten Robbie this morning. I have been a loyal customer of this gas station for 20 years. When I arrived I saw a white male employee talking to a customer, neither wearing a mask. The employee was putting covers over the diesel dispensers at each pump. When he came up to my pump I asked him why he wasn't wearing a mask. He said that he was outside and 6 feet away from me. I told him that he wasn't 6 feet away from the customer he just spoke to and he said well he wasn't wearing a mask and he doesn't mind. He then proceeded to walk to the next pump where there were two older cusomers wearing masks, and cover the diesel dispensers while next to these customers. I said you are now endangering these two men and he proceeded to argue about why he didn't need to wear a mask. If employees at this gas station are going to behave in this way and endanger their customers then I will no longer be a customer. UPDATE: Rotten Robbie has responded that their policy is for all employees to wear masks while around customers. They have investigated and determined that this was not an employee but was a contractor and they have directed the manager to make sure that any contractors doing work for them will follow requirements in the future. They responded quickly and took action to correct this situation. Because of this I have changed my review to 5 stars. read more

I'm a member of the saver club and I swear this location does not train employees how this card is supposed to work! 1 out of 4 times we use this place does the card reader actually accept the saver card, the employees have flat out said they don't know how to run the card inside and that I'll just have to pay the higher price. If you don't want us to use what is made available by your company just say so. I don't intend to ever use this station again. read more
