Absolutely worst Chevron I've been to in a while. Do any of the gas pumps even work? I tried multiple times to get my card to read. Nothing. Tried to call the attendant. Nothing. Eventually switched to a different pump. It froze halfway through. Had to switch to a third pump. Which wouldn't actually pump any gas until I went in and asked the attendant to turn it on. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

They don't allow paying customers to use their restrooms. They say they're "out of order ". LIES!!! Just once I was given the key. I walked to the restroom, observed a "out of order" sign. When I entered, the restroom worked well and was clean. However this was the last time I was allowed to use the restroom. I drive to work near here and so use this station. Terrible. Stopped in to get air for my tire. Put 2$ in the machine. No air pressure with the lights on. Walked inside and asked the employee for help. Employee shrugged shoulders saying "maybe it's broken". Didn't give me my 2$ back, didn't walk outside to help or check the machine. read more

Came in here to put air in my tires & WOW DOES THIS GUY HAVE A HUGE ATTITUDE PROBLEM I have a brand new car and have no clue how to put air or anything about pressure or measurements. I walked in an ask for assistance and was told they couldn't assist me. I then spoke to a Middle Eastern man who was extremely rude that after pleading with him to please help me, he denied saying they couldn't for NO REASON! I drive for work and I have no choice than to use public restrooms. Ive stopped at this gas station 3 times in the last year and they always say there bathroom doesn't work. You shouldn't be an ExtraMile Chevron if you don't even have a public restrooms. I can understand if they don't want the homeless to use it but they should allow paying customers to use it. This is why I never spend money at gas stations that don't have a working bathroom for customers. read more

This gas station has really pricy gas. Other than that they have everything else you need that most other gas stations would have. Candy drinks snacks and many other things that you probably don't need. Unless it's an emergency, don't fill up here. Prices are way more than other gas stations. I would give it zero stars if I could. The lady with an accent that works here is EXTREMELY rude. If she is stressed at work or having a bad day, It's NOT ok to take her anger out at customers!! This Chevron is charging regular gas at $4.29 a gallon. The 76 a few blocks up the street on Franklin is charging $3.89 a gallon and the Arco across the street from 76 is $3.75 a gallon. According to AAA the average gas price in Los Angeles is $3.92 so it's fair to say these bozos are seriously over charging for gas. Its not even a clean or safe Chevron. So what gives???? read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION AS THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!! I agree with Laura T. This gas station is stealing money and should be shut down. I just went there last week and put in $15 of gas...and the meter didn't move a bar, it didn't register any gas. I went in and complained and the guy was insistent that it was an problem w the meter in my car. He said it always happens to cars and when they drive off the meter eventually works...Really??? How would he know? Do these people drive all the way back to tell him they were wrong?? Being my mini is 4 mths old I was pretty sure it wasn't a broken meter. So I tested it and went to the Chevron on Highland and put in another $15, and not surprised at all it registered the proper amount. DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION!!!! As well this is the second time ...last time it showed hardly any gas was put in. I'll never return to this station and I'm making it my next mission in life to get them fined and/or shut down. This place is running a pump scam and if you buy gas from them, they're stealing from you. It's that simple. When I pulled into this station, my needle was below the line and my brand new car (which accurately clicks off how many miles I have left) told me I had "1" mile before empty. I was in a hurry so I only pumped $10 of gas, which in my car is always equal to about 50 miles. I paid, I pumped, I got back in my car. Turned the ignition. The needle had not moved an iota, and my car reported I had "1" mile left. It's at this moment I remembered this exact same situation happened to me once before at this same station, when I pumped less than $10 of gas. I was a few miles away before I realized I was STILL ON EMPTY and had to stop again. At the time, I thought it was a fluke, but now I know. GAS PUMP FRAUD. GAS PUMP FRAUD. GAS PUMP FRAUD. Even though I was running late, I tried to report the issue to the manager, who was on site. After she ignored my first two attempts to bring this to her attention (brushing right by me without making eye contact the first time, and pretending not to understand English the second time), she only spoke to me when I threatened to inform the Better Business Bureau. She immediately turned and said, "You're the only customer who has ever complained. You paid for gas you got." How did she know what I was complaining about when I hadn't even finished explaining what happened? I then told her this was the second time in three months I've pumped only a few gallons of gas at her station, yet somehow ended up with no gas, but she cut me off, saying, "You pumped gas, you pumped gas, you're done." I asked her to accompany me to my car...I had a receipt showing I'd just paid $10.01, and a car with absolutely no gas in it...but she refused. "I'm not going outside, not going outside, you pumped gas, goodbye, goodbye." I know $10 isn't a lot of gas, but it IS gas. I supposedly put 2+ gallons into my car, yet, after pumping them, my car was still running on fumes. I literally sputtered into another station a mile down the road, where I put in $10 and watched the needed jump and my mileage indicator click to "58" miles. I reported this Chevron station to the Better Business Bureau and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), who investigate claims of gas pump fraud such as this one. Half of the pump displays are broken, so you have to pay inside. Then, the pump does not work, and when you change pumps, you lose your $.20/ gallon rewards discount because your credit card was charged. The employee at the counter inside, Anna, is a moron and openly admitted that she does not know how to do anything, including giving me a credit back for my original gas charge and my lost rewards points. I've been to this one many times due to location, but no more. Pre-paid for a tank of gas inside with the russian girl, and when I went out and tried to use the pump it would not work after repeated attempts. Gas pumps are not complicated. They either work or they dont. Came back in and told the girl this and she looked perplexed,and then blamed it on me, telling me I had canceled it when I put the pump back. I told her I put the pump back after trying to get it to work for 5 minutes, so that I could come in and tell her it wasnt working. Asked her if I should go to another pump to get the gas that I paid for, and she told me the money would rvert back to my card in a few days. You can be sure that I will be watching my balance for fraud. Very sketchy people running this place. In addition, for months, they have allowed a couple thugs to stand in front and try to get you to buy their hiphop cd's. I'm never going back. Pull in here at your risk. read more
