Almost every interaction feels uncomfortable because there is always an attitude, eye-rolling, or rude facial expressions when I ask simple questions or try to get help. As a customer, it honestly feels disrespectful and unnecessary. What upset me the most was seeing how my grandmother, who is in her 60s, was treated. She left crying after feeling yelled at by staff. No customer, especially an older person coming in for healthcare-related needs should leave feeling humiliated or afraid to ask questions. I understand pharmacies can be busy and stressful, but that does not excuse disrespectful behavior toward patients. I genuinely hope management or HR looks into how customers are being treated here because this has been an ongoing issue and the experience has been unacceptable.

After showing her, she abruptly directed me to drop-off. Years ago, they would keep my couple cents of change without asking and just shut their register drawer. After nipping that in the bud, they still continue to false advertise sales. I tried explaining to the gentleman but it was clear he didn't know what bake at home exactly meant so I took my food order and left.
