Upon arrival, Najib was on the phone addressing another issue, but acknowledged me. After he got off the phone, he checked me in, checked my car, and within 5 minutes, my car keys were with the shop and I and received instructions to come back in 30 minutes to pick my car up. Super friendly, efficient, & straightforward! I decided to walk around the Safeway in the plaza next door. Less than 30 minutes later, I received a text that my car was ready for pick up! I also received a call shortly after the text and they informed me that they also checked my car's brake pads. Turns out my break pad & rotors were worn down and needed to be changed. They had the parts and asked if I wanted to get those changed. They gave me a new estimate (cost & time) & everything sounded reasonable. I came back about 2 hours later to pick up my car with new brake pads & rotors. The whole process was very straightforward & seamless.
