I was coming to this store regularly buying scratch offs almost everyday to every other day. The…read moremen who work here are personable and friendly! Always asking me how I am, very quick with transactions, and very chatty. They recently hired a new lady who is insanely slow.... Doesn't speak much to customers and rushes everything... got a few of my scratch offs wrong and there is always a massive line .. I will unfortunately I longer continue my business here because of her. Maybe if she isn't working I'll stop by but it's pretty much a no go for me.

yeah still the worst 7-11 near me. i changed to going to Race Trac or QT. screw getting ripped…read moreoff. they don't honor the promotions they advertise such as hot dog and drink for such and such price. we all want to make money but this is just ghetto AF. i recommend ALL to change to going to Race Trac or QT. they are way cleaner and don't have expired burritos. when this 7/11 have pizza slices in the heater, they put 2 in one box and the bottom one is a mystery pizza meaning you don't know how many days ago they put it in. it's also half the size of the top pizza and you don't know until you get home and open the box. shady AF. Race Trac i find with fresh pizzas and they are super clean and you won't have to worry about your credit card info being copied like you do at this 7/11.

I brought an item up and said there's no price. Can you tell me how much this is? When I went up to buy it It rang up double what they said but I just bought it anyway as I needed it. When they gave me my change back, they also short changed me by .75. While that's not very much money they don't have a right to do that. I mentioned it to the lady who rang me up she denied it and said there's nothing she can do Because I can't prove how much I gave her. Then before I left, I went back up because we had a long drive ahead of us And asked how much a cup would be to fill water from their soda fountain. They said $.76. So I paid the $.76 went over to the soda fountain to get a cup and they didn't have water. So I went back up and I said I asked you if I could purchase a cup from your soda fountain to get water from it. Then A man I think he may be the owner came up argued with me and said we don't have water you bought the cup. I said, OK I understand. I would just like my money back then please, because I don't need an empty cup. He said you have to go buy a bottle of water you bought the cup, so go buy a bottle of water Trying to get me to buy more than the store. I understand this is not a lot of money, but it just isn't right how crooked they are. He sat there and argued with me and said I am not giving you any money back. We don't do returns you asked for a cup, and you got it He said it's not our fault we don't have water you can go buy one Even though I had told the lady I was buying the cup to get water from their fountain soda machine. So I said, can I just fill it like a fourth with some soda or something to make it even and he said no you'll have to give us $1.75 more. I can't believe how dishonest this is. I'm writing this because I had a bad Experience about a month prior there when their credit card machine had a skimmer. I noticed after it was too late and had already used my credit card in it. I told the employee and they Denied it. Within a couple days, my credit card was used fraudulently & I had to close it. I guess I should've known better and not went back here But it was the only gas station in the area at the time

Never had issues with the same product when purchased from other establishments. Will be taking my business and my family and friends business elsewhere.

The pumps will still take your card and put a hold on your account, but you won't be able to get anything out of them, and there's nothing posted anywhere stating the pumps won't dispense fuel after closing hours. This leaves you with anywhere from $1 to $150 on hold by your bank, and no gas; I learned this the hard way when I had to walk 2 miles to 7-11 to buy a gas can and gas, as I had run out of gas pulling into the station - only to find out that all of my funds were on hold (the hold dropped a week later, normally it's replaced by the final charge within 48 hours). My only interaction with an employee here was rather rude. I still go here for gas though, as I get 5c/gal off with my Walmart card, and it's on the way to work. For whatever reason, I seem to get better mileage with their fuel than most others (on average, 2-3 mpg higher, using the same pump every time). This would be a 3, even a 4 star review, if they had some notice posted near the pumps stating they wouldn't dispense fuel after a certain hour. Better yet would be just shutting off the pumps entirely, or at least having them display a message on the screen stating the station is closed and cannot dispense fuel.
