Whenever we had an issue, and the last 4 months we definitely had some problems with this location. Mostly related to new workers that didn't do a good job on finishing up the car wash. Terrible window cleaning and missed spots when doing the exterior Armour All. Armando did a fantastic job with quality control, he did everything at this location. I'm a 17 year plus customer. We've been through the ups and downs with the place and always appreciated a friendly face and great customer service. No more. On our last visit on 6/14/26 the car was wasn't as good as before, the new staff needs more training. After 17 years of being a loyal customer to both locations, it's time to move on. I suggest you do the same. Definitely a shame.
