My car was filthy because I've been traveling a lot and so I was across the street at a Chinese food restaurant and I saw them across the street so I said that I should get my car washed there. They've got a deal where you can get $.30 off per gallon however I will tell you that it's a gimmick because they're pricing per gallon regularly is over six dollars a gallon where everybody else is about $5.30 so they're still sticking it to you they're just disguising giving you a big discount even though they're not. However, I will complement the fact that their car wash is excellent. You're going to get a great car wash for 12 bucks. I don't know what the other ones give you but for the basic $112 got my car really clean and then you get a free vacuuming and air hose to blow off the excess water so overall thumbs up for the car wash gas prices and the gimmick is a joke. read more

This gas station has a car wash attached to it, that closes at 9. It also has vacuums that you can use, if you bought the car wash. The only drawback is you cannot use your Mobile credit card, unless you purchased the car wash from the pump when you're pumping gas. The employees that work the car wash area, have always been really nice. read more

I hate to have to do this, especially before the holidays, but this business should not be operating. I rarely write bad reviews, but this is a warning to all potental patrons of this establishment: I visited Seal Beach mobile in late October and after being a client for nearly six years, for the first time I had major damage to my Acura TSX inside the wash. Going into the machine, my car had no damage, coming out my bumper was hanging off the body. I asked Dominic on staff to write an incident report, after photographing the car and calling my mechanic. Almost 1,000 dollars later, no response after continued, tireless back and forth with "Jacob" (who was plently polite, but never returned my texts or calls after I sent the proper invoice). I decided to contact our attorney to file a suit after a very detailed demand letter to make right what damage occurred. After the first of the year we will be serving them. It is now December. As a result of giving this facility multiple chances to take corrective action AND lead me on a wild goose chase, we will be taking them to small claims court as well as suing them for damages with our attorney. This was so easily preventable and even easier to rectify. This business chose the unethical appropach and will pay as a result. Consider this a fair warning my Seal Beachians (I will be posting on facebook as well as Next Door). This establishment is grotesque in its business practices. read more

Awesome customer service! After 10 washes you get a free wash and my calculations were off slightly and the manager was very helpful in updating their computer with the correct information. I must mention his customer service was off-the-chain and that's why I'm writing this review! The gas station is clean and well lit. We went to fill the air in my tires. We pull up to the machine, deposit our quarters, and begin to fill our tires. The connection is NOT fantastic. However: here is the reason for the 4 stars; I went inside to get more quarters and the cashier looks at me and says I don't need quarters because it's free. I told her it didn't turn on unless we put in the quarters. Then ANOTHER cashier appears to show me they have a remote and they turn it on for free from inside. We were there easily 20 minutes before I went inside. I'm disappointed the cashiers didn't notice us and didn't offer a refund for the money we had already deposited at least out of politeness. read more

I used the slow pump method today (3/21/2022) fueling my car at 4:50 pm. The gas pump would not stop and squirted in the air spilling all over my hand, my car and spilled all over the ground. I called a worker over and he apologized and told me to go inside and wash my hands. It took over 15 minutes to fuel and cost just over $84.00. He would not even let my car get washed as gas was all over it. I had to pay for that gas that squirted and spilled all over. Your station is awful, and I will never go there again! read more

Horrible car wash. I paid for the second level wash I was in and out of there in about 30 seconds. I went inside and ask if they accidentally gave me the basic wash because I didn't receive any of the perks I paid for and my car was still filthy. POLICE CALLED OVER "FAKE" $5 BILL Came in On Monday 2/3/2020 around 10:30 am with a $5 bill to buy a drink for my girlfriend and they were short on the flavors that she wanted. So I waited awhile for her to respond as I texted her the flavors that they had at the time so she can decide. I then head to the cashier with abStrawberry Reign in hand and Pratim who claims to be the Manager, and two other unknown persons behind the register were convinced the bill was fraudulent, the unknown guy even made a snarky remark such as "did you just make this" and they pass it back n forth saying it's fake. I asked them if they have anything that they can actually check the bill with, a machine or something, Because there is no way it is fake. And they tell me no, I asked a couple times. No. (This is important) no machine, no markers, apparently. ok, and I left and went back into work. My job has professional bill scanners so I went back in and we scanned the bill proving it was real. I then went back with the same bill and another just in case so I can buy the drink. Before I could even speak Pratim all of a sudden has the ability to check the bill in question. I continued to ask him if the bill was real or fake. But he didn't want me to speak to him while he was doing it. Asking me if I'm going to let him check it or not, and to stop talking to him. He then proceed to refuse me service. I headed back into work and I tell my girlfriend that the cashier refused me service. So she decided to go and grab her drink herself. Pratim accepts the same bill I was told was fake, No questions asked, didn't even check it. I head back in to confront him about the situation and ask him why he decided to check my $5 bill but didn't check the same $5 bill that my girlfriend just spent 5 minutes a go. At this point he cannot answer my question and says "that is a conversation for the police" And so he proceeded to call seal beach police department and I waited patiently. When the officer showed up, I stepped outside and later another patrol car followed, me and my girlfriend told him what had happened and the officer understood our stand point and we were able to leave, Pratim told the officer that the guy that was there was the manager, but he told me that he was the Manager. I went through th car wash after a road trip when my car was super dirty. After the wash, I still had a lot of dead bugs and bird poop on my car. I asked if I could drive through again, and they let me have a complimentary second wash and went above and beyond, scrubbing down my car and spraying it with a high powered hose to get off a lot more of the muck before my second time through the car wash. The three car wash attendants spent at least 10-15 minutes trying to clean it! They each had a good attitude, and like I said, really went above and beyond! car wash damaged vehicle several weeks ago. Staff will not provide a contact person. Says they will contact me. Been several calls, a month, and no luck. Spend about 800 a month here in gas, will drive across street to 76 from now on. finally got their office number which is 310-780-7603 for anyone else who has problems at this station. Call the office so the employees at the station cant protect them anymore. According to Mobil corporate office, the gas station is owned by kohan & kohan associates UPDATE: after threatening to sue in small claims with a demand letter being delivered and threat of subpoenaing the employees who saw the damage they mail a check for the repair. Was told to pick it up on Wednesday, wasn't there when I called. Told to call Thursday, and manager pretended to not know anything about it. Told them, don't worry about it, tomorrow you will be served the suit as promised. She magically found the check Now that the check is cashed, I am working on getting them some extra negative publicity that is much needed based upon their reviews and company policy. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH IF YOU LIKE YOU CAR. Horrible Service and Staff. We took our new car for a car wash yesterday and their system malfunctioned we were stuck in there for 30 second and my daughter was super scared. after a few seconds it started working again and when we got out we were waiting for the go light and suddenly a car hit us from the back causing damage on the back bumper. They avoided to show us the camera footage which the claimed they have 8 of them installed. Drove in here today and the manager/owner was stocking boxes of sodas out front: Me: "Hey, your sign out front is misspelled." Him: "Really? Where?" Me: "That one -- Vacuum." (see photo) Him: "Oh yeah." Me: "I laugh every time I drive by." Him: "Well, at least you're getting something good from it." Seriously? This sign has been misspelled in two different places for just about as long as I can remember. Who does that and then makes no move to change or update or even apologize for it? Makes me want to hop up there with a can of spray paint. Other than that utter stupidity, this place has a small mart and a car wash in back that's automated, but they've hired a couple guys to dry your car so that they can charge more for the overall wash. They also used to fill your propane tank (not just switch it out,) and they don't do that anymore. There's a 76 at the corner of Seal Beach and Bradbury that still does. Been coming here for years to buy gas and combine a car wash with it. Now for the first time, they refused my vehicle because of the roof rack. The roof rack has always been there for the past 5 years they have been taking it. Matter of fact, they upload my license plate every time I use the car wash, to tell me how much I have to go to get the free one. Now all of a sudden they don't take any vehicles with a roof rack on it. A week ago, they were offering a monthly pay of $40 to take any of my vehicles for unlimited washes. Now it's illegal for me to take any of my vehicles there. So I got refund on my 2 washes that was owed to me, and they had the nerve to minus the .030 cents off, per gallon on the gas purchases, car washes I had purchased. I hate arguing with stupid people so I got my pro rated car wash refund, and I will no longer be purchasing any gas and washes there in the future. Lost a customer for life. read more

I had never given a gas station a review, but i thought these guys deserved the recognition. besides the fact the lot was clean, besides the fact that the store was clean and smelled nice. It's rather hard to read gas stations that you only pull up to get gas at and leave. For these type reviews I tend to look all around at the gas station while I'm there. Is there gas station clean, do they have a convenient store, are there transient people walking and/or sleeping around or begging you for money while you're there? is there a car wash also? These are all the different things I consider when I go to a gas station, especially one that's out of my normal commute. This gas station was very clean and neat. It also had a small convenience store, and a car wash. Luckily there were no transients around and I was able to get my gas and be on my way very easily. Also note this Mobil gas station is a partner with Plenti, so if you're connected with them you can gain points for filling up at this location. read more

This is my first visit since it has reopened. Not sure if the gentleman that used to give a complimentary dry is off today or if that service is no longer provided but he needs to be on payroll! My car looked like it had been thru a monsoon once my wash was over. I drove around to the attendant that was running the wash and asked for a towel to dry my car. I typically come here weekly to fill my tank up and get a car wash. It used to be my favorite until the machine inside crushed the air valve to my tire and also destroyed the sensor in the tire which gages the tire pressure causing a flat tire. Usually this is a easy fix considering the owner of the store was there that day and told me to just go fix it and give the store the receipt and he will reimburse for the damages. That same day we came back with the receipt. I was told he will call me the following day to talk over payments. I never received any follow up call. 1 week later I went to visit the gas station and talk about the payments, the employees said he'll call me the following morning. Never got the call, I then followed up and went back to the gas station another week later. The excuse is that the individual that is suppose to handle the paperwork is on vacation and won't return for another couple days. I had gotten gas at this station many times and I had a little time so I thought I would try the car wash. I pulled in, paid and went through. When I came out, I saw that the entire trim from the front roof to the back of my SUV was hanging off of the side of the truck. I went inside and they sent Clint to assist me. Before he even made it all the way over to my truck, he was exclaiming that "it must have been coming off already"--it hadn't and I told him that. He hurriedly shoved it back in place, and walked away laughing, like he couldn't believe anyone would even raise a question about such a "trivial" thing. He was completely rude and kept coming back to rudely engage me inside when I went in to speak with the cashier. (Since then I have had to snap it back into place twice.) I did fill out a customer complaint form, recounting what happened and asked the manager Tiffany to call me. This was on 9/18 and to be fair, I waited a week before posting this Yelp review because I thought it was only fair to give her time to reach out to me. I am a regular customer of their car wash. I come about 2-4 times a month, and the price is about $10, including free self vacuum. This is really the perfect express car wash. It takes about 5 minutes, if there is a line it goes quick, it's newly renovated, it's close to my house, and it's inexpensive. This time, I decided to not press my luck and just get some gas. Compared to the gas around my pad, Seal Beach Mobil Mart usually has lower prices. I thought it was pretty good ($3.49/gal for reg), but reading Krys's and Joey's reviews, I guess there's better pricing to be had. Oh well. The mini-mart is full of various sundries if you're in a snacky mood, and there's a cute lil ol' lady behind the counter who is super friendly. She sold me a Mega Millions ticket (jackpot is $113,000,000) and I've got my fingers crossed. We'll throw one hell of a UYE if I hit that sucker... =) read more

If you're desperate for gas and you're on the 405, exit off Seal Beach and go north to this Mobil, which is right after the Target plaza on the same side. This gas is a few cents higher than most stations in Seal/Cypress/Los Alamitos. But then they have that weird deal that if you get a car wash then they knock 10 cents off each gallon bought. I don't get it. But if you get the car wash...a word of warning, on a busy day (fri - sun afternoons) that car wash gets busy. So if you want cheaper gas, exit off Valley View and go north...(the Shell, Chevrons are good). But the price is not that bad here... read more

Terrible services at this gas station. I used to go there a lot, but lately, every time I try to use my Speed Pass or a credit card, it won't work. All I get is a message to "See Cashier." So, this last time I went to see the man behind the desk and explained my problem, and he couldn't have cared less. He obviously has so much business that he doesn't care what his customers think.
