Annoying enough that the car wash was down, when that was why I chose this one, but either the pricing sign is wrong, or the pump price is wrong or they are neglecting to apply the Vons/Albertsons discount I entered and that they claim to be applying, because when I got home and applied actual arithmetic to the receipt, one of those "errors" had occurred. read more

Horrible customer service at this gas station. The lady who works here with a bright blue Acura needs to roll out of bed earlier. So many people at this gas station and a piece of paper on the doors that says store opens at 8 it's 8:11 and she just comes walking to the store and she tells me with attitude "the store isn't open" I said ok "I just need a receipt" and she said pssshhhh I don't even know what to tell u the machine will take 20 min to roll out anything and it's not open. read more

I went to get a car wash and I chose the $12 option which is what I normally do this is my regular car wash and when it finished my car wasn't dried like still completely wet the dryers didn't turn on and still half dirty!! I went inside to complain and hopefully get a refund and the lady with black hair behind the counter gave me attitude and told me they can't give refunds for the car wash. Fix your employees attitudes and the car wash!!! read more

The older, masked lady at the counter might be the worst customer service person I've ever seen in a store. She doesn't acknowledge you. Never smiles, and obviously hates her job. Doesn't say thank you. I've been there 3 times. Same all 3 times. While I was pumping gas another customer was complaining to me about her. The job pool must be horrible if that is the person representing your business. Car wash is horrible anyway. Find somewhere else. This woman will put your day off to a bad start. read more

do not pay cash here I gave the lady $60 and bought an energy drink. I went outside and pumped on pump seven it took $36.72 . I went back inside to get my change and she rang it up as I only gave her $40. This is the second time this lady has done this to me. I requested to speak to her manager on the phone and she stalled and said she couldn't get a hold of anybody. She scamming people she looks like she tweaks her jaws all sucked up. WORST CAR WASH...AND YOU PAY FOR IT!! I paid $9 for the deluxe wash. When I got home and looked at my car, it was absolutely covered with hard water and detergent steaks. It looked better before it was washed! I called the Chevron station and was told to bring it back for another wash. I went in to purchase lottery scratchers and the cashier ( a short hispanic woman) was very rude. The manager should really retrain her. She acted like i was taking up alot of her time but i was the only customer in the store. I asked what number the roll was on and she told me " she doesnt do that" i told her " you dont do what! She said that is gambling. I will never go back into that location again. read more

I been to multiple Chevron gas stations throughout Ventura County and LA county. This location is probably the worst one with customer service. There is this older lady in the morning who consistently provides rude customer service. I finally approached her today about it and she clearly did not care. This happened on 01/20/2022 around 10:15 AM. Look I am not asking for above and beyond customer service, but at least basic common courtsey customer service things. Essentially, do your job the right way. If I am paying for something I have a right to double check you are charging me the correct way. If you are offended go find a different job and leave your attitude some where else. read more

They use the absolute WORST hard water that will leave your vehicle looking worse then before you drive through. Avoid! I live 3 minutes from this location and would love to have it be better, but it's not. The hard water spots will damage your paint over time. read more

Unacceptable customer service by Shawnie. I went to turn in my lotto tickets and was waiting in line. When I was next, she told me that I have to step aside and wait until she rings up the rest of the people in line. I told her that I was next and didn't feel I should have to wait. i Told her that if she is r going to take my lotto tickets then I will just pay for my items with cash so that I don't have to wait until she rings everyone else up in line. Plus I was in a hurry. She the said well I'm just going to refuse service to you altogether. She said her boss Missanita said is the company rule. Get your gas with your credit card and go. It's amazing how horrible customer service is there. Tonight on 5/4/19 at 11 I went in for a soda. They couldn't figure out how to close the registers for the night so there was a line forming. The female employee started making small talk about in n out burgers. I told them one thing about them is there registers never break down. Her response was "well you can go there if you want." I decided to put the drink back and leave. Customer service is mandatory and competent employees helps as well. read more

I know that this review will not impact the business practices of this station, but it will allow me to feel that I've (at least) done something. Bottom line: I was cheated out of $0.54. While that amount is (duh) not worth much effort, it still irks me. After Jared cheated me out of the money, he decided that he could not provide me with a receipt!!!!! 7/27/16 I purchased 10.00 in gas (and a 6.99 car wash code expires 8/5/16). 7/28/16 Returned to get car washed, entered code and it was denied. Pushed "Help" button4-5 times, no one came. Went into cashier, she told me "Help button doesnt work! and someone already used that code yesterday. I explained I bought gas yesterday but didn't have time to use the car wash. Threw receipt at me, told me Pay Again if I wanted to use Car wash. She moved on to another customer. Asked for her help, finally got a phone number that was not equipped to handle situation, 3 phone#'s later filed a complaint with and against Chevron Gas station aka The Enterprises Inc. also phoned my own bank to dispute charges. Freaking hassle over a simple 6.99 car wash, if she hadn't been so rude and disrespectful... read more

Under new ownership and prices have gone up dramatically. Use to be about 10 cents more per gallon than Arco now 50 cents more per gallon!!! I called and explained I was a loyal customer there and was this going to be the new pricing standard. Was very courteous when I asked but they just hung up on me Classy!
