Last year, I had my side mirror knocked off and they helped me repair the damage through my auto insurance but they initially installed the wrong mirror onto my vehicle and then replaced it with the correct one a day later. This time around, there were some damages to the front of my vehicle. The accident occurred after Christmas and I was scheduled for a drop-off a couple weeks after my insurance contacted the location that I'd need work done. They called me to schedule the drop-off, which provided seamless customer service. Drop-off was quick and easy as I didn't require a rental. I was quoted 2 weeks for repair time but it was done in little over a week. I went to attempt to pick up my vehicle yesterday and the valet attendant accidentally locked my key in the car and I did not have the spare key on me. The mechanic was attempting to get my car open for a bit and I asked what was happening as a bit of time had passed and was informed of the situation. It was 6°F outside so this may have contributed to their difficulty in unlocking my car. The desk staff offered to compensate for an Uber as I was going to be late for work and compensate my Uber to come pick up my car later that day. I decided to take public transit instead to work and they called me a few minutes once I got on the train that they unlocked my car and would deliver my car to my workplace later within the day instead of having me come pick it up. The owner of the establishment gave me a phone call later that day to apologize for the inconvenience and also stated he'd be dropping my vehicle off for me. I received text notifications upon his arrival and my car had returned to my possession. Glenville Terrace Auto Body never fails to provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I appreciate the interior and exterior clean that they provide as well and my car is always looking great after repairs. I will be returning if I need any additional work done to my vehicle as they are the best of the best in the area.

I hope the color comes out to be perfect -- just like the original color coming out of the factory. Hopefully there is no issue here as this color can be considerably unique. This far, though, for the past two or so months, my correspondence with Glenville Terrace Auto Body has been very smooth and professional. They explain to me and follow up thoroughly with what to expect and the timeline to be expected. I still expect perfection for them to fix my car! They were nice enough to even go above and beyond and offered to drop me off at Enterprise because, on Enterprise's fault, Enterprise was lagged in coming to Glenville Terrace Auto Body, to give me the car I reserved way in advanced through GEICO. So yea, kudos for Glenville Terrace Auto Body. Once my car parts arrive--early December 2023-, I expect everything to go smoothly with Glenville Terrace; I hope perfection on the repair of my car, so that I can recommend my other colleague and friends in the areas who don't know about this hidden Auto Body Shop. Hoping for a perfect service and handling everything smoothly with the GEICO insurance on my behalf. Although they are certified to repair electric vehicles, they weren't able to (which is understandable) so they had it towed to a dealership for my make of car (also understandable). However, instead of towing it to one a few miles away in a neighboring town where we bought it, they towed it to LEOMINSTER, where it remains, three months later, at a shop that is barely working on it and hasn't figured out what's wrong with it. When I asked the guys why they had it towed to Leominster, they said that they had a relationship with them, which I'm sure is true, but is a terrible reason to send a car 50+ miles away to a shop that is unprofessional and won't complete the repairs in a timely manner. Initially, Medford Auto Group also tried to give me back the car when there was a warning message on the startup screen, telling me that it "should go away while driving" and to bring it back if it didn't. Well, it didn't go away, and instead I got stranded when the car wouldn't even open with the manual key and it had to be towed again. That they were willing to say "hey good enough, don't worry about this warning light" and send me on my way with the car was pretty unprofessional. Because the car needed more work at that point, we had it taken directly to the dealership, but our dealer won't touch it because it was already taken to a different dealership, so back to Leominster it went. I have no doubt that if you have an uncomplicated repair this place can take care of it fine. But if it requires any kind of work outside their wheelhouse, expect them to prioritize their relationships over the customer experience.

I was deceived by the positive reviews and the fact the body shop looked fairly new . My 2016 Toyota Highlander was hit on the driver's side and needed repair on the front fender, side mirror ,driver's door ,passenger door , rear quarter panel , rear bumper , rear wheel . When i dropped my vehicle , i was told it would take about two to three weeks to have repaired . Vehicle was left on a Monday with the insurance check . I went back to get something in the car on Thursday and 60% of the work was already done . The other 40% took another 2 months !!! When the time came to pick my car , My weathertech winter mats were gone ! Rear bumper had over 1 inch gap from the quarter panel , the bottom of passenger door had a gap of over 2 inches from the body of the vehicle .It was supposed to be completely closed( This is unbelievable ! ) , Driver seatbelt was jammed , happened when they tried to fix the gap on the passenger door , the car had a nasty cigarette odor inside (Car was bought new and no one ever smoked inside ) . I told them to fix what was wrong and gave them another week . When i came to pic it up again i notice a scratch on the passenger door that was replaced .They tried to buff it out but couldn't . I also notice they painted over a dent on the front fender and a dent on the driver door that they were supposed to fix and Instead of installing i new side mirror (paid by the insurance ) they just replaced the glass on the old one that got hit and now it's falling apart because the glue they used couldn't hold it together( This i noticed two months after pick up as the glue weakened ) . The gas tank lid wasn't even painted on the inside and they had to do it over . They also left my engine compartment covered in bodyshop dust ! They also left overspray on windshield ( Professional places always go over and remove overspray ) .When i left the vehicle i told them to take a good care of the car that i would leave a great review about it . That's how they took care of it . Positive reviews can left by friends , employees , family members and people who don't know how to inspect their vehicles so be careful in what you chose to believe . I took the car home and after noticing other faults in different light conditions i went back to tell them what kind of review i'd be leaving . One of the managers told me that i caused the dents on the front fender and driver door . Then i showed him that there was no damage to the clear coat and paint and the dents were clearly ignored by the bodyman . He was lost for words at the moment and said i should do whatever i wanted regarding the review . I wish i could leave a 0 Star review . Now You know ! I honestly did not want to leave this kind of review and i told them that multiple times .

The employee pictured immediately yelled, "Hey, What are you doing here?" I replied that I was there for a state inspection. He responded very rudely, saying, "We don't do inspections until 8:00 a.m." I calmly and politely explained that I was unaware because there was no signage indicating that inspections began at 8:00 a.m. He replied, "That's not my problem. I've been working here for 10 years, and this shop, like every other shop, doesn't do inspections until 8:00 a.m." His entire demeanor was confrontational, and he treated me as though I was trespassing simply for asking about an inspection. I explained that I had been coming to this location for the past two years and had never been treated this way before. At that point, another male customer walked over, and the pictured employee's attitude immediately changed. He then turned back to me and said, "Move your car outta here," while shooing me away as if I were a dog. As I was getting back into my car, he continued talking about me to the other customer, making comments that caused the customer to look at me as though I had created a disturbance. The entire interaction was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. . The entire interaction was demeaning, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. My vehicle's camera captured the encounter, although unfortunately it did not record the audio. Every paying customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. I left feeling singled out because of the way I was treated. While I can't know the employee's motivation, the interaction left me with the impression that I was treated differently as an African American woman.

They said it'll take a few hours, we'll give you a call when it's ready. Called me about 3 that afternoon. They did a full detail, interior and exterior. I asked them to specifically see what they could do about the wheels. These guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. Top to bottom, inside and out, this thing came away looking absolutely brand new. Flawless. Just absolutely perfect.
