    Tony and his crew are amazing! He's very busy but accommodating! My car looks as good as new. He helped with all insurance paperwork.

I care more about someone being trustworthy, polite, and at least somewhat competent. As well as saving my money and not getting ripped off like I have been when I got my car repaired at dealerships. My car wheels started making weird noises after I got into an accident and needed to make a cross-country move. Fran identified the issue and fixed it. He was also willing to honestly educate me and explain the issue without acting like a shady businessman that lies by omission. My car has not had issues for the past several months thanks to Fran's diagnosis and the work of his employees. This review would've been a five star if I didn't have to deal with his son on the phone. His son called my cell phone number multiple times to tell me that my car was fixed and hung up immediately before I could ask questions to verify. I traveled twice only to find out that the son mistook someone else's car for mine just because it was the same make and color as mine. Fran recalled which car was my car because he could tell me what state my license plate was from. Thankfully Boston is easy to traverse thanks to the public transportation, otherwise I'd be even angrier for having my energy wasted for a car that wasn't even mine.

    The location opens at 7:00 a.m., and I arrived at approximately 7:05 a.m. I pulled my car up to the…read moresliding door, walked inside, and asked for assistance. The employee pictured immediately yelled, "Hey, What are you doing here?" I replied that I was there for a state inspection. He responded very rudely, saying, "We don't do inspections until 8:00 a.m." I calmly and politely explained that I was unaware because there was no signage indicating that inspections began at 8:00 a.m. He replied, "That's not my problem. I've been working here for 10 years, and this shop, like every other shop, doesn't do inspections until 8:00 a.m." His entire demeanor was confrontational, and he treated me as though I was trespassing simply for asking about an inspection. I explained that I had been coming to this location for the past two years and had never been treated this way before. At that point, another male customer walked over, and the pictured employee's attitude immediately changed. He then turned back to me and said, "Move your car outta here," while shooing me away as if I were a dog. As I was getting back into my car, he continued talking about me to the other customer, making rude gestures and comments that caused the customer to look at me as though I had created a disturbance. The entire interaction was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. . The entire interaction was demeaning, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. My vehicle's camera captured the encounter, although unfortunately it did not record the audio. Every paying customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. I left feeling singled out because of the way I was treated. While I can't know the employee's motivation, the interaction left me with the impression that I was treated differently as an African American woman.

I figured that the slow oil leak finally gave out with the cold weather and the gasket blew in the engine. I honestly figured I would be scrapping my car today. After walking over and talking to one of the mechanics, Jerry. He told me to pull my car around and he would check it out for me today and give me a call if it's fixable or not worth it (I told him I didn't really want to put money into the car). He said they were super busy today but he will squeeze me in. Once I got there he asked if I could hang for a few min to diagnose the car and checked it out immediately. After lifting the car and checking everything they realized it was a clogged oil filter. It was so clogged that oil wasn't passing through and some of it was leaking everywhere. When they removed it I think a few of the guys got covered in oil (I kinda felt bad to be honest but they all laughed it off). Because oil got everywhere they also proceeded to clean underneath my car with some foam stuff and then ran it a little to burn what was left off. They were incredibly funny, helpful, patient, personable and honest. I spoke mostly to Jerry and the gentleman inside at the register who was also amazing. Even though I live 30 min from here and they helped me in a pinch, I will definitely bring my car back if anything else goes wrong. Service was incredible.

She took her car in for an oil change, they did extra work on the car she didn't approve and tried to charge her $250!!!!! Are you kidding me?? The owners son who did the work also said the "credit card machine is broken" and it was cash only. She refused to pay - the owner got involved, admitted they should've checked with her before doing the extra work, and then still charged her $150. They charged her card, so the whole broken card machine was bullshit obviously. When she still objected to $150 for an oil change, the owner started screaming at her. They called her a "STUPID CUNT" TO HER FACE. Complete verbal abuse!! A police report was filed against them for verbal assault. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCUMBAGS YOUR BUISNESS. They scam customers, do work that's not approved, and are incredibly rude and verbally abusive if you don't just give into their scam. Reading other reviews, this is not the first time this sort of situation has happened either. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!
