Before moving to Texas one of our fur babies would bark her lil head off the entire time she would be at the groomer so much so that I could hear her outside when I got out of my car. And due to that her baby would just shake. When I picked them up from MAH from grooming I did not hear her and asked them did y'all sedate her?! And they asked who gave her name and they laughed and said "Noooo....why do you ask?" I explained to them and they said no she's been fear the whole time! That enough was well worth it. But everyone was so kind, smiling, and very obvious they love and care about all pets! And it's that way from the desk staff to the techs, to the veterinarians! I'm not sure on everyone's names to call them out so I have to lump everyone together! We love them all! I was also surprised this last time I picked up my babies from grooming when Mya apologized for my sr dog's mouth not being groomed very well because he would not cooperate. He looked great as always! I couldn't see anything wrong! And really if there had been I understand because I know how he's started doing me the older he gets. For grooming customers who have ridiculous expectations I say this try and do what you want them to do yourself with the outcome you expect and then your attitude WILL and SHOULD change. Dr. Singh has been an absolute angel in my animals' lives. Since my very first visit when I rushed in in a panic because my puppy had swallowed a baby bird, Dr. Singh quickly put me at ease and even discounted my visit that day. When my other dog, my soul dog, Nikita's, health was quickly declining and there wasn't much more that could be done, he did not pressure me to make any rash decisions and allowed me the time I needed without pushing unnecessary visits and testing. I am very thankful and appreciative for his honesty, patience, care and understanding. I've also had the opportunity to meet Dr. Sommermeyer for a check up on a very skittish dog of mine. My dog is a little weird with strangers and I wasn't sure how he would react, but I loved how confident and easy going Dr. Sommermeyer was with him. She definitely helped put my mind at ease. Another thing I want to highlight about this office is how hard they work and the long hours they put in. My mom had a senior dog whose health took an immediate decline and wouldn't have lasted through the night. It was close to closing time, but they were able to accommodate us last minute when we had to bring him in to put to sleep. She was 14 and we have always taken great care of our dogs but I guess sometimes it's just their time to go. The staff was very supportive even having never met my family or Ava before.
