What a gorgeous boy he was!

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and peaceful good-bye for our beautiful, boy. Dr. Fiona prayed the most beautiful words I have ever heard spoken over and about a dog and his love for his parents. She was gentle, sweet, kind, knowledgeable and gave us step by step detailed information about what she was doing next with Rogie and his passing. She let us spend a good amount of time holding Rogie and saying our good-byes before his final shot. Then she let us weep and hold him a little longer while she placed fresh cut flowers all around his head and swaddled our big boy like he was a baby. Then she took him away in style...A beautiful "mini" Cadillac Hurse. Our neighbor was doing his lawn and saw Dr. Fiona's pet Hurse and knew that it must be Rogie. He recognized the car because they had used her also. If I could give her 10 stars I would. With much love and respect...Thank you, Dr. Fiona.

If you love your pet and they're at the end, you should call Dr. Fiona McCord, the founder of this service. She is truly an incredibly gifted person that turns a very difficult decision and process into something very special. She's great with dogs, understands how difficult this can be, and leaves you with after care literature and info on support groups. I've had to euthanize 2 dogs in my life before this last one. Driving my dying beloved pet to a place they don't like and have them put to sleep is an agonizing process. I severely miss my dog, "Rowdy", but I can look back on his last day and know he went in peace, happy, and was surrounded by the ones he loved.

Dr. Fiona, was recommended to me, by another vet, who was out of town, at the time we needed, an at home, compassionate euthanasia veterinarian. My friend, had used, an at home service, years ago, and told me, it was the way to do this, difficult decision. She was so right. Our Gwen, who was a rescue Scottie, had been diagnosed with widespread cancer, only a couple of weeks before. She was short of breath on Friday, but steadily went downhill over the weekend, until she was unable to eat, refused her puppachino and just sat there, struggling with very breath...it was time. We contacted Dr. Fiona Sunday morning and set up an appointment for 4:30 PM. When started breathing more labored, we asked her to come sooner, if able. She was able to accommodate our request and was at our home by 3:00 PM. She is compassionate, caring, explains everything clearly and gently. Our daughter was able to hold Gwen and when my Husband, who wanted to say a prayer, was unable to, because of his high emotions, she jumped right in, and said the most beautiful prayer with us. She leaves you with a folder, with a lot of useful information, to use, when you are ready. Because we wanted to bury Gwen, in our yard, we didn't want to have to drive her to the local veterinarian office, who was closed on a Sunday, then drive her back. Then we received a beautiful card, in the mail, afterwards. Something we never received from our local veterinarian, nor her oncology Veternarian. I highly recommend Dr. Fiona, if you are ever faced with this tough decision, with your beloved pet.

Letting go of my li'l guy was one of the hardest things I've ever done. He developed lymphoma and his little body just couldn't take the chemo. I wasn't going to allow him to suffer, so when we both knew it was time, I called our vet. I told her that I did not want his last minutes on earth to be scared and weak in the vet's office, so she recommended Dr Fiona. It was the absolute best thing that could've happened. Dr Fiona was kind, empathetic, and so patient during her visit. Her sweet spirit filled the room. And my Li'l Mo lay wrapped in his quilt, head in my lap, next to his younger brother, looking out the window that was his favorite place to be. He was calm, comfortable, and knew he was safe and loved. It was heartbreaking to say good-bye, but I promised Mo when I rescued him that no one would ever hurt him again. Eight and a half years later, with Dr Fiona's help, I kept that promise for the last time. I will always be grateful for her kindness and love of my Mo. She is a gift.

Dr. Fiona sent a card in the mail, remembering Daisy. It arrived today, exactly a year after we sent her on her way over the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you so much, and if you need her service there is no one that cares like she and her team do. It's such a hard decision but doing it at home, where your pet is comfortable was the best decision we made. Thank you so much Dr. Fiona. We never could have known that day that my oldest son would be joining Daisy 2 1/2 months later suddenly, but I'm certain they are together very nearby.

I decided to use this provider as she was available the soonest. Pro - availability Cons - EVERYTHING ELSE First, I did. Not feel she had any empathy or compassion for my situation. I have another dog in excellent health that was excited to see we had a visitor. She was short with him and acted as if he was an annoyance. Second, it is expensive to do in home pet euthanasia. I know this and expected it. To get his cremains back was an additional $325 or $350 , I honestly don't remember but I didn't care, I wanted him back. I was notified by text that he was ready to come home and I was expected to pick him up. I live in SW Fort Worth and she is in Bedford. This was not told to me prior to receiving this text. For the extra amount charged, I think he should have been delivered back home. I went and picked him up. There sat a little blue bag on her porch. Included was a paw print but no stand to display it. Not once in our texting did she inquire how either myself or other dog were doing. Seems like once she was paid, I was of no concern, And last, at the time of his passing, she launched into a lengthy prayer. Again, not discussed ahead of time. How does she know if the pet owner desires this or its parr of their beliefs? I do not recommend using this provider.

From the moment we arrived, Dr. Taylor Williams and the entire team showed incredible kindness, compassion, and patience. When it came time to say goodbye, she treated Beau with such love and tenderness, as if he were her own. It was an incredibly difficult evening for us, but the staff were phenomenal -- comforting, understanding, and supportive through every step. We are so grateful for their compassion and care during one of the hardest moments a pet owner can face.
