I ordered the chicken Philly and it took 26 minutes from order to receive. I visited the location in Indian Trail and they were slow as well. I've had constipation move quicker than the food here. It does not qualify for fast casual so make sure you either call in your order or don't go if you don't have more than an hour for lunch. It's really not that busy at lunch, they only have 2 people in the kitchen so you will wait no matter when you go. The medium were pretty spicy tasting. The staff were pretty decent. We had to wait 10 minutes for our wings as they made them fresh. There's about a dozen tables (open concept) in the place to sit at. My only critique about this place is they give you ranch with hardly any celery sticks (never mind carrots). On a recent visit to Charlotte, we decided to stop by this location. Parking is free and ample. This location is located in a small shopping plaza next door to Chipotle. There's also an Aloft Hotel in walking distance. First of all, there's so many new wing flavors which makes it hard to decide. But guess what.... They actually let you sample a few flavors prior to making a decision!!! I love this for those indecisive folks. I already made my mind up upon entering. I ordered the Raspberry Hot and the Strawberry Hot. These wings were delicious. I liked both flavors BUT the Raspberry Hot is the winner lol. Soooo good! The fries are okay.. I did add a little more seasoning. The ranch is a little weak and could be stronger. Luckily for Chex.. I didn't need ranch on the flavors I chose lol. I also purchased a lemonade. It was very good! I'm kind of particular about my lemonade so this one passed the test! Properly sweetened and good! We like Chex some much .. we did a pickup order the next day lol. My family ordered Teriyaki, Strawberry Hot and Carolina Gold. I'm never a fan of Teriyaki wings ever BUT these weren't too bad. Carolina Gold was good as well. Easy to find and adequate parking. **Price** - I paid $23 for a 10-piece all flats combo with fries and a fountain drink. Decent value for the portion size. Lasted me two days! **Food Quality** - The wings were a good size, and I got all flats for an extra $1. The strawberry and hot ranch flavors were both tasty. The heat on the hot ranch was balanced well. - It comes with two dipping sauces included (blue cheese, ranch, etc.), but any extra sauces are an added charge. - Fries were crispy and a good side with the wings. The food is always great. But I placed a large order of wings 26 hours in advance for an 11:30am pickup. When I showed up at 11:45, the employee had no record at all of the order and asked to see my receipt. As soon as I showed him, he simply said "We'll have it ready in a moment." I didn't get my order until close to 12:30pm. What is the point of ordering online for a future order if there's no system or service in place to handle it? This place is real hole in the wall but such a great find. Best wings I've had in a long time. The have a variety of flavors and you can choose to have your wings extra crispy which is a huge plus.
