tiramisu cinnamon roll and cherry pie
    Ioanna K.

This place is truly adorable - a fairytale bakery dream come true! The staff is so friendly as well, which is why I really do wish I had been more impressed by the cinnamon rolls. They are just okay. The flavors are super fun and intriguing but fall largely flat. The cherry pie was more flavorful than the tiramisu, but both were largely just butter flavored. Great place to come for the vibes and coffee, but so hard to compare with all the outstanding other bakeries in Tucson.

Delicious cinnamon roll! Not too sweet, but I have a sweet tooth so probably still pretty sweet for most people. I got the banana pudding one, and was surprised I ate it all in one sitting. I contemplated getting a drink but thought they were a tad pricy. Outdoor seating was ample and had shaded options for a sunny day.

Came back and got the Biscoff cinnamon roll.. I did not disappoint! It's everything I want in a cinnamon roll, but even better because it's Biscoff flavored. I love that the icing is light and the cookie is cherry on top. I got the cookie butter matcha as well, but honestly, it's overshadowed by the matcha. Definitely sticking with the cinnamon roll moving forward!

Huge Assortment of Cinnamon Bun Pastries in unusual styles. The sell out quickly of the traditional style. Absolutely a party inside the shop with decor and personalities that shine. I came in to try one and left with 2: Biscotti (wow!) and Strawberry Shortcake (not overly sweet). These are huge. Lasting me a week. Bring you friends. Pick some up for a party. Just epic!

Inside the shop is so cute!!!

This is a must try!!! Amazingly sweet service and unbelievable sweet treats!! Yes there was a line about 1/2 hour before opening, but don't worry there is enough for everyone!!!!! This is by far the best spot for cinnamon rolls with a twist!!! There is great seating available too if you want to eat it "for here". They also have coffee, tea and matcha drinks available. There is always a drink of the month and two new flavors of cinnamon rolls each month! Go experience it for yourself!!

We came back for more and we were not disappointed! This time we tried the flavor of the month, Mango Sticky Rice, and it was delicious--creamy, refreshing, and full of flavor. While the mango was excellent, the Biscoff is still our favorite for its rich, unforgettable taste. Great service, a convenient location, and definitely a place we'll keep coming back to.

This is a cute little shop. We ordered two cinnamon rolls to try. Luckily it was a short wait time because from what we've seen and heard, they sell out before the closing hours. This was a cute experience super quick "pick up and go" type shop. I did like my Biscoff cinnamon roll but it didn't have a cookie butter taste which made me sad LOL. I love all things cookie butter! My daughter ordered the Blueberry Muffin cinnamon roll and loved it! Inside behind the register is a seating area and some photo taking areas.

What an absolutely scrumptious business and as a lover of pink the aesthetic was a win! I had been trying to get over since they opened and finally did... to grab a couple bags of calories, I mean cinnamon rolls. We nabbed 5....strawberry shortcake, banana pudding, biscoff, an amazing one with massive cookie pieces and the Nutella roll. So I said I would split the Strawberry shortcake one with my husband but he decided to take a nap when we got home so I ended up devouring the entire thing. The other four, yes I will split once I do extra treadmill time and am excited to try them given the light and fluffy texture of the one I inhaled! The ladies up front were super sweet and helpful as well... we will definitely be back sooner rather than later as 2 cinnamon roll obsessed humans.

Cute little cafe in downtown Tucson! Drinks were unique and great! Different flavor cinnamon rolls.

Inviting, friendly and fun is the vibe of this locally owned bakery. Topped with an amazing selection of cinnamon rolls! I tried the Biscoff and then the Peach Cobbler cinnamon roll. The Biscoff is rich creamy and flavorful. The cookie tops it off! The Peach Cobbler in cinnamon roll form is genius and was filled with fresh chunks of peaches and topped with cobbler. The cinnamon rolls are HUGE and two people can easily share. I want to try the new strawberry shortcake cinnamon roll next!!

Came in yesterday with a few coworkers for a meeting and had a great experience! The menu offers a wide variety of drinks, from coffee and matcha to lemonade so there's something for everyone. That was especially nice since not everyone wanted coffee in the afternoon. I ordered from the seasonal menu and got the Nuts About You, which is a Nutella iced latte. It was delicious and not overly sweet like I thought it might be. The vibe inside is very pink and eye-catching. It's easy to see why pink lovers would make the trip there for a drink and a sweet treat. The service was excellent as well. When we walked in, some of the staff was engaged with their customers. I even saw one of them outside taking pictures and filming TikToks with kids, which was fun to see. The kids looked like they were having a blast. While we were waiting to order, they also apologized in advance to warn us that they were going to be making a little bit of noise with the frother. I think small things like that really shows how humble they are and they really make you feel like a guest when you come into their business.

Stopped in for a look-see after passing the entrance..... glad I did! This is a Pink Palace, a fun spot to indulge, relax and support a woman owned business. Peachy started her journey as a food truck and after much hard work she opened this brick and mortar shop on 6th. Great location and a great venue. I enjoyed my hot chocolate topped with whipped cream (pink!) and perused the decadent cakes/nibbles on offer in the cases. Most impressive! And perhaps not calorie free.....? This is a fun happy atmosphere for girls of all ages (and yes you can bring the gents!), a haven of joy, beverages, and pink!!!!

If you're looking for a spot that understands the assignment, let me introduce you to Chez Peachy. I don't even know where to begin. From the moment you walk in, it's clear this place was built with intention. The décor? Absolutely stunning. It's visually captivating, playful, and polished all at once. Yes, it's a total girl's dream spot, but gentlemen, if you really want to win some points and melt even the toughest, most independent queen's heart, take her here. I promise you, her inner little girl is clocking in immediately. Now let's talk about hospitality because that's where businesses either scale or stall. The staff? Top-tier. Warm, genuine, welcoming. They make you feel seen, not just served. They give honest recommendations and create an experience, not just a transaction. That's brand execution done right. Flavor profile? Elite. I had the Strawberry Fields latte with strawberry cold foam and an espresso shot and it was phenomenal. Balanced, smooth, indulgent without being overly sweet. It tastes exactly as good as it looks (and it looks very good). I also grabbed a couple cookies that were almost too pretty to eat - emphasis on almost lol and a Nutella cinnamon roll for later. Zero regrets. No judgment zone over here. I even had the chance to meet the owner, and let me tell you the establishment is a direct reflection of her. Warm, kind, intentional, and genuinely welcoming. You can feel when someone pours heart into a business, and she absolutely has. Bonus points: they are dog-friendly. And not in a lazy way but in a we care way. They gave my dog a pink pup cup that was almost too cute to function. I don't know what kind of magic they put in that whipped cream, but my dog has never gone to town like that before. Ever. It was impressive. Pink, adorable, and apparently five-star canine cuisine. And can we discuss the heart-shaped straws? That level of detail says everything. That's operational excellence meeting emotional intelligence. When a business pays attention to the small things, you know they care about the full customer experience. 10 out of 10. Warm. Thoughtful. Whimsical. Delicious. It brought out my inner child in the best way, and I cannot wait to bring my daughter next time. Places like this don't just serve coffee they create moments. And that, my friends, is how you build a brand that lasts.

They have fluffy cream puffs, creamy eclairs, yummy cookies, flavorful pies, and more. And don't get me started on their cupcakes, which are moist and tender and even better when they're Cosmic. There is something indescribably delicious about the apple and cherry Crisps. *Chef's Kiss* The staff at La Baguette Parisienne is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They are also incredibly kind. On my last visit, I managed to take an epic fall (really more of a clumsy crumple) that included pushing a rolling counter across part of the store. My middle name is "Grace". The owner, Kim, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful (nor could the customers there at the time, so I guess kindness attracts kindness). She helped me to get up and was gracious regarding my minor rearrangement of her shop and cheerful enough that I went from embarrassment to laughter in record time. My late beloved Mama found this lovely, cute bake shop decades ago when they first opened, and she was a delighted weekly customer whenever she was at her east-side Tucson home. I hope to carry on her tradition, if less frequently from my UA-area home, until my time on the planet is done (bury me with a plain large Miche, a Cherry Crisp, and a Cosmic Cupcake, please). Highly recommend!

You really wouldn't see this place driving down Wilmot because it's tucked behind two businesses, with 4 fifteen minutes parking spots designated for the shop. I think I've sampled every pie. The size is perfect to split with someone. No drinks or other things are available here, but one can purchase drinks down the way at Beyond Bread. The staff are always getting customers rung up and out quick. Because the space is so small you go in the entrance, order your pies and then go out an exit door. There's no room for meandering or window shopping. Back in my old home in beautiful Providence, Rhode Island we had an artisanal bread bakery too. (Calmed Seven Stars, they have grown in the 15 or so years they've been around, now offering pastries, coffees, & with several different locations. Barrio Bread is staying truer to the original vision - great breads, bagels, just stop in to shop, & take it away.) My husband & I were headed toward N Country Club Rd early Saturday morning so thought we'd stop in & see what Barrio Bread's space was like. 15 minutes after opening we were already 7 patrons from entering the store! The line moved quickly enough, enough though we could see customers being individually greeted and served with friendly & warm attention rather than impatience. When we made it to the front of the line, it was the founder/original baker Don Guerra himself staffing the register. What a nice person! I mentioned where we'd come from (and Seven Stars), and Don stepped away from the register to call over Matt, one of the current bakers. Matr's a graduate of Johnson & Wales University (whose world-class culinary program is in Little Rhody) who met Don when he came to JWU to teach a master class in bread. Matt also baked at Seven Stars for several years before moving out to Tucson! Small world. I'd say this encounter was a little taste of (old) home - but Barrio Bread is more beautiful to look at and more varied than what I'd have available back in RI. And that sourdough is the best I've ever had! Too bad I left my phone in the car so no pictures - at least at this visit.

Super nice guy, knew some folks in front of us and seemed like a Stalwart in the community! Good stuff! The bread was so good! I ate the Cuban loaf toasted with just some butter. The sesame seeds, the slight sourdough tang, great crunch outside and soft inside. Great bread! The seeded Epi bread we pulled apart and snacked on during our drive back home. Again, crusty and seeded outside, soft chewy inside. If their "end of the day" bread is this good, I cant imagine how good their regular selections and specialty breads are.
