I went to Chez peachy today and fell in love! The place was so beautiful and clean. The workers were nice and very helpful and Christa herself was SO sweet and kind. I ordered the Oreo bento cake and the mermaid drink both were absolutely delicious! The cake was moist and the buttercream frosting was the best!! I am already craving another Oreo bento cake. dude this place was so cute!!! I did get a lil confused upon entering and it was way smaller than i thought but the staff were amazing. We went for the free medium drink with purchase of a bento cake and i got the pink champagne cake!! Their lemonades are phenomenal! Wish they had more of the drink options. Truly the worst cake I have ever had. It was super dry, literally flavorless, and the frosting was just pure sugar (no flavor - just SWEET). So sweet it gave me a headache. 4 other people tried the cake I bought and had the same feedback. A few of us threw our cakes away. The girl behind the counter was so amazing and when I asked if they could write something on a cake that was already packaged to sell they said yes and were very nice about it! the service was great! the owner & her team were helpful and kind. their bubbly personalities matched well with the aesthetic of the shop. the strawberry matcha was good. i bought two cakes as well, the total was about $50ish. they looked delicious and i'd been holding off going so i thought it wasn't a big deal. however, i tried the chocolate and the strawberry. they were both dry and did not have much flavor. the frosting wasn't great either. it lacked flavor and i felt i was biting into a stick of slightly melted butter. if i'm being honest, the cakes tasted like boxed cake. it was also flat like boxed cake. :( im sad because i love cake! i'll prob go back for the matcha but not the overpriced cake. i'm sorry! read more

I was deeply unsatisfied with their prices, and quality of food. I had gone in for the first time a few days ago, having heard the food had been great and everything, I went in with an open mind and was excited to try the little cakes. I had then learned that each cake is $22 which was a little insane to me. I didn't want to waste the trip and got something anyways, I got the small box of cookies, which came with 4 cookies and was $15, I got back home and tried them and 3 out of the 4 of them had little to no sugar, and didn't taste very good. I've been following chez peachy for so long and absolutely love her and her team and the work she's put into her bakery. Everything is so cute and you can tell so much love has been put into everything! I'm obsessed with all of the drinks, but one thing that has been disappointing is the bento cakes :( I've tried them a few times in hopes of it being good and everytime the cake has been on the dry side and not flavorful, and the icing is overly sweet and tastes artificial. I don't know if it's the over production of cakes where the quality isn't as good but I hope it gets better! I'd love to get a custom cake someday since they're so beautiful but I'm afraid it will be the same quality as the bento cakes. read more

I have not been in to her shop as of yet, Christa was my neighbor and I bought a cake from when she was starting to bake cakes FROM INSIDE HER HOME She made a cake for my boyfriends birthday and my god this cake was so good. I read some reviews about the frosting being difficult to cut into, but it's not that hard, it was just right, my boyfriend loved the cake. This cake was the right amount of sweetness and it was super soft in the inside. I also needed a cake right away and she was kind enough to put me on her schedule even when she was already crammed for work. When I see people say the owner was rude or whatever they said I didn't read it too much, that is insane to me, our dogs played so much together, she was never rude to me or anyone around us. I really wanted to love this place. After seeing this truck on instagram multiple times, I finally was able to go today. I ordered a strawberry bento cake and an Oreo brownie. The bento cake was like a super dense brick. The frosting was too sweet, and there were hardly any strawberries in the cake. The brownie was dry and easily crumbled. The cakes definitely look better than they taste. Perhaps it was a bad day for them, I'd be more than happy to give them another try, but it was not a good first impression. read more

Great place! We stopped by at opening on a Saturday, and they have a nice little sun shade up for people waiting in line to have some shade. The owner was lovely and so welcoming, and extremely kind to my 3-year-old who wanted a Nemo cake and insisted on helping to pay herself (using my card of course lol). The cake itself was pretty good! I loved that the frosting wasn't too sweet, and the decorations really can't be beat. Vibes were good, cake was good, and service was great. I'm sorry but I don't think it tastes good. I love sweets but the frosting only tastes like sugar. Not even vanilla. Unfortunately, it's so thick that it overpowers everything. The cake is dense and dry and also doesn't really taste like anything. I really don't think I'm picky, it just isn't good. It's reassuring to see other reviews here to know I'm not crazy. That being said, the cakes are SO CUTE. I think your Saturday morning and $20+tax could be spent better somewhere else for now. I went in at Chez Peachy and the location was cute but I tried the cookies and it almost knocked my nephews tooth out. The flower wall is cute I'll give them that but I went up to them to get a better look and it did not smell like roses. I also overheard from a previous employee that the work conditions are rough. They were not given tips for a long time. Also sometimes the workers are not given appropriate breaks. The owners are not always there as they say they are. This also means sometimes only one worker is doing ALL the workload in the ordering area which is crazy to me. I have also witnessed the owners argue outside in front of customers.
