The employees were extra friendly and very knowledgeable of the different products that they offer. I was really wanting a strawberry Matcha, which they did highly recommend and said it was probably be one of the best that I've ever had. It really didn't taste like Matcha. It tasted more like a strawberry shake than anything. It wasn't bad but it definitely was not what I was expecting. Although I will return to try one of their bubble waffles, those did look delicious although they do look super sweet read more

This was a new and delicious treat for me. I had the crofle, which is like a croissant waffle, with the grapes and the cream. It was delicious. I did try the strawberry one the next time but the grape one was my favorite for sure. I look forward to trying more of their treats. It's in the mall and the second time I went the person who works there recognized me and was super friendly. read more

Ordered the butter cream latte for $8 and watched the employee pour a glass full of milk, squirt some flavoring in it and hand it to me. I asked to get espresso on top and he grumpily poured a half shot on top. Not happy Edit to respond to owner- it may be espresso flavored syrup, but- 1- That's still not a latte - a standard latte is approx 2 espresso shots to 8oz milk ratio, so calling it a latte is dishonest. 2- Your employees need to be able to explain the details. Separate to both of those facts , it still tasted like sugar milk. Just my honest review. Thanks for taking the time to respond, I want others to know what they are getting as it is very misleading and an expensive. I'll eventually come back to try the croiwaffle, they did look good, but I skipped it this trip. read more

One word. Amazing! If you love croissants and waffles, you'll love a croiffle. Theirs is very very good. I tried a few before and theirs has the perfect texture. We ordered their strawberry, green grape, and lotus. All was incredible. I highly recommend the lotus for first timers. In short, totally worth a stop! read more

I had my first croffle in Phoenix and this was definitely comparable and more affordable. Very helpful staff as I was asking how to keep one fresh for my daughter after school was out 6 hours later and it came out perfectly in my oven later for her. I had the original and it's soo good- coming from someone who doesn't like waffles or croissants but loves this combo! read more

Came all the way from Phoenix for a soccer tournament and decided to stop by one hour before they closed. SWEETEST WORKER EVER. She offered us samples as we walked into the food court trying to find the place as if she had been waiting for us!! I walked to Tucson Mall from the Ford dealership to get lunch & found this place. I am a trained French Sous Chef who lives most of the year in Japan & I have never heard of a Croiffles? I ordered one with ice cream & it was one of the best deserts I have ever eaten. It was like a waffle but chewy & the ice cream was wonderful like a French vanilla gelato. Together the Croiffles & the ice cream was fantastic! I went back the next day & had another one it was that good! I am going back to Japan in 3 weeks & I will look there for a Croiffles as well. read more

I went here on a whim Saturday bc the line at Starbucks was too long as per usual. I got the classic French croissant waffle and it was amazing. Texture and sweetness amazing. I decided to try a small of their specialty roflerofle coffee. It was like drinking coffee ice cream and I say that in a good way. It's over ice but it's smooth and creamy. They add a special foam to it. I will definitely go here in the future for a delicious coffee treat over Starbucks while at the Tucson Mall. read more

The customer service is wonderful and let me tell you the croissant waffles are to DIE FOR! Not to mention they used actual whipped cream none of that air can stuff! If I could give this place 10 stars I would! The croissant waffle was a wonderland of cinnamon and maybe nutmeg taste? I will be coming back here as much as I can before I move state!
