The employees were extra friendly and very knowledgeable of the different products that they offer. I was really wanting a strawberry Matcha, which they did highly recommend and said it was probably be one of the best that I've ever had. It really didn't taste like Matcha. It tasted more like a strawberry shake than anything. It wasn't bad but it definitely was not what I was expecting. Ordered the butter cream latte for $8 and watched the employee pour a glass full of milk, squirt some flavoring in it and hand it to me. I asked to get espresso on top and he grumpily poured a half shot on top. Not happy Edit to respond to owner- it may be espresso flavored syrup, but- 1- That's still not a latte - a standard latte is approx 2 espresso shots to 8oz milk ratio, so calling it a latte is dishonest. 2- Your employees need to be able to explain the details. Separate to both of those facts , it still tasted like sugar milk. Just my honest review. Thanks for taking the time to respond, I want others to know what they are getting as it is very misleading and an expensive. I walked to Tucson Mall from the Ford dealership to get lunch & found this place. I am a trained French Sous Chef who lives most of the year in Japan & I have never heard of a Croiffles? I ordered one with ice cream & it was one of the best deserts I have ever eaten. It was like a waffle but chewy & the ice cream was wonderful like a French vanilla gelato. Together the Croiffles & the ice cream was fantastic! I went back the next day & had another one it was that good! I went here on a whim Saturday bc the line at Starbucks was too long as per usual. I got the classic French croissant waffle and it was amazing. Texture and sweetness amazing. I decided to try a small of their specialty roflerofle coffee. It was like drinking coffee ice cream and I say that in a good way. It's over ice but it's smooth and creamy. They add a special foam to it. I will definitely go here in the future for a delicious coffee treat over Starbucks while at the Tucson Mall. read more
