My husband and I came here for our anniversary and love it so much: it's the cutest little place that instantly transports me to Paris. The gelato is amazing and I even picked up some macaroons and luxury tea. The prices are fair and there is plenty of room to sit indoor and outdoor to enjoy the desserts. It's always immaculate clean and staff is friendly and helpful.
Beautiful establishment in the heart of DT. We stopped by after dinner looking for something sweet. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, even offering us samples of the gelatos. Unfortunately, none of the flavors really hit the spot for me, so I passed. My partner went with the pistachio gelato, but we both felt it had a bit too much of an extract-like taste (pistachio/almond). Service was absolutely 5 stars, friendly and attentive. The gelato itself just wasn't our favorite... Prices are very affordable.
This place is so beautiful! The theme is lovely and the decorations and aesthetic is so cute. The service was quick and friendly! My friends and I decided to give this place a try because we were craving macarons. I got the raspberry macaron and the mango macaron ($3.16 each) and I was unfortunately disappointed. The mango macaron had not even a smidge of mango flavor and the raspberry macaron had just the smallest hint of raspberry flavor, my friend got the Tiramisu macaron and it also tasted of nothing. So all three ended up tasting the same. My sister got the Coconut gelato and the pistachio gelato and although they were somewhat decent, we couldn't even finish it because it just wasn't the best :( We also got a small Dubai Chocolate bar ($12) and it was also alright. Although our experience this time wasn't the best, I hope one day I can return to give it another try!
We stopped by this establishment and it is beautiful inside and very clean. The staff did not greet us or talk unless we asked questions (she had her ear buds in so maybe she was preoccupied) we tried the gelato (pistachio and caramel). The gelato and waffle cone were delicious. The sweets were beautifully displayed and the chocolates were very unique and in shapes like turtles ! I asked if she made the chocolate and she said no, they buy some of it from a local vendor and some from out of state (I think she said Indiana). Some if the chocolates resemble Monsoons Chocolate from here in Tucson, but they are not from there (she gets asked that a lot). I did not get the chance to ask her if she makes the gelato or the macrons. Overall a very cute atmosphere. Oh and although Yelp said they were closed when we went they were not. They have recently updated their hours.
What a pleasant experience we had here at Le Macaron. Already upon entering I was happily impressed with the theme and decorations of the space. It's beautifully bright (but mellow) pinks, reds and whites all and super cute. Quite literally a 'princess room'. A beautiful creation of flowers (not real), with some constructed of pipe cleaned cleverly. There's more to be said but with pictures and some imagination , I'll leave it to that. There are macarons, gelato and chocolate treats served here, even including some gf and dairy free options in the macarons and vegan options for the other items. We enjoyed two Sorbettos with tajin, a macaron and some very good laughs. The service was so kind, bright and wonderful. What a great experience
Visited here for the first time for a friend's baby shower and it was a great experience! It's a smaller space but beautifully decorated with good seating. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, and I also really enjoyed their tea selection! Macarons are a little on the pricey side, but are well worth it for the taste and quality.
Went here for the first time today to enjoy their Sonoran Restaurant Week offering and had a great time! Super cute place, adorable inside, very French café vibes! Fast and friendly service, also very clean on the inside with lots of places to sit! I had an iced caramel latte, 2 macarons and the quiche Lorraine.. all delicious! Very cute little bakery, nice place to sit and chat downtown ! And they are open late on weekends! So glad we stopped in !
I stopped in yesterday for the Dubai Affogato Dream on the Sonoran Restaurant Week menu, and it didn't disappoint! I chose the hazelnut gelato in my affogato, and a pistachio and chocolate macaroon. It also came with Dubai chocolate! Everything was delicious! There were options of milk or dark chocolate for the Dubai chocolate, the affogato was creamy and delicious! The macaroons simply melted in your mouth! Service was excellent and I love how cute the decor is - all the flowers and pink - you feel like you're in Paris! I think I'll bring my granddaughter back for her 5th birthday!
So cute we had to stop in! They have a great selection of macaroons at a reasonable price for the size and quality. In addition to the macaroons, they had a gorgeous selection of chocolates and (I think) coffee/drinks. Oh, and they also have ice cream. The woman working was friendly and knowledgeable regarding nuts in certain ones (we have a few specific nut allergies.). Again, I loved the vibe, it made it so much more memorable and special than just getting a macaroon somewhere else.
We were downtown for an event and decided to check out Le Macaron. Their lovely French pastry shop has a variety of tasty options, and we will be back to try more of them. On the evening we were there, they were passing out macaron samples....cassis or pumpkin. Both perfectly textured and delicious. They also had a nice selection of meringues, gelato, cake slices, coffee, and chocolates to choose from. The team member serving us was very patient while we looked over options. She answered our questions about different items and was enthusiastic about the products. We ended up choosing a lemon meringue and a vanilla. We also ordered a salted caramel and Belgian chocolate meringue. They were heavenly. The interior of the shop is adorable, with all of the ambiance you'd expect of a French patisserie. This is a great addition to downtown. Highly recommend.
Stacy and her team at Le Macaron are the best! We did not want traditional cake at our wedding, so we proceeded with macarons and gelato! When calling for more info/details, Stacy was extremely helpful and kind. She guided me through serving size, flavors, presentation, delivery, storage, etc. She even helped make the custom signage with our flavors. I went to the store 2-3 times to sample and buy various flavors. We ended up ordering about 450 total macarons and I trusted Stacy to deliver them. Our guests loved the sweets. Highly recommend them for events and amazing service. The store is so charming and welcoming. We'll always remember them as one of our trusted vendors.

Cute place. Very bright and decorative interior and colorful desserts. Staff is very nice. I was offered samples of the lemon macaron and the Belgian chocolate macaroni. I chose the Belgian chocolate which was very good. Since they were all sold out of that flavor, I opted to get the chocolate chip Madeleine cookies. Yummy! This shop is so charming! I'd stay here all day if I could. The service was wonderful. The Macarons were brightly colored and had a wide array of flavors. But, after taking a few home I realized the flavors are not very pronounced. I couldn't tell what a few of them were. read more

Super cute shop. It is beautifully decorated and the display cases are filled with colorful treats. I ordered 6 macarons and was sorely disappointed. They didn't have much flavor and were extremely sugary. I tried two and then ended up giving the others away. I couldn't eat them. We also tried one of the chocolate bars. The chocolate was really smooth but again had little to no flavor. These sugary sweets are not very flavorful for how expensive they are. read more
Super cute shop with lovely coffee and nice holiday themed treats! We went during spooky season so it was super cute seeing the bakers creativity through the various desserts. We got macarons, obviously, and the tiramisu was definitely my favorite. The staff was lovely and you could tell they care a lot about their craft with each bite of the delicious desserts! read more

Good pastries and Macarons. The place opens late, but is also open late. I loved the interior decoration, lots of pink and great "French" style, and the staff was very nice. The Gelato was also really good, with the right texture and nice flavor. read more

Finally made it to Le Macaron!! What a beautiful shop, from the patio chairs welcoming you in the entrance decor takes you to another place, you get the feeling you're not in Tucson anymore. Friendly & informative staff Amazing & delicious delectables with various options to select from, creamy flavorful gelato some of the best I've had in town.so many pastries to choose from sure to please all. A cute, chic spot in the middle of congress. Perfect for an afternoon coffee date or evening catch up over a wide variety of macaron flavors, meringues, gelato and espresso and coffee bar. Their croissants are delicious, macarons are not too sweet, and drip coffee is delicious. They even have decaf! The owners are very sweet and serve you immediately. Picked up a few chocolate bars for gifts for friends, and tried their peppermint bark in December. Everything was the perfect level of sweetness without the flavor being overpowering. read more

Pretty place, but very underwhelming. My friends and I decided to go here for dessert after getting dinner downtown and chose this place due to the cute decorations and vibes. Unfortunately, the actual food itself was very disappointing. It felt like nothing there was actually made in store, especially the macaroons. They were nearly frozen and on the same level as the ones that you can buy at Costco. Having paid nearly $4 for a single one, we would have been better off going to the screamery next door. The decorations were nice and service was nice, but paying $4 for a macaroon (that they just served to you in a literal plastic bag) is not something that I would do again. read more
I imagine most people come here for the macarons, but today I came for the gelato! They have a small selection of flavors, mostly unique flavors. First, I tasted the Violet, which tasted too strong and earthy. I wasn't a fan. Then I tried the Hazelnut Praline, which I liked. It wasn't too sweet or overpowering. I ordered a single scoop, and it was just the right size to feed my craving, but not too much. The man behind the counter was quiet, but nice about letting me and my friend try different flavors. The store itself is very bright with very cute decor. It was quiet, clean, and inviting. It's not the most affordable dessert around, but I'd go back to treat myself every once in a while. read more

The absolute cutest treat on Congress. The space is such a great design. The staff is very helpful in explaining the flavors and dietary information of their offerings. The macarons are so well made. All of them are gluten free and about 1/3 of them are also dairy free. The flavor choices were endless! My favorites were the Lavender White Chocolate and the Basil - both were truly unique and delish! They also offered tarts, truffles, and gelato. Definitely give this place a try! read more

This is a gorgeous, upscale place Downtown that really has it all when it comes to sweets, including of course dozens of varieties of macarons. I had mango and it burst with flavor! Also on the menu are chocolates, coffees, gelato and pastries! They are served by friendly, knowledgeable staff who really know their product. It was great to see so many people in there today during the lunch hour. I'll be back! read more

I went here with a couple friends last week after a Christmas party and was so excited to try this new spot downtown. I had seen it the previous week and was saddened I didn't have time to visit. It's a bright building that has gelato, macarons, and various chocolate bonbons. The furthest wall is painted to feel that you're in a cafe setting, which I thought was cute! When we arrived, there was few in the building, if anyone and 2 male workers up front. They greeted us and offered us samples of the ice cream. I didn't love it and moved to the macarons and truffles. I bought a pack of the 6 truffles and even tipped a couple dollars. However when we were leaving, we couldn't help but notice those who had just entered received a much different greeting, that included the shop background. I shrugged thinking, "maybe they asked". However, upon leaving I was informed by my friend of statements the workers had made regarding our intentions in the store. I really wish I had known about it before purchasing and tipping. It also seems that they didn't give the correct order for my 3rd friend. These 3 things make me question this establishment and my welcomeness here. I'm not sure I would return. read more

I decided to try this place today (12/14) after a Christmas Party at the Playground and the customer service was lackadaisical from the get go! Upon entering we were greeted in low tones. We chose to try a few flavors of the gelato after he offered but apparently that triggered his line of thinking that we weren't going to buy anything! I also tried the gingerbread, red velvet and some other flavored macaron and I honestly wasn't impressed enough to purchase. I opted for the chocolate gelato on a cone, one scoop but somehow ended up with two, for a grand total of almost $10, I tipped $2 but all the mumble tones were unbeknownst to me because I surely would've walked out had I heard them! I want my $12 after this experience, didn't even finish the gelato after my friend shared what she'd heard them saying... You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. (12/15) I'm back to amend my review. After speaking with Stacy, the owner who was very apologetic and responsive to my initial review. The gelato was delicious, I was surprised I enjoyed the lavender flavor but still opted for chocolate because it's my favorite. The decor is really cute, love the pink and white, it really gives the touch of a quintessential French Cafe! I'd go back just to sit in the window and sip hot cocoa and people watch. We discovered this place when they were at the Children's Museum Evening of Play. We had a macron and a chocolate. They were so pretty, delicate, and tasty that when I needed Christmas gifts I immediately contacted Stacy! She quickly helped me decide on size, packaging, and pricing. I picked them up this afternoon and they look perfect! And of course I had to try - macron for my afternoon treat...and a few fresh made croissants which made perfect sandwich bread for this evenings dinner! The sales staff were incredibly friendly, the store front inviting, and the delicious smell of sugary confections wafted through the store. Give this place a try!! read more
