There's no need to travel to Chicago for a Pie when we have this place so close by... the owner Desi was so nice and very welcoming. I called him and within the hour I had the pizza in my hand. Not gonna lie at first I thought it was a little on the small side for the price but when he handed me the box, that box was heavy. Prob between 4-5lbs. We couldn't wait to get home and eat it. The marinera sauce had the perfect consistency not to watery or not to chunky it was just perfect. I felt like there was no ending to the cheese pulling not complaining I love cheese. Crust was crunchy and soft at the same time. Overall the best Chicago style pizza in town. I Deff will be coming back and sending friends and fam to try it out.

I can't believe how good this pizza is! We met Desi in his garage-turned-kitchen and saw how the sausage was made. Once he took our pizza out of the oven, he ladled it with extra sauce. No wonder the food was packed with flavor. The dough was soft and supported all the cheese and meat so well. It was the pillowiest, cheesiest bite that went on forever like a great party in my mouth. We were so happy we forgot to take photos of the pie before we dug in! And don't get me started on the tiramisu. It was so good it snapped me out of my bad mood. I ate it the day after, to let the ice thaw out of it (but it's good to eat on the day you order it - this was just my preference). It's probably as good, if not better than the tiramisu at Uovo. That's high praise! We are coming back but we need to spread the gospel first. Desi is the master of the Chicago style pizza. Not Malnati's. Try his pizza and you'll see why.

First time trying this pizza. This has been on my to try list. The ordering process was smooth. Arrived 15min prior to my time to pick up and my order isn't ready yet. This is a good sign that my order is as fresh as it can be when I arrive. Desi was nice and very pleasant. Had a good conversation while waiting for my order. When we arrived home, we were surprised to tell you the taste brought me back to Chicago. It was cheesy, tasty, fresh, and reminded me of Giordanos. Every bite had all of the ingriedients I have ordered and you can tell the quality was taken cared of from the very first order of the day to the end of the day. Will definitely order again.

We miss Chicago deep dish pizza, and lucky for us, Chi Town is not far from our house! This time we got spinach, pepperoni, and Italian sausage, and it was amazing as always. The crust is yum, the cheese is melty, and the flavors are spot on. Love it love it love it! just how deep dish should be. But the real surprise? The tiramisu. Honestly, it's probably the best tiramisu I've ever had. So light, not overly sweet, perfectly creamy. Pure goodness. I'm still dreaming about it.

I've been craving a Chicago style deep dish pizza for years! I've tried a few places around SGV and the IE but nothing has impressed me or compared to what I tasted in Chicago. Chi Town Pizza is 100% worth the hype! It's worth the wait (I had to schedule my pizza about a week in advance and the first pickup is at 5pm), it's worth the price, and it's def worth the drive (I live about 35 min away). It's the perfect sauce to cheese to topping to crust ratio. Flavors are amazing! I do wonder if I can request maybe a crispier crust (I just like a crunchy crust but I'm not sure if that's true Chicago style). It was a hit at home and I can't wait to order again.

Wow! It's not easy to find a truly good deep-dish pizza in California, so I was thrilled to discover Chi Town Pizza. When I first came across their IG posts, I knew I had to give them a try. On the very first night in our new San Dimas home, I thought, what better way to celebrate than with deep dish? I placed my order online and waited in anticipation. When I arrived to pick it up, I met Desi, the owner, who was incredibly personable and professional. He shared a bit about the history of the company and his vision for growing the business, which made me appreciate the experience even more. Then came the moment of truth--the pie itself. I brought it home to share with my family, and it did not disappoint. Hands down, it was the best pizza I've had in a very long time. This place is the real deal. Best Deep Dish I have ever had. Desi was genuinely nice and was excited to make the pizza. His personality alone is worth the order. Last time I tried a Chicago deep dish pizza was when I was a teen when I worked at Pizza Hut and they tried selling those for a while. Needless to say I didn't miss it. But after seeing the pictures of these pizzas and reading the reviews I had to try a good version of this pizza. First off gotta say Desi is such a cool guy. Very easy going, really makes you want to support his business. The fact that the pizza is unbelievably good makes it easy! The sauce has a perfect flavor, the crust tastes delicious, and tons of cheese. Tons of food at a reasonable price. His tiramisu is also amazing! I got a new favorite spot for pizza

I was looking for Italian choices in the area on Yelp, and was very surprised when I saw Chi Town pop up with Chicago style deep dish pizzas in Glendora. Wait, Whaaaat?! For someone who doesn't trust ordering from uber eats, I was hesitant when I saw it was from a residential address. But the reviews gave me a piece of mind in knowing Desi knew what he was doing. I'm glad I gave Chi Town Pizza a try. I saw that spinach and cheese is the best seller, so I went with that. I live 20 mins away with traffic, so I threw some pieces in the air fryer for a few minutes. Was loaded with spinach cheese and garlic. The crust was amazing.. crunch on the outside and chewy on the inside. Perfect balance of everything. I'll be back to give other kinds a try and to give more reviews. I am speechless after tasting Chi Town Pizza's classic deep dish pizza. The crust us so buttery and flaky - never reproduced by any of the current Chicago style pizza places in Southern California. In case you didn't see the FAQs, this is a call ahead, pick up only service. Family owned and operated, you can feel good about supporting this business. Never had Chicago style pizza before and always wanted to try it. Saw Chi Town Pizza was local to me. Was super bomb and am now hooked. I tend to throw away the crust but not Chi Town Pizza's crust. I hope the reputation grows because la needs more of this type of pizza. Everything from the crust, the flavor, texture etc is great. So looking around town for a real deep dish pizza didn't happen then looked up pizza near me and chi town came up so checked it out looked good so I called made my appointment he sent me the address nice neighborhood by the way got the meat lovers pizza I arrived here it comes and no line and off I went get home and it's heavy is what I like smells really good and all ways have a hard time getting that first one out then I bit in to heaven and enjoy it and plenty to eat the next week and will be going back for my next one read more

Excellent deep dish pizza, and worth the drive if you aren't in the area. I moved from Chicago area to SGV and have been missing home, and this place is the real deal. This crust is the bready type of deep dish crust, so it's more like Gino's than the crunchy type (Lou Malnati's, Pequod's) - not a bad thing! Very generous with the cheese when compared to Gino's in Sherman Oaks. One or two slices will fill you up. I'll definitely be back! My only suggestion is that it would be nice if they offered hot giardiniera as a topping (the kind you can get at Portillo's in Buena Park). read more
