The green tea is very creamy. There's no pieces of crystallized ice in it. I also tried the Kinako ice cream. It tasted so good. How good? I bought a pint of each to take home. Our server's name was Yuzu. She was very nice and friendly. She also told us she works next door at Aburiya Ibushi. That restaurant is on my list of places to try and eat at.
