They have many styles and were so accommodating, pulling styles for me and showing things that I may like but have not considered. I ended up with a dress that was pulled out last! Also, I went in thinking I would buy a dress I previously tried on at a separate place and they were able to order it for me if I ended up deciding that I wanted that style from Allure. They are able to order dresses and are very honest with the time it takes to make and get delivered. Another thing to note is that they were not predatory at all which was so refreshing. I had a couple of experiences where I felt pressured to make a decision on the spot and then received many texts after asking me to make a choice which Ira did none of. Overall, a great experience and I was also sent home with an unexpected bottle of Prosecco to celebrate which was the cherry on top!

She didn't offer a reduction of the rate for the delay or anything. I will say I had a great experience with hair/makeup and dress but photography was such a horrible experience. We saw sample pictures beforehand and decided to go with Rahel but the pictures we actually got were no where near what we were given. I will preface and say that we were pre-warned that we were double booked that day and were not going to get the main photographer,however, I am not just upset at the quality of photos but just the lack of professionalism that followed. We ended up taking studio photos that day with the main photographer which actually were edited and came out nice, however, the pictures taken at the venue were terrible with the other photographers. Many of the pictures looked like we were inside a club due to horrible flash. Many pictures we were washed out with flash directly in our faces. Not just that but barely none were edited. We just got a photo dump of nearly 7 gbs of just raw pictures. We hired photography to get professional pictures but we just ended up with a photo dump of just raw photos and terrible ones at that. The worst part is I tried emailing the group about my concerns 3 times with NO response and am just amazed at their unprofessionalism with their clients. I guess once they have your money they just have no regard for you. If at least there was some dialogue about the situation I don't think I would have been as upset but the fact that before the wedding they were very responsive to the silence that followed afterwards is just what is very upsetting.

My daughter called Susan and after several reassuring texts, made an appointment to come into The Wedding Dresser. From the get-go Susan understood what was wrong & how to fix it. Her team went to work. The dress was how it should have been - masterful work, a talented team, and able to pull it all off in record time!

I asked to stop the alterations because I could not afford to move forward. Susan said no problem and that the hem was done. When I picked up my dress, the hem was not finished, only the inner layers of the dress had been hemmed and they'd been hemmed WRONG! They were ascending rather than descending. This incorrect hem cost me $750 (1/2 of the total which is very high pricing!) but because I did not have an itemized receipt (though I asked for one) that price shocked me. The top layer was the shortest and they got longer from there so they were ascending rather than descending which is not how I brought the dress in or how wedding dresses are supposed to be hemmed. I called Susan, assuming it had to be a mistake, but she refused to fix her mistake. I found a seamstress to complete all alterations for 1/8 of the price. Susan had google remove my review threatening to sue me for defamation and extortion but I don't want her money, nor did I ever threaten her or lie. I just don't want others to have the experience I had. Google is biased and sides with business often. Customer service is all I ever asked for and wanted, a simple apology, any kind of offer to adjust the incorrect hem would have been more than enough.
