What a great nails place! I discovered it by mistake and I am so happy I did. I first went there with my friend's daughters and I didn't do anything myself, yet I was treated like one of the customers. The place is super clean and feels very safe. They offer complimentary cocktails which is awesome! The manicure I got there lasted a week!!! And it was a classic manicure. I've never have a regular manicure lasting more than a day or two. Absolutely beautiful salon, super nice people, and they did a wonderful job with my pedicure and sns nails! They held up very well and there weren't any cracks. This is my 2nd visit to Chic nails. I got a pedi both times. My pedi lasted a month!!! The paraffin treatment is a must. I love the bright clean atmosphere. Friendly technicians. And they do a wonderful job. read more

My first few experiences was awesome! The customer service and cleanliness was geat! Now I have noticed a change in the customer service with some of the customers, especially Chris. White women are treated a little better than the black women. White women are greeted upon entrance and departure as well as the a few extra treatment is performed. This definitely need to be corrected. So far Anna and few others are good. read more

I am 1/4 for good experience at this business. I continued to give them a chance, but have been extremely disappointed more recently. I understand Covid is creating issues, but the place is understaffed and it creates a horrible experience even with tons of customer patience. If you have a ton of time to waste on your hands, don't mind your technician leaving you multiple throughout your service to go work on another customer (and not wash their hands between working on someone's feet and your hands), and are fine getting a sub-par service by the gal working the front desk, this is the place for you. Once I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and the front desk associate was assigned to give my pedicure because the place was completely overbooked. Bless her heart, she tried, but she had no clue what she was doing and had to ask someone about every step of the way. Most recently, I simply wanted to get the dip polish removed from my nails. I informed them that I could not wait and if they could not take me at the moment that was fine and I'd go somewhere else. They assured me that they could accommodate the service right then, yet I sat around and waited a lengthy amount of time. Once a technician finally made their way over to me, they then abruptly got up multiple times during my service to work on another customer's feet nearby. It's a bummer this has gone downhill and majority of my experiences have been negative. I continue to try and support a business that has clearly been affected by Covid, but I'm losing my patience and would not recommend to a friend. read more

Gave it a 4 because the atmosphere and salon are absolutely beautiful. This was my second time visiting the shop and it wasn't as good as the first time. I opted for a full set and a marble design that I found on pintrest. The nails its self aren't bad but I would had rather tell me no they couldn't do it than to try and attempt. They were on the pricey side but I figured it was for a custom design. Will be going back to have the nails removed and will stick to my manicure instead. read more

I used to go to Wynn Nail Bar, but I found Chic Nails after a year in the area, and I found it to be a much more relaxing atmosphere. The best nail salon in Cary hands down! Chris and Anna offer amazing customer service. I always feel incredibly comfortable and enjoy the services that they provide. The drinks are amazing and I always leave loving my nails! I am sorry to say that my recent experience at Chic Nails was a humiliating one! After making reservations for my girlfriend and I to enjoy a day at the spa, I am sorry to say that I was denied service. I am a big guy, who had difficulty accessing the pedicure chair without one side being lifted to accommodate my size. When the nail technician was asked by both my girlfriend and I to simply lift one side, we were told that there was a "new rule." They would no longer lift the sides of pedicure seats for oversized customers, who may require special accommodations. So, be forewarned those of you who may be plus-sized or even if you are a big guy, this nail salon is not for us. In other words, if you cannot fit the seat, you will not receive service here. read more

I always do SNS and rhey make sure to thoroughly pay attention to all details and provide the best service. I've brought multiple friends here and they've all always been treated well and appreciate the work done by whoever! This use to be my go to nail salon, I have spent so much money here! every time I came I spent at least $100 or close to it. I was coming about every 2-3 weeks for my nails and a pedicure. I would also bring my mom to get a pedicure and we alway got the luxury pedicure which is over & 50 or so.. This review is about my experience today, which is so sad that I had this experience today and have to write this review... I came in because I got my nails done in dip powder last week Monday, and yesterday I noticed a black stain on multiple nails, ( my dip powder was yellow so it was a light color) I came back today and came early and showed them the issue, they said it was color transfer, and apparently it came from my dress I wore yesterday which was black. They had an attitude as soon as I walked in the door and did not say Hi or anything. So when Anna the nail technician I alway use came out she walked over did not greet me and looked at my nail, I told her what happened and she said she will be with me, and walked off. Then her sister came and started fixing my nails. The other owner Chris her husband came by visibly upset that I came in to get my nails fixed and he looked at my nails. I told him what happened and he didn't say much and walked away but seemed upset!!. Anna then came back and said it will be $20 as her sisiter was already working only nails. If you wanted to charge me which is fine you should have said that from the start, BEFORE you started working on my nails!!!! Money is not an issue, but I did ask why it would cost $20 since I just got my nails done and she gave me a sign to look at their policy ( mind you I have been coming here since they opened last year and have been a very loyal customer, and spent lots of money and always tip well!!!) Also they have fixed my nails before on numerous occasions if it breaks and have-not charged me even when I insisted on paying!!! They would always say no, no charge. We don't charge you for that, but I guess today was a different story! Then Anna comes back to me and says "that she does not feel comfortable doing my nail anymore", and that its no charge but to " NOT COME BACK" WOW, this is how you treat a loyal customer??? better yet any customer, So horrible!!!!! you should never tell a customer that! Then ANNA and CHRIS the owners proceed to state that " I am too PICKY and are saying this in front of other customers, basically yelling at me! So rude and disrespectful!. THIS IS NOT HOW TO TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER OR ANY CUSTOMER!!They use to seem nice when I first started going there when they first opened and they were not getting any business, but now that they are getting business they feel they can show their true colors and be RUDE and MEAN to loyal paying customers! I DON'T NEED TO SPEND MY MONEY WHERE ITS NOT WANTED, SO I WILL SURELY GO ELSE WHERE, THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY NAIL PLACE AROUD!! Watch out, they are only nice when things go smoothly, and you don't break or mess up a nail they will treat you like crap and act like you are a problem! They are feet passive aggressive and They will talk to you harshly and embarrass you in front of other customers. Also, they will talk about you to other customers! Such bad business practices! I thought they were nice at first but then I started to see through the niceness, and realized it was all fake!! My husband I own several businesses and will never treat our customers this way!!!
