However, a couple short blocks up the way towards St. Mary's Catherdral, you'll find said blacksmith's shop, and sequestered within, the entrance to Touch of Bavaria. This shop is *THE* premier location to buy high quality Bavarian clothing in the PNW. Everything seems to be hand-stitched or imported from quality European vendors, and made of authentic materials. Lots of leather, lace, suspenders and stockings here! No Spirit Halloween knockoffs to be found anywhere. That being said, be prepared to pay higher yet appropriate, reasonable prices for quality and authenticity. No amount of convincing will ever get *me* into any lederhosen, but my wife goes gaga for a pretty dirndl, so Touch of Bavaria is always a must-stop in Mount Angel.
