So I politely emailed asking for a receipt, and the response was immediately and unnecessarily aggressive, that it was my fault I didn't set the right filter on my spam folder. Then they literally called me up to yell at me, and accused me of being rude. After I hung up, they emailed me again to criticize me. This is a man I have never spoken to before, who had absolutely no reason to be upset with me. I have rarely dealt with anyone this aggressive in my life. After doing research I narrowed it down to 3 companies who were all within $10-$20 price of each other and the other two had about 4X the reviews mostly positive but EJ took the time out to answer a lot of my questions in detail and put me at ease with my concerns where the other guys gave me one word answers and made it seem like they were out just to make a quick buck. EJ was very easy to communicate with and gave me some pointers about the city. I hired EJ to pick me up at the airport with a meet and greet and then also pick me up at my hotel to take me back to O'Hare. He even texted me the morning of my departure to ask me if I wanted to be picked up a little bit earlier then what we discussed when booking due to traffic being a little heavier than normal.
