Minuses: Mall food I looked over the menu board, and went for a Windy City Burger. I watched as the chef cooked up the two pieces of beef, then put on the cheese. I ordered it with everything. You aren't getting an undercooked burger here - it's thin and cooked through. Their special sauce worked well with the toppings, and apart from being a little sloppy, definitely hit the spot I was trying to fill. I added in a bottle of IBC Root Beer (since none of the Pepsi products appealed to me) to round it off. The food was A-Okay. Was in town for an event decided to shop and stopped at Chicago Burger at Fashion Center Rosemont, the cashier didn't pay attention and didn't complete my order. So I reorder the hotdog and used my card and it went thru, she wasn't paying attention and swiped it again and it was declined and told Me my card had declined. I paid for the hotdog with a card and my credit card company notified me the card was declined because of multiple swipes. I contacted the company and they were rude and cursed at me and hung the phone up.
