And I am so ecstatic that I did. I made the appointment and within a few days he contacted me to let me know he was on his way. He came in during this crazy pandemic and was very careful with mask and social distancing, for this i am very appreciative as I have an elderly mom at home. He came and dismantled the clock precisely and with great care. And it only took 45 minutes and worth every penny! He even told me the history of this particular clock and I am glad he is so knowledgeable in regards to clocks. He let me know he's been doing this for over 20 years and that says a lot. I can appreciate workmanship and precision. This is definitely a lost craft and I am going to keep his business card as i am convinced I will be purchasing another clock in the near future. The gentleman franchisee, or manager (I'm not sure which) was a nice guy, but he looked at each watch and declared that it would cost around $40 each for the replacement. These watches are roughly $100 new, so the calculus failed. I looked up the operation on YouTube, found some appropriate videos, and performed the task myself. $3.99 for each battery, and roughly 10 minutes of my time per watch. The watch Stop probably could have done it in 3 minutes-nice profit margin. They're good as new. When in doubt, look it up on YouTube!

The delivery team was great "both times" All items delivered in factory boxes, if you notice a portion of the box damaged, they had no issues unboxing for all to inspect. Be prepared to wait a little bit when you place your order. Worked well for us because we were in remodeling mode.
