Brad, the store manager, made us feel welcomed the first moment we walked in! He really took the time to walk us through different options and did not pressure us like many other jewelry stores did. Also selling the scrap metal offset the cost somewhat, so if you have anything you're not wearing, why not get a few bucks out of it? Overall, very pleased with the service and quality. Turnover time was about a week on mine; mom is also still waiting for them to source a stone to fit a setting where she lost the original one (which could take time, of course).
