She was happy to answer my questions and accommodating when making my sandwich. I opted for the italian sub but didn't want something very bread heavy so got the rye bread instead. While the rye bread was tasty, it was just Orowheat, which was disappointing to see all the breads were just sandwich bread you'd get in the store rather than home made or made by someone local. The sandwich itself had cheddar, provolone, bologna, salami, and capitola ham - all of which was very fresh. However, the amount of meat/cheese felt a bit minimal, especially when looking back at previous photos. For the very reasonable price though, l understand why maybe they cut down the amount of meat/cheese vs raise prices. Maybe add an option for double meat/cheese for an extra fee? It comes traditionally with mayo, mustard, italian dressing, lettuce, tomato, onion, peppercini but I just got lettuce, mayo, and italian dressing. Avocado was an optional add on for a reasonable $1 but because I had avocado at home I just added it at home. The sandwich itself was very tasty and enjoyable - I wish though instead of mayo and italian dressing they had used olive oil, vinegar, and oregano, which is more traditional and healthier. They also had potato salad and macaroni salad for only $2 - I got half and half and while they were both fine, nothing necessarily stood out about them. This wouldn't necessarily be my first stop if I am feeling very hungry, given that the sandwich felt pretty small (although I imagine on the sub roll it wouldve been a lot more filling).
