We usually go to Bedford for NY pizza & this one is closer. Saw the raving reviews on local foodie group, so we went & got the large supreme, $24.99. It was good, but not the best NY pizza. The crust was a bit thinner than what we expected, & there was hardly any sauce, so it wasn't as flavorful as we expected. If you like your pizza with minimal sauce, you'd like it. The price was on pricey side, $24.99 for one large supreme. The dining room is small & very simple but functional. The staff were nice & extra packages of Parmesan & pepper didn't cost extra like those big chained pizza places. Will try other menu items next time. read more

So a large pizza is $12.99, that makes $10 in toppings then tax. For what he charges this pizza should be covered!! We try to support local businesses but for subpar pizza this is outrageous!! First off I think the way this place is currently set up is more of a order To-Go place. They advertise as a NY Pizza place which it is not, no pizza by the slice you have to buy a medium or large pizza. I bought the 8 slice medium pizza which was pretty good. Very limited on drink and no Cups or Ice available, cans of soda and bottled water available. They have NO restrooms for Eat in patrons they say you can go across parking lot to Dickie's BBQ and use theirs (do they know that?). Is that even legal not having a restroom or place for people to wash their hands?? Who knew there was top shelf authentic NY Pizza right here in little K-Town? Found this place when looking for something new and am now a repeat customer. What makes NY Pizza is the dough; just the right thickness, texture of a little chewy under the toppings with just the right about of crisp on the edges. Valentinos does this perfectly. White with sausage and mushrooms along with the meat lover are our go to orders. While the pizza is very good, you really need to try the garlic knots, these are a bit different and delicious. Not the usual butter and maybe some dipping sauce, these are topped with marinara along with the garlic and cheese and loaded with flavor. I could almost make a meal of the knots alone. The marinara makes this dish and I'm looking forward to trying it on a pasta selection next time. Small restaurant, best for takeout. If you want NYC real deal pizza and Italian dishes, this is the place. Turns out the owner worked at the Valentino's in Queens. That's the reason it tastes like you left Texas for a minute and found yourself in Little Italy, or at least Queens. read more

Still great pizza... but, didn't know where to reach out because the website is hard to find. We ordered a large cheese pizza extra cheese with half pepperoni and half pineapple. Both of those cost $3 each whether it's on the whole pizza or half. Then when we pay a delivery fee, tip and support local fee. So the original chesse pizza is $11.99 then we add extra cheese, pepperoni and pineapple to only half the pizza and now because of everything else added that $11.99 pizza turns into $32.00?! Mind blown.. I am all about supporting local business which is why I order from them only to have an additional $4.95 delivery fee, tip and $1.49 support local fee added... If I am only adding pepperoni and pineapple to half why am I being charged the full amount... I'm certainly not getting a full pizza worth of pepperoni or pineapple on that half on my pizza. I refuse to give a poor rating because the food is good but $32 for a fairly basic pizza is a crazy. We won't be ordering from them again, sadly... From one restaurant owner to another.. take a look at your costs and try not to pass that on to the consumer. You should give them an option to not support local fee that is just added to help improve technology. $3 for half pizza options is a bit much. This was our first time here and I can say it was great. The crust was just crisp enough to hold its shape when you fold it and still give you that crisp bite without breaking in to. The sauce was excellent. It would make a great dip for the pizza. We had a pepperoni pizza with just half of the pizza having pepperoni on it. It came out into 4 perfect slices of cheese and 4 perfect slices of pepperoni pizza. This small attention to detail makes a difference. Most places would just cut the pizza however. The pepperoni added a nice flavor, not just an ingredient. It added to the pizza itself. My daughter said this was a pizza she would want to have again. My granddaughters agreed. It was really good. The service was excellent and it was done very quick. This was like a pizza you would take the time to make at home. All of the ingredients seemed fresh and homemade. Not out of a box.
