It was time for my monthly manicure and I wanted to go somewhere local in my area. I'm happy to give a small business my business, but I was tired of driving around looking for one that was good. So I started looking around in my own area for a salon that had good ratings and was super close. Low and behold, I finally found one. It's not within a 10 minute walk from my house but on a nice warm day, I could take the walk to them - I've driven further! LOL! What a great experience! From making my appointment with Vanessa online, to getting there and being greeted with the warmth that you want from a salon. The ladies were attentive and very meticulous with their work. I love that! They are bilingual, which is huge plus since I had taken my mother with me and though she speaks English, she felt very comfortable speaking to them in Spanish The salon is exceptionally clean and during these crazy times of COVID, they are cleaning everything between customers. Very very happy with my first pedicure out of quarantine. They didn't even judge how bad my nails looked! Will definitely be back.

This place has potential but there's too many areas that need improvement. First off, I have serious concerns with this place's hygiene. They don't use liners in the pedicure chair bowls and use some off-label spray bottle to clean it after use. They reuse tools too and use hand soap to clean tools between clients. Then when washing hands before polish, they use the same brushes to clean your nails as they used to clean tools. That's gross. My pedicure was extremely sloppy, nails are uneven, and the nail tech cut me. To help the cut, she just put some drops on it and kept working. Didn't clean it or stop to make sure I was ok. Nothing. Very disappointing experience overall. Don't recommend. read more

I came here to use a Groupon for a no chip manicure for a cruise. First time ever. The owner was the one who ended up doing my nails. She was super nice, very professional and you could tell she cares about the outcome and making sure I liked them. She took her time, asked if I wanted more coats to get a deeper shade (I selected a lighter neon color which needed several coats). I got my nails done at the beginning of December and they seriously have not chipped over 4 weeks later! So well done! (Why are they still painted after all this time? ..too lazy to remove. Only open for a month or so, I can't imagine it won't be tremendously successful. Horrible customer service!!! I brought a Groupon and was excited on the deal I got especially since they had mostly positive reviews. I called to make an appointment for my mom and me the day before and everything seemed to go well but when we arrived she did not have either of our appointments. That wasn't the worst of it. My mom and I felt like she did not want to make an effort or the time to try and reschedule. We felt unvalued as potential customers. They may give a good pedi/mani but their handling of the situation and customer service was just horrible and mean!!! After visiting numerous nail salons, this is the one I have committed to for the past couple years for both hair and nails. The staff is super friendly, sweet and social. The salon is super cute and intimate. Yesenia and Vanessa make each experience fun and personable as well as do a wonderful, meticulous with my nails. A regular pedicure is something you would have to pay extra for anywhere else such as receiving two different massages, one with a scrub and the other lotion. Dora has done magic with my hair after failed attempts with my prior stylist.
