This is hands down the worst manicure I have ever had (I am 46 and have had a lot). The manicurist clearly did not know how to do a French manicure but she did it instead. Just awful. The white line was way to think, it looks clumsy: the opposite of refined. And then she pooled the base coat so much that it created gloppy pools. What was so supposed to do? Complain in front of her manager. I didn't want to get her in trouble. But honestly, this manicure is so bad I literally have to go get them done all over again. I have been coming to this nail salon for years, but now that it is under new management, my experience today was extremely disappointing. I came in because I was unhappy with the quality of my manicure and wanted to speak with the manager. One of the employees provided me with the manager's phone so I could explain my concerns. The manager and I were calmly discussing the situation, and she asked me to send her a video of my nails so she could review the quality of the work. While I was still on the phone with the manager, another coworker approached me -- a really tall African American woman -- and tried to take pictures of me and my nails without my consent. She accused me of planning to go outside and damage my nails just to claim there was something wrong with the service. I was shocked and uncomfortable. I told her I was speaking with her supervisor and asked her to please step back. Instead of allowing me to continue resolving the issue with management, the situation escalated. She told me that if I was looking for a free service, she would call the police. I told her to go ahead and call them. After that, she told me she was going to call ICE on me and said, "that's what you need." She also threatened to beat me. Because I felt threatened and unsafe, I started recording the interaction to protect myself and document what was happening. In the video, she continues being aggressive and makes false accusations that I called her a racial slur, which is not true. She also made personal insults toward me that were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. What was most disappointing was that none of the other employees stepped in to de-escalate the situation or make me feel safe. Eventually, one employee gave me the manager's card so I could continue my conversation with management after it had been interrupted. A disagreement about a manicure should never turn into threats, intimidation, or comments about someone's immigration status. I was simply trying to communicate a concern about a service I paid for and resolve it with the manager. After this experience, I will no longer be returning. I hope the new management takes this situation seriously and addresses how customers are treated. read more

I usually like going during the week after work late afternoon on Wednesdays, since they are closed Mondays. Employees are nice they do a decent job on the no chip manicures and pedicures I deff will be going back to this place! (Cash tip only)!! Pedicure was ok, but they never cover the full nail with polish. Like I have 2 mm around the whole nail that doesn't have polish. From a distance it looks fine but close up it's a hot mess. I took my niece to get her nails repaired from a lousy nail job from another salon. We were very skeptical about going to a salon that we knew nothing about, but reading the reviews before trying gave us some peace of mind. A male nail tech who was very friendly and accommodating took care of us for our full set service. He worked fast but kept his technique precise. I liked how he asked if they were looking okay in mid-process. It made me feel he cared about my thoughts and would like feedback on his work for any possible adjustments. He managed to finish both my niece's and my nails in under 30minutes. It was phenomenal to witness how professional and excellent quality it turned under that time frame! For painting our desired color process, we were transferred to an available manicurist who was lovely and wonderful to talk to. They were all so welcoming and friendly! We felt comfortable and well accommodated here. We are coming back without a doubt! I set this review at four stars because although it was a great experience, the organization of their salon is slightly bothersome. This was the worst nail experience of my life. They shaved off my nail while taking off the gel to the point it hurt to the touch. My nails have been breaking chipping ever since he did my nails. ​Went in for the first time to Paris Nails on Friday and I am so glad that I did! I've been going to another place in the neighborhood and had not been happy for a while. Enter Paris Nails Salon! The space​ was very bright and clean. Plenty of parking out front- but even if you can't find parking, its a neighborhood​ spot and​​ walking to it would be nice. The space​ is open and has a lot of chairs, ​so I am assuming​, if they have it fully staffed, you won't be waiting too long. They have a couple of hundred colors available and nicely organized by color and brand. The prices are comparable to other salons. What I loved most was ​how fast, yet thorough, my technician​ was (Thanks, Chloe!). The mani did not take short or too long. Chloe was fast and accurate and gave me the best manicure I've had in a while. She even fixed a nail that was broken (3 days later it hasn't snagged). First time with them. Not going to lie will be back on and off for a couple reasons, they don't have chromes, or matching colors for no-chip mani/reg pedi. When I went there I was able to tip with my credit card I have since been back a second time and they only do cash tips which is a hassle. On a better note they are very close to my house so come winter I'll probably come here. They sanitize very well and use new kits every time. The massage chairs are awesome. And the environment is so colorful and relaxing here that I actually dozed off during my pedicure, I've been tense at other nail salons which says a lot about the atmosphere. The no chip mani isn't really no chip and started coming off 5 days after. Worst attitudes of the Nail Tech with scheduling and bad nail jobs. Definitely not worth it to visit again. Went here for a couple's mani pedi & it was fine, not the best, not the worst. Decided to go back & nothing positive to say. Pedi- I asked the technician no to cut the side of my nails down because I get ingrown nails, she said ok then did, I even pointed to the sides of my toe nails. I figured I'd chalk it up to a language barrier. Moved to the table where Iwas sat at a dirty work station. The towel had little nail bits and on the table giant pieces of nail- see photo. She flipped the towel and pieces went flying and she put a paper towel over it. Shame on me- I should have left then but I needed my nails done for an event. To top it off she proceeded to cough the entire time without covering her mouth & only occasionally turning her head- at the nail table it was extra gross bc now we were face to face. Tips of my nails are not rounded, it's hard to tell from the pics but they ate jagged. What you can see is the top coat does not cover the nail, the polish was not cleaned off my cuticles & my cuticles look ruff. Theres a sizable gap between the cuticles and the polish which is pretty jagged. Odd time to be cutting corners when a new nail place just opened up down the street. I ask for a take off but my fingers were picked and poked to the point of bruising.I explained to the lady she was hurting me but she said she wasn't. When she was done she said it was 10$ I gave her my credit card and explained to her to take 12$ even though it was a poor job and the acrylic is still on my nails she spoke in her language to her friends whom were also messing up their customer nails.They all started laughing and I just watched them all with disgust and thought about one thing.Be kind to people because you never know what they are going through.I do not recommend this company and I will be tagging all of my co-workers to this post because if your goal for a business is to change your language and talk about people you are really not winning.I wish them blessings but not business so they can't hurt someone else. read more

So disappointed! I'm a new mom and had the luxury of a couple hours to myself and decided to get a mani/pedi. I asked my tech for extra massage and to really dig in because I just had a baby any everything hurts. She barely touched me! I asked twice for more pressure and nothing changed. I had also requested a dip mani when I came in but wasn't told until after my pedi that my tech could only do gel and I'd have to wait another 30min if I wanted dip. Fine. I asked for the same color and got something pretty different, but I couldn't tell until the last coat (I wanted white with a hint of pink and got Barbie pink). Let me start by saying I was really excited for this place to open since it is so close to me. The lady doing my nails acted like she had no idea what she was doing, she didn't file 2 of my nails at all and when I told her she forgot 2 of them she had no clue what I was talking about. I asked for square she did round nails. Things were not going well so I said I was going to leave during the filing process, another woman (possibly owner or manager) came over and said the woman would fix them, I sat back down gave her another chance and she continued to do an awful job, the nails weren't filed evenly at all. She was not understanding that I wanted her to fix some of the nails. I left after this without having her finish my nails. I will not be back. There are way too many other great nail salons around that although this one is closest I would rather walk further for a better experience. In addition, there was only 1 other woman at the s salon and she seemed to be having issues too and the man doing her nails was blaming it on the polish (I believe it was on her skin and he missed parts of her jails) and was being very rude from what I could hear. This place is beyond terrible. My technician clipped half my toenail off and when I flinched, she responded "you said you wanted short". Then, she sloppily painted my nails unevenly to which I had to ask for the polish to be taken off and left the salon with unpainted toe nails. The leg massage lasts UNDER one minute. Lastly, they charge men, (which consists of nail clipping, foot scrub, and one minute massage) $27. I could not be more disappointed a nail salon runs like this. Had high hopes for this salon but alas for a second time I am disappointed. Called to make an appt for a pedicure and arrived on time but had to wait an additional 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then my manicurist came over, sat me down next to a dirty chair that had obviously not been cleaned since the previous client left (made me worry that my chair had not been sanitized properly either). Then before running the water she made a personal call and checked her Venmo balance. The pedicure part was painful and though I told her to take it easy she ignored me. I should have just left but I'm a mom and I work so this small amount of personal pampering time is once in a blue moon. I just kept hoping it would get better... While I was drying the other manicurist decided to grab her lunch and sit 2 seats sown from me eating (of course without a mask)... and she didn't clean her hands before going on to help the next person. all of this to say, please just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are easily 5 salons within walking distance of this one so feel feee to check those out. I doubt the service would be worse but it could most definitely be better!! read more

So, if this review was based only on the mani/pedi I got, it would be 5 stars. The girl who did my nails was excellent and my nails are perfect. BUT. The atmosphere is terrible. I went on a Saturday afternoon, and they had college football on every TV at deafening volume. I don't go for a manicure to listen to screaming sports announcers, I go for a little self-care and relaxation time. The man who was working there was clearly more interested in watching college football than anything else going on in the salon. I would go back, because the actual manicure and pedicure were very good, and the pricing is reasonable, but if there is football on I will be walking right out. (Also, PLEASE start allowing credit card tips. It drives me crazy when places only take cash tips.) read more

This nail salon does a great job giving you want you want! I had a few nails chip or break and they fixed them up quickly, free of charge because they really value your business. I have been getting no-chip manicures here for months and they do a great job at a reasonable price :) The manicurist is definitely hit or miss, but if you have the chance go to Chloe - shes the best. TERRIBLE WORK AND SE 1st time: jimmy did a dip and he even realized it was not good work ( I didn't complain but knew I wouldn't go back) until he seemed apologetic and told me he would give me 20% off next appointment 2nd time: I told the American technician (daughter of one of the lead techs) about my poor experience and what jimmy said, she reassured me that she does a good job. She did a lumpy job but worst of all SHE DIDNT EVEN CLEAN UP MY CUTICLES. I was so disappointed. I didn't even get the 20% off either 3rd visit: walked in and was told right away "no more appointments today, I'm only 1 person and no room" I realized on a busy Thursday evening they only had ONE nail tech. I decided not to go again. 4th visit: I decided to give one more try because they are so close to home. Walked in and another girl walked in AFTER me, we were not welcomed, they were yelling at each other and the lead nail tech came up to us asking harshly, "appointment!?l" we both said no, but they still sat us for pedicures, they continued to argue and another nail tech even told them to calm down. Then 2 girls with appointments walk in after, they argue again, then tell me (not the girl that came after me also w/o appt) that I would need to wait until after they saw the girls with appointments. I understand keeping your appointments but you should have told me before I was soaking my feet and ALSO should have made the OTHER girl leave, not me, maybe it's because I'm brown and all the other clients were white? IDK why I was singled out, LASTLY when I told them I would just go, they said "ok we will get you a towel" POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! No apology! No offer for next visit!" Not good. Every time. I've been in a handful of times usually when its just more convenient because it's just down the street. Well, this time proved again to be terrible so never going back. I always get a dip manicure, and usually a pedicure. The pedicure was fine but without fail my dip was not. Issues: - Missed spots and uneven coating (she actually missed parts of my nail, covered parts of my finger -not nail and managed to file away a section...) - thicker and unnatural looking - overall shape not what I wanted and uneven - Cut my skin with the nail file (this has happened a time before as well) The method in which the dip is done is also different from anywhere else, they coat each nail of one hand before dipping - instead of coat then dip to each nail one at a time. My nails are always so thick and unnatural looking too. I just don't think they know how to do a good job, for the price that dip is, and I know how well it can be done from other salons, I always walk out super disappointed and mad at myself for coming back in. read more
