Once they found her, she called me to tell me I should never insinuate that she was stealing my money. I told her the money was supposed to be wired first thing the next day (I had an afternoon close and B&W doesn't wire money in the afternoon) and that is wasn't. She never reached out to my attorney or my B&W realtor to say she couldn't locate the wire instructions and needed them again. She couldn't even bother to provide a tracking number so I could verify that she sent the money. I would stay away and go anywhere but here!

I even submitted a ticket for a broken mailbox and they came out and were VERY polite while showing me that I had the key upside down, lol. Omar, specifically, is really an MVP. It's also amazing to have radiators that are quiet - a few were noisy when I moved in, and they fixed each one same or next day. Wow. I love my place and I'm really happy with them! I also attempted to contact Landstar Realty Group directly for assistance but did not receive a response. As a customer, I expected someone from the company to step in and help resolve an issue that had been ongoing for days. The lack of communication, repeated broken promises, and failure to provide documents I had already paid for caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time.
