The food was excellent. I had the fried chicken my wife had the chicken tenders. We both had tater tots. Everything was hot and fresh. The chicken was tender and juicy. The tater tots were crispy outside and soft inside. My wife got the gravy with tenders and really enjoyed it. I had the barbecue sauce and the smoky sauce. Both were delicious. During my visit in Fairbanks, I was in the mood for fried chicken. On a Saturday afternoon, I went here for lunch with my parents, my sister, and her husband. In the restaurant, there was one kiosk to place an order but we decided to order our food with the cashier who was a friendly woman. My mom, sister, and I decided to share the Family Meal 8 Pcs chicken with 2 side & 1 large drink. For spice level, we opted for the classic and we got mashed potatoes and fries for our sides. We also tried their Chick Chick Magic Dip which reminded me of smoked honey barbecue and I highly recommend this sauce! Their ranch was good as well. On the other hand, my dad and brother-in-law ordered the Sandwich Combo which comes with the choice of fries or tater tots. My dad enjoyed his tater tots but wished some pieces were more crispy. He loved the crispiness of his chicken sandwich though. While waiting for our order, we were called to pick up our drinks from the counter. Then, our buzzer rang and a robot delivered food to our table which I found fascinating. After getting our food, we had to press a button on the screen which signals to the robot that the customer confirmed their order and that it should return to the kitchen. Afterwards, I opened the box of chicken, there was a thigh, wings, and drumsticks. I tried the chicken drumstick and the skin was very crispy and the meat was juicy. While the chicken was flavorful on its own, the sauce was a great addition. The fries were soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. The mashed potatoes were creamy and the gravy was savory. As I ate my meal, there was pop music playing in the background that gave an energetic vibe to the place. I also think this spot is perfect for groups because it was spacious and there were many tables that can seat 4 to 6 people. After finishing my meal, I used one of the single-stall gender neutral restroom which was very clean. What I appreciate about this place is that they have bone-in chicken and boneless chicken on their menu because there are other places that only specialize in just chicken sandwiches and tenders.
