shrimp pineapple fried rice and chicken pad thai YUM!!

hands down BEST Thai food! High quality, wholesome service, and absolutely yummy!! My fiancé and I are huge Thai food connoisseur and we're absolutely satisfied with what we got! Super affordable too!

    chicken, broccoli, carrots, and noodles

I avoided going to this place for years because I'm a giant wimp when it comes to spice. That being said I made a huge mistake. I wish I had gone a long long time ago. I'm a huge crab Rangoon fan and this place has a literal crab Rangoon BURRITO!? Like what!! Omg so good. Also their thai fried rice is spectacular. 10/10. No longer in Alaska and I crave this on the regular lol

This establishment has scored very high as far as service goes. I ordered pad Thai and fried spring rolls. Would highly recommend.

Great service great speed great food would highly recommend! My first time visiting this establishment and it definitely will not be my last!

Such a neat little food cart right off the highway. Very friendly service; and for only 2 people working- very fast. Got back to my hotel and O-M-G, my chicken yakisoba is absolutely delicious. I haven't had good Thai food like this since I left Portland, OR. Great Job Spicy Thai! A1. Definitely recommend if your going through Fairbanks.

the menu! it got cut off coz i took it form the car lol will update when i go back

i always pass this place on my way home and i decided to give it a try today and it did not disappoint! i ordered chicken tom kha (my favorite) and beef fried rice. everything was so good! you drive up and you order what you want and they bring your food out to you. the people were so nice and the lady kinda knew i was iffy about how spicy i want my food so she made everything mild and gave me pepper flakes to put on my food. will def be coming back!

The staff in the restaurant were nice and we were able to get seated right away during dinner hours. The decor inside was very simple and casual. We ended up ordering chicken satay and egg rolls as appetizers, which both were decent. For entrees, we ordered pineapple fried rice (which you have to ask them to add pineapple to the fried rice item on the menu), beef massaman curry, tom kha gai soup (one with coconut milk), and drunken noodles with chicken. All the entrees were also pretty decent and flavorful, although I did find most of them to be on the saltier side. The meat in the massaman curry did also taste super soft but almost in a canned meat kind of way. We were also served water but everyone in our group felt like the water tasted weird, almost like there was some kind of cleaning supply or chlorine type after taste. We saw that they put lemons but there were no lemon taste in the water. We were all concerned by the taste and ended up not drinking any of the water (despite the food being salty and we really needed some). Overall, not a bad spot outside of the water situation, but not a spot I'd necessarily recommend given the price of dishes and value.

Ordered the Halibut Egg Rolls, Panang Curry with Halibut (which is not a normal menu item), Chu Chee Pla with Salmon, and Pad See Ew with Beef (which I have to order at every Thai restaurant I go to). I must say, this was up there with some of the best Thai food I've ever had. Not everything you see halibut in egg rolls, but I had to get it. the panang curry was up there with some of the best panang curry I've ever had, and it came with a fairly hefty portion of halibut. Chu chee pla was good, although it tasted a bit similar to the panang curry. Pad see ew was very good, and it was quite a huge portion as well. Staff here were very friendly despite being extremely slammed. There were only two people taking care of the entire restaurant and one cook in the back. Despite all that, the food came out at a fairly reasonable pace. Much kudos to them for working so hard. Really enjoyed my trip to Bahn Thai. I guess there really is elite Thai food up in Fairbanks!

We got the halibut egg rolls, which was freshly fried and a bit more refreshing than a regular one because of the halibut. The ginger fish dish comes with either halibut or salmon. We opted for salmon and it was overcooked but the ginger sauce was very good. Once we broke down the salmon to soak up the sauce, it was tastier to eat. There were 4 small pieces. We also appreciated the loads of vegetables that come with this dish - strange how much we appreciate veggies in AK. We wonder if the traditional Thai dishes are the way to go here, but our meal was still good.

Because we were the first few in the door, our entrees arrived sooner than others who came after. I was disappointed with the Thai iced tea, it lacked tea flavor and was more of condensed, excessively sweetened milk drink. I could only finish 1/2 and poured out the rest . We ordered 3 dishes and the portions were generous such that we had leftovers the next day. 1. Veggie Tom Yum Soup - was OK but I've had others with better flavor and wouldn't order this again. 2. Chicken pad Thai was the best dish of the bunch but it was very skinny rice noodles. It tasted better as next day leftovers after the flavors marinated overnight. 3. Pork green curry was watery and not green but looked more yellow. We had yellow curry at a Thai restaurant days earlier and thought that curry tasted more authentic and wasn't watery. Overall nice staff with average food.
