I went on January 21st to get my son and myself a couple meals. I didn't mind the wait even though it was 45 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. I live 20 minutes away from the store. So I finally paid 43$ and some change then dipped to get back home, when I finally got home...it was 3 minutes before they close. I opened my bag to hand out the food and lo and behold my order was incorrect. I called 5 separate times in a rush to get ahold of someone before they closed and luckily someone picked up and I explained the situation. They assured me they'll contact an assistant manager and let them know my name for when I come back. I came back 10 days slayer just because I didn't have an opportunity to go during my week. When I pulled to the announcer, I explained and he told me to pull to the window. I got excited but then that changed quickly when the manager then began to tell me how I was wrong and how they don't do stuff like that and no manager had heard anything like that. I tried to show the receipts along with the call log showing my phone call and how we were on the phone for 7 minutes. He said he doesn't care and then proceeded to cuss at me telling me to leave his line. I then cussed back, because I'm not about to get spoken to like that when I was told by their employee that I was good. Management is horrible and I highly recommend getting competent workers that communicate with their weeks to week staff along with speaking to customers with manners and not automatically calling me a liar and then telling me to "Get the fuck out of his line." I would come every Friday almost to order a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles meal with family size fries, sriracha cheese curds. FUCK THIS PLACE AND THE MANAGEMENT. These type of people are why I hate the food here. read more

The service wasn't the best going through the drive-through and they have a really outdated menu in their drive-through as well. They have two different shakes that even while I was at the window people were asking for and the signs are still up, but they don't have them pretty frustrating. The worst KFC ever. Whoever worked on 9/30/2022 at 7:50pm the woman in a red shirt who was stubborn to exhange 2 pieces of fried chicken that had fried plastic in it. She pretended to exchange the chickens and rather have us eat the old one where she took out the fried plastic piece. She also threw a tantrum. Worst costumer service ever!!!! If I could rate this 0 stars I would but that's not an option. Went with my family earlier tonight and my mom literally got harassed and threatened the cops on her because the manager on the shift working at the window thought my mom was taking to long to check that everything was in her bag. Even then we had items missing in our second order and they failed to take the order right even after asking us twice for confirmation, when we got to the present window the lady gave us the first order and then proceeded to gave us the second one which was a meal but they didn't gave my drink so we let her know the lady at the first window was being polite trying to help us get what we're missing when the so called "manager" came to the window and first thing she did was yell at my mom. Due to so disrespectful approach we politely ask for a refund when she then proceeded to slam the window in my moms face, we had to knock on the window where she proceeded to say we needed to go through the drive thru again which we decided to go inside the franchise. Once inside the manager slam the money on the counter and I ask her to apologize to my mom for her really unprofessional and unethical behavior which she refused too and said she was going to call the police again. I've been working on costumer service since I was 16 and never under any circumstances I've been disrespectful towards any costumer regardless the situation. The manager shouldn't have a position of this magnitude if she isn't the right fit or can't handle it, which she clearly can't! I went to KFC Tuesday night around 10:15 p.m. for a 21 piece chicken bucket the chicken was dried out I spent $32 on hockey pucks it was so dry I had to throw it away it was a waste of my money I would not recommend it. I only make $10 an hour to was like working for 3 hours and not getting paid for it that hurts me financially and my kids stomachs with dinner because they couldn't eat. read more
