The interaction feels rushed and impersonal, as if customers are an inconvenience. What makes this especially frustrating is that this location didn't used to be this way. The service was once friendly and welcoming, which is why the recent change is so noticeable. Good food can only go so far when the customer experience leaves you feeling unappreciated. I hope management takes the time to address these issues with the staff. A simple greeting, a smile, and a sincere "thank you" would go a long way toward restoring the positive experience this location once provided.
