Through and through I will ALWAYS favor Chick-fil-A over any other fast food chain. Their customer service comparable to Disney World, the food is always hot, and taste delicious. If I was to nitpick about anything, especially at this location, it is the amount of time you spend waiting. Chick-fil-A is known for being fast. However at this location speed isn't key. Despite using the app for in-store pick up, in light of this location recently doing away with curb side, you are still looking at a longer the typical Chick-fil-A wait. Even longer if you brave the that drive thru line that stretches out into on coming traffic. So if you find yourself debating on whether to hit the roll the dice with the drive thru or running in--I would advise using the app. read more

We come here almost once a week. The service here is unbearably slow. The food is always good. However, I'm not sure if this is at every Chick-fil-A I tend to go to. There's always one nugget out of my grilled nugget meal that is like they just put a ball of rubber in my nuggets. We always order kids meals and trade the toys in for ice cream. Other times we are trying to get refills and getting our ice cream. We always stand by the pick up area where we were told to stand. I would say at least 15 different employees walked right past me, and completely ignored me until I had to talk to someone to see if I can get my ice cream and my refill. however, I appreciate the Chick-fil-A playground not being made into seating. The last time we came here the trash compactors were not working in the normal trash cans were overflowing with garbage. Overall, a good place to eat if you have time on your hands. read more

My first experience was watching a kid opening the door to a senior citizen. Upon entering I got concerned because the place was slammed. It was full, almost to the outside door. The line went by fast. I placed two orders; one to don't-in and another to go. Kimberly took my orders and did a great job. The dine-in order was ready within minutes and delivered to my table. The lady refilling the condiments rack was very helpful and very nice too. While eating, I heard my name, the other order was ready. Kimberly brought the to-go order to my table. Later another lady was walking around asking each table of we needed something. Impressive and very professional service to say the least. I love Chick-fil-A. It is definitely my favorite fast food. However, in North Jersey, there are not many Chick-fil-A's that are not in a mall, so it is hard to get my fixin' every now and then. Luckily for me, there are stand alone Chick-fil-A's by my brother's home in Maryland and this location just opened up and I can literally walk there from his house. I took my nephew's here for our "lunch date." They loved it and so did I. The chicken is amazing here and they have so much to offer as a "healthier" options for fast food places. Nonetheless, this location was extra special because of the cleanliness, OVER THE TOP staff, and kid jungle gym was awesome. I had an amazing time there with my nephews. I really cannot thank or praise the staff enough, I have never dealt with or seen staff at a fast food joint that was like this. read more

Just left this Chik-first-A and was blown away by their fast, friendly service. It is Friday lunch time on Memorial Day weekend - right off the NJ Turnpike - this staff deserves a MEDAL!! Long line when I walked in made me nervous as did the long line on drive-up; but no worries -food arrived fast, fresh and hot and in the background as I ate I could hear the orders being called so quickly it was hard to believe! We always stop at this Chick-Fil-A when we drive to the northeast on I-95. Just past Baltimore, the location is convenient as it is right off the highway, and they have a nice play area inside for the kids. The bathrooms are clean too. Another bonus is that it's usually not as busy as some of the other Chick-Fil-As, and we get our food pretty fast. And, of course, you can't go wrong with the food! read more

This Chick-fil-A is not as great as most. Items are missed in the drive-thru orders. If you are going to ask me how many of each dang sauce I want, give me the sauces....That's probably the biggest theme I see going on at this location - if you actually want sauce, you will have to come inside and get it or remind the drive-thru cashier that you want some. read more

We decided to stop at this Chick-fil-A for a nice lunch. Unfortunately the drive thru took super long. We blamed it on Virginia folks not knowing how to order at chick-fil-a. The staff was Ok but not nearly as friendly as we usually get in Texas. They also messed up our order and gave us a kids sized nuggets instead of the strips we ordered. I was extremely disappointed in this drive through. I pulled up and nobody said anything. I kept talking with nothing. Another person drove up on the other side and got their order taken immediately. Then they came on my side. When i pulled up i asked what happened because the person in front of me pulled up 3 min after me. She said the left side doesn't have a sensor for breakfast. Only the right side is open. If that's the case why does the left side have the breakfast menu visible and no barrier stopping you from going on the left side. I suggest you get a cone to stop the confusion. CFA was packed on a Saturday afternoon as expected. Used the double line drive thru; it moved relatively quickly for the number of cars. Customer service was good, all employees were very polite and pleasant. Only downside was that I asked for ketchup packets and Polynesian sauce... Every worker in there is nice and pleasant even when they have to deal with knuckleheads. The food is great and they have been changing the menu a lot lately so there is a much better variety. Take my word for it. Don't make my mistake by driving in there on Sunday and forgetting what day of the week it is. Then you have to do the drive of shame around the building and leave. I am so disappointed with this Chic-Fila; I ordered a Market Salad and asked for Apple Vinaigrette and received avocado lime ranch which is horrible dressing for a market salad. This is the first drive through that was very slow taking orders and not maintaining the Chic-Fila standard that is offered in other states and cities. I will definitely warn all my family and friends to triple check the receipt and order prior to driving away from the window. My advice to all future customers, check your order prior to leaving the window. read more

Popped in for lunch when staying at a nearby hotel. The service was very fast and extremely friendly. They were very courteous to the customers. Even though it looked like they were slammed with a lunch rush plus a lot of local little league teams in town for games, they still served everyone with a smile and accuracy. Food was excellent too! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was really really good! There aren't many Chick-fil-A's in my area but I would highly recommend if you're looking some fast and well made food.
