The ambiance is typically the same. Very cozy, country vibes. It can get loud. I'd say the average customer is a family with small children or an older couple. I love the shopping part because while you wait for a table, you can see all the holiday decor, clothes, kids toys, skincare, etc.. I loved my waitress. She was so attentive and had a bright personality. The iced s'mores latte came without graham cracker shavings which I didn't even realize. She brought some out on the side in a small cup which was very thoughtful. Momma's pancake breakfast comes with 3 pancakes, 2 eggs cooked however you like, and a choice between sausage and bacon. I wish the pancakes were cooked a tad longer. They were inconsistent. Some were tanner than others and not as crispy on the sides. I did love how the maple syrups were hot and in glass containers. The sausage patties were dry in my opinion. The iced s'mores latte was diluted. I was hoping to get a little sugar rush from it but again, it wasn't as strong. Overall, I love Cracker Barrel. It was my grandparents' favorite restaurant so it definitely holds a lot of memories for me.

There was an hour wait which I understood- I utilized the time to look around their lovely store. However, the meal was lackluster. We ordered the hamburger steak, which came naked... and we were told there was no gravy. The turnip greens tasted like rabbit food. However, the server was delightful and even gave us to go drinks. Hashbrown casserole slapped tho. Might go back eventually.

Basket of bread. I would have liked to sourdough to have toasted better.

My wife, daughter, and I were traveling north on 95 on a Friday morning and stopped in for breakfast. The restaurant is conveniently located close to the off-ramp. Parking in front is limited, but many spots are in the back. After wandering through the store, we were promptly seated but ignored for almost ten minutes before a server finally arrived to take our drink order. Our drinks were served promptly, but we never saw that server or any other server again. My wife went to the kitchen to check on our order after 30 minutes passed. Our food arrived shortly after the kitchen visit, with mixed results. Most of the food was cold, and the toast hadn't even turn the slightest brown. The bacon I had requested to be floppy was the highlight for me. My scrambled eggs were okay, but the hash browns needed more cooking. My wife's grits were very runny, and her eggs were cold. She did enjoy her side of ham. My daughter had no complaints about her eggs and steak tips. Our visit was a big disappointment, and we were there for well over an hour.

Great service by Jessica on this great visit. I've visited this location at least 21 times in the past. It was my closest CB, although almost an hour away. Above average service and quality food most times. My son and I visited this rainy morning, and our yum food brought the sunshine !! I ordered the Catfish Meal, and he did the Southern Fried Chicken Meal!! All was well. We'll definitely return when able.

A place to bring the whole family with family sized portions. The sampler I got was absolutely huge the fried chicken was great, chicken and dumplings tasted like my grandma made them. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and I still had plenty of food to take home. The biscuits were straight fire paired with the butter and jelly, but wonderful all on their own. Mimosas packed quite a punch and the salad was loaded. Our server was fast and attentive juggling multiple tables all while making sure we were set for our meal. With antiques hanging all over the place and a few fun games at the table it's like your transported back to a much simpler time.

I arrived at the cracker barrel on 1440 handlir street in high spirits this sunday evening. however, with no warning whatsoever, i was served the most horrendous meal of my young life. Before I delve into the the food quality I would like to note that our server Erika was the single saving grace of the establishment, had it not been for her I would have demoted my rating to a 0. Shes perfect. My destain began when I accidentally ordered sides from the premium menu, a mistake I blame on the lack of indication that these items come with an extra charge of $2.69. Unfortunately my troubles didnt end here, in fact they were just beginning. When my food arrived I felt a deep anxiety. I didnt know what to make of the mess that arrived in front of me. Erika noted that the chefs were "doing what they wanted" and apologized for a few small mistakes with our food, this was the last moment of normalcy before it all got bad. I ordered the nashville hot chicken, and while the portion was seemingly significant the actual substance of the meal was incredibly sub par. The chicken (that was mostly bones and fat) coupled with the scent of the surf and turf, and the sight of the chicken fried steak created an inescapable nauseating atmosphere. I did not order the chicken fried steak, however I tried it and I can say without hesitation that it is a violation of nature. My heart breaks for the cow that gave its life for that atrocity. Among the "premium" sides one stands out in particular. The chicken noodle soup looked like clam chowder with soggy french fries inside, it did not taste any better than it looked and had a strange aftertaste that I can only describe as unholy. I received the check and went to the front to pay. The cashier, possibly noticing my eyes swimming with despair, asked how my meal was. I thought for a moment, mustered a forced smile, and said very good, after all that poor woman had nothing to do with the horrors my friends and I endured. I strolled out into the cold winter air, with a sinking feeling in my chest, knowing I would never be the same again. -Zacs friend Collin

Easy and quick service for a large group that I was in. Chicken was fried to perfection and the the French toast was just right. Not soggy at all. Fairly quiet and enjoyable with the amount of people that was in here.

Must be a busy weekend. They ran out of children size cups. They cannot accommodate side salads with meals this weekend. I asked for a spoon with my coffee, none available. Had to stir with my fork. I asked for a straw for my water, waitress had to check for extra straws. Asked for beer sting chicken tenders, cannot make-- out of sauce. My mashed potatoes were not hot in center. Must be a busy weekend.

Today during pick up, they had just been slammed with a large group, and sudden influx, they still took out time to try to call me with a question about the order, then confirmed it when I got here. We started with drinks a blueberry lemon crush and a cranberry mule which I recommend adding a bit more ginger beer it wasn't fizzy enough. The crab dip was absolutely amazing pipping hot and complimented with that pita it was hard not to finish it before the entrees came out. I got the coconut shrimp with a side ceaser ( it was well dressed but seemed watered down and not thick like dressing should be) and the Mac and cheese ( 100% would not recommend had 0 flavor). The second entree the seafood platter crab cake and fried shrimp were great. We got another round of drinks the key lime crush was exactly what I thought it would be and the espresso martini was super strong. Jeremy was very respectful kept a distance which was nice and checked on us periodically. Outdoor seating have umbrellas and a nice view of the street.

Not overbearing and it also has the Nashville hot seasoning, which is a nice touch. Of the times I went there it was fairly slow and I think that it's just due to the lack of live entertainment and also advertising any special events. For example, I was there on 'May the Fourth' which would have been a great opportunity for them to have maybe some themed trivia to draw people in. They have space for live music and based on what staff has said they want more live music there but they've struggled to get entertainers in without having to book well in advance. The only reason I am not giving 5 Stars is because the vibe could use some work. Their outdoor patio is under utilized, and has the chance to be a much nicer outdoor seating area. Just a few missed opportunities. For all you IPA lovers (like myself) they have plenty of great craft beers on tap and plenty of IPA's to satisfy your cravings.
